G2. House Garlic Noodle W Shrimp
Vanessa R.

Decent Vietnamese restaurant in Norco. The Pho soup came out piping hot but the meat was extremely tough. The garlic noodles with shrimp was delicious but the portion for $20 was too small. The restaurant and bathroom needs a deep clean. While the food hit the spot after a soccer tournament in Norco, we most likely will not be returning again.

The service was a bit slow. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes to get served. After finishing asked for the check a few times. It is now going on over 10 minutes. The broth in the Pho was okay but a bit oily. The beef they added to the soup tasted a bit old and the meat was tough. The Spring rolls with the peanut sauce was the best thing I had today. The condiments on the table had a sticky oily feeling to them. It was very hot and stuff inside. They needed to turn on the A/C.

This is an excellent pho spot that truly stands out for its variety and consistent quality across the entire menu. While many places only master the broth or a single dish, this restaurant excels at everything they serve. The broth is a bit on the sweeter side, which I actually find really enjoyable and pairs perfectly with their other offerings. Everything we tried was absolutely to die for! We even ordered an extra round of wings to go because they were that good. Don't skip out on their house sauces either--they really tie the meal together.

Price is cheap. Around 14$ food is good as well. I like the bread it's crispy with soft beef in your mouth. It looks simple but the taste is amazing! Place is tiny.

House special , wish meatballs were regular size and not chopped up

So the broth is fairly dark and it looks like they used a lot of soup base?, but don't hold it against them. Typically the broth should be clear not opaque . It does have good flavor. Got the house a special pho, which is always a good way to evaluate a restaurant. As far as for Norco it's probably the number one place in Norco. It's not like it's wet-min-ta level. But if you're in the area and you need to get your noodle fix on, this is probably a good choice. Bowl was kind of lacking tendon and tripe, but I can understand how charging $15 gets you some of the basic elements that make up a decent bowl. Support this family, biz, shake it down to the Riz. It's just a little hole in the wall, but they got everything for all.

Spotted Rib Pho on the menu at Pho Amor and couldn't resist.... obviously i had to see what the hype (in my own head) was about. Walked in and was greeted by Tommy, super welcoming and full of good vibes!! Started w the Tofu Spring Rolls.... fresh, solid, and the peanut sauce did what peanut sauce does best.... made everything better!!!!! Then came the main event, the Rib Pho. The broth was flavorful, clearly made w love (and bones). The ribs were delicious, though I'll admit I was expecting a bit more meat for the momentous occasion. Let's just call it quality over quantity. Overall, Pho Amor's got the goods. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and staff who actually seem happy you're there. More people should be slurping noodles here!!

Pho with filet mignon outside
Star S.

Everytime I come here I leave super satisfied! I thoroughly enjoy the filet mignon pho (meat has to be outside) :) I had the pleasure of having Tommy as my server. He was very kind and attentive. Customer service is very important to me and this place has been very consistent. I love that they have wifi and I was able to do my homework and multi task. It was 8:30p when I finished and Tommy did not rush me out. I asked if I could stay and do my work and it was not a problem. I really appreciated that. I was born in Hawaii and I do love a good pho. There a ton of places I have tried that are just meh, but this is not one of them. The broth is perfect all on its own and always hits the spot. Must try!!!

Grilled beef pho

An unassuming little eatery with great food and great service. The Pho really hit the spot, with good portions and flavorful broth. And the garlic fried chicken wings were fresh from the frier: incredibly crispy and juicy.

Pho Amor definitely has potential, and overall I had a solid experience here. First off, the service deserves a shoutout. The cashier was genuinely friendly, patient, and actually helpful when it came to recommending what to order. That kind of hospitality immediately sets the tone and makes you want to come back. I ordered their pho with ribs. The broth itself was the best part: clean, comforting, and nicely seasoned without being overly salty. You can tell they're aiming for a balanced flavor rather than trying to overpower you with MSG or sweetness. That said, the rib meat was a little disappointing for me. It leaned on the tougher side and had a slightly gamey taste, which took away from what could've been a great bowl. Now the surprise highlight: the banh mi bread they sell. Seriously, if you come here for anything, come for that. The bread was excellent, and the beef banh mi hit the mark. Great texture, satisfying bite, and overall the most memorable part of the meal. I ended up enjoying that more than the pho.

Combination pho
Charles D.

I saw this pho place in a strip mall in norco. It had a big screen where you can order on your own whether take out or dine and settle the bill right there. A lady then tried to help me but i was already enjoying ordering through the screen. I ended up ordering the combination pho and it was absolutely a hit. Big bowl of good soup and a lot of different meats. Put your lime and chilis with that soup base... its so good. Just for an extra kick and want to really clean your nostrills add some chili garlic that's on the table. Finished it quickly that i had to get another plate because the food was so good. For second round i got the all in plate, which was grilled beef, pork and chicken. It had fresh veggies and house sauce (fish sauce?) that i enjoyed plus the white rice had a subtle flavor that made the meal better. All in all this place may seem to be quiet, but the food is made fresh and the flavor you'll get is worth your time.

Thai Tea ( Tea Thai)
Tricia A.

Went here because I was in the mood for hot soup and I read that this place has vegetarian options. It's located at a strip mall and there's parking right in front reserved for customers. The decorations are nice and the place is clean. I ordered to go even though we planned to eat in just so we'd already have containers for the leftovers, but it made us laugh when I started unwrapping the spring rolls because the edible wrapper looked like the plastic wrapper they were wrapped in. I was like "Wait, that's the part we eat!" It was also a nice surprise when the cashier said that our Thai ice teas would be free since it was our first time there. For to go, they put the noodles and other ingredients in a bowl, the broth in another container, and the sauces and other extra stuff are wrapped separately so you can add and leave things out to your taste. If you're trying to eat vegan, though, you're out of luck because they only have a choice between chicken and beef broth. Otherwise, it was all really good.

Everything here is so incredibly delicious, first time having a Vietnamese coffee hot and it is a must to get.I got the grilled beef pho and my girlfriend got the beef rib pho both pho is amazing. Popcorn chicken is delicious and delightful to eat. Would 100% get it again :)

It's been a few months since this experience, but I started ordering on the app as it's easier to order there and then stop by and pick up, but last time I had ordered something through their specialty and seasonal tab. It was my favorite winter drink and was happy to see it was still being made. When I pulled up to pick up my order, the cashier was a bit off / annoyed when she explained that I ordered something that wasn't offered anymore. It felt like it was my fault my order was delayed lol. I thought I was overthinking so I told them I didn't mind waiting when she said they could make me something similar. After they made a similar drink for me I apologized again and said thank you, but the barista glared and ignored me. I haven't been back since. Apologies for ordering something that wasn't available anymore, but maybe the app should've reflected that. I also didn't want to leave a bad review, but seeing as this is becoming a more common experience, I hope that things change because the drinks themselves are pretty good.

I decided I needed to take a detour to a coffee shop since we already kinda got lost. Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery, is located in a small and old strip mall in old town Norco. Or at least I think it is. I'm not familiar with the area. I can tell you though, that navigation had us driving through newer developments and then the old part of Norco before we finally arrived. I thought we got even more lost at first. The place was actually pretty packed inside and after having our drinks and pastries, I can totally see why. The first half of the building is the cafe where you'll be greeted with some cute and funny coffee signs. There's two large shelves full of their own coffee beans of different roasts. They have a few small tables to sit and enjoy your orders, but note it is a bit of a tight fit in there. They also have a coffee bar where some people sat in front of the baristas. Past the cafe side is the creamery. I was in a rush and didn't have a chance to take a look. What we ordered; 1) Hot Mocha Rocha with soy milk - 5/5 stars. I forgot to ask for this as half sweet, but either way, it was absolutely delicious. Rich and very flavorful. 2) Iced Mocha Rocha - 5/5 stars. Just as delicious as the hot version. 3) pistachio muffin - 3/5 stars. This muffin had a generous amount of actual pistachio baked into the muffin itself which I liked, however, the muffin had more of an artificial pistachio flavor for me. I still ate it but I wasn't in love with that one. 4) chocolate croissant - 5/5 stars. This was such a hit, we ran out right away. Everyone in our group attacked these so fast. I have to say, I am SAD that I live so far from Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery. They have a lot of pastries, ice cream including deep fried ice cream, and beverages. I absolutely loved this place and look forward to visiting them again. Next time, I for sure will grab a dozen or more to share with the family and bring some home, and we will definitely grab some frozen treats too. Deep Barrel, is a gem. Norco, sure is lucky to have them. They are a must if you are ever in the area.

I dont think I can properly describe their baked goods other than it was a delectable experience. The Baklava was crisp, rich and not too sweet while the Knafeh with its cheese and various textures just melted in my mouth. My hubby even enjoyed these and he isn't much of a dessert fan! Canvas Coffee caught my eye, and I loved that it felt community-driven right from the start. It's located next door to a church, and you can tell there's an affiliation because the space is huge, open, and welcoming. Everyone inside was genuinely kind and friendly. It has that warm, community vibe that makes you feel comfortable immediately. I can imagine it being especially lively on a Sunday morning when services let out. The menu is fun and extensive. I originally considered the "Katy Perry" drink (which sounded adorable), but it's a layered drink and I wasn't in the mood for something sweet or decorative. I went with my usual: a sugar-free vanilla latte topped with salted caramel cold foam. I was only the third person in line, and my drink came out almost immediately, which I appreciated. They also had several breakfast options that looked really good. The jalapeño bagel stood out to me, and the veggie bagel sandwich looked tempting too. I just wasn't hungry enough to commit this time, but I'd definitely try one on a return visit. As for the coffee itself, it arrived piping hot, which I love. On first sip, though, it was lighter in flavor than I expected. If you prefer a blonde roast or a milder coffee profile, this might be your spot. I personally tend to gravitate toward a more medium or bold roast, so it didn't quite hit that depth I usually look for. Overall: Atmosphere - great Service - friendly and efficient Coffee strength - lighter than my preference Four stars from me. I always let them know that I have celiac disease, and I appreciate that they actually listen and try to take the necessary precautions. Of course, eating out is never 100% safe when you have celiac, especially in a shared facility with gluten products, and there's always a risk of cross-contamination anywhere you go. But it's still really nice when places take you seriously and do their best to help you safely enjoy something. I love that they carry a variety of gluten-free pastries and treats. This time I picked up the pandan cookie, the ube cookie, the mint chocolate chip cookie, and the chocolate toffee crisp cookie. They also usually carry gluten-free banana bread, although they didn't have it this visit. I also noticed some protein/date ball type snacks, but I didn't try those yet. Most of their gluten-free cookies are individually wrapped, which I really appreciate. They do have some displayed in a shared pastry container section, although they are kept separate and not touching the regular pastries. Just something to keep in mind if you're highly sensitive. They partner with KJ Gluten Free Cookies, which seems to be a smaller startup business. They are not certified gluten free, but from what I've seen and experienced, they do appear to take precautions to keep things gluten free. If you want to check them out or learn more about their products, their Instagram is @k.j.sglutenfreecookies. Their cookies do contain milk and eggs, though. I may be lactose intolerant and have a mild egg allergy, but honestly I hit the trifecta at this point I keep my Benadryl and Lactaid with me because if I find something gluten free while eating out, I'm going to enjoy it when I can. Eating out with food restrictions is already hard enough. The inside is also super cute and cozy. I love the seating setup with the tables, stools, comfy chairs, and overall atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can sit down with a drink, pastry, or even do homework for a while. The customer service has always been great at both the Norco and Corona locations, and the staff always seem friendly and happy to help.
