Decided to try this place based off the reviews. It's a nice little place and the service was really good. We did get our food pretty fast and it was very hot and fresh so that was a plus. This place is very authentic and you have to have that type of palate (me not so much) to eat the food. I got a dish that was actually pretty good and not crazy authentic and my husband got their pho . We did get these fried shrimp and the only thing that wasn't good about those shrimp is that they were fried with the shell on and if you don't wanna eat the shell, you need to peel it off and it basically takes all the fried breading off so that was pointless to eat. Also, one thing we wish we knew was that you can ask for a different broth when it comes to your pho. My husband got chicken with shrimp pho and they put beef broth so it really threw it off on flavor wise but now we know you can get a different broth so I'm sure that might taste a little better. I could see myself going again but not like a regular customer. I would also recommend the egg noodle dishes because that was the best thing there. read more

What a great little Pho restaurant! Spring Rolls with shrimp- yummy! I had the Pho #1. The broth was perfect. The meats were tender. The service was great and the iced taro boba was just right. The Mr. and I brought our daughter to this recently opened restaurant last night a dinner, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. The restaurant was clean and bright. Our server was courteous and fast. We ordered the Shredded Pork Rolls, The Mr. loved it! These rolls are not as popular as the Shrimp & Pork Rolls (Summer Rolls), but for a diehard fan of shredded pork rolls, believe me when I say... it's delicious. We ordered The Combination Broken Rice {Cm Đặc Biệt: broken rice, shredded pork, grilled pork, steamed egg cake, fried shrimp wrapped in tofu skin, 2 slices of grilled/baked pork sausage, 2 slices fried of shrimp paste, one egg cook your way}. Wowza, that was a mouthful! Haha! For those of you who wants to try something more authentic, I recommend the Duck with Bamboo Shoot Noodle. This dish comes as a trio. One order consisted of a large bowl of bamboo shoot noodle soup, a duck salad, and a mouthwatering dipping sauce. The best way to eat this comb is to add a few pieces of duck to your bowl of soup. The toss the remaining pieces of duck with the salad. I normally would add a little bit of the dipping sauce to my soup for the ginger flavor. Eat your soup like you were eating pho. Break away from the soup with a few bites of the refreshing salad. Trust me, it's going to be one of your new favorites. One the weekends, the owners also offer street foods to go style. Don't be afraid to ask questions about any of the togo dishes being offered. This is a family owned and operated. I spoke to Trang, one of the owners of this establishment, she was very friendly and knowledgeable in terms of authentic Vietnamese food. For a while we've been to but a single Vietnamese restaurant in the area and we ventured out to find a new one. This place was phenomenal. I've been to this place only twice and I love it! The service is great and pretty quick. The server is extremely attentive to those dining in. The Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is great and it's only $3.25!! The stir fry noodles are delicious! That's my go-to when I visit, my boyfriend loves the pho. He says the broth is good no matter what time of day you walk into the restaurant, it's not watered-down towards the end of the day. The spring rolls are great. Been here 3 or 4 times already and am now leaving a review. The food is decent, but the customer service is definitely lacking. Every time I come here it takes forever for someone to take our order and even longer for our food to arrive. Today we came in as a single guest was finishing up their food and a couple and a family were waiting for their food, so it wasn't all that busy on the front end since me and my boyfriend were the only ones who needed to place our order. After roughly 10 minutes waiting to have our order taken and finally placing an order, two parties of 3 and a single guy arrived. The single dude got his food after less than 5 minutes of ordering and the two parties of 3 started getting their food as well. Meanwhile, me and my boyfriend had been waiting for 20+ minutes. The workers passed and looked at our table multiple times and didn't say a thing. My boyfriend finally asked when we were gonna get our food, but the younger worker never came back to at least give us an update. When he came back out to bring the 2nd party of 3 their food, I asked him to cancel our order. He went back into the kitchen and then finally let us know that the food would be ready in a few seconds. All we ordered was two bowls of pho and 1 order of eggrolls. The other people who came 5-10 minutes after we ordered got their 6 eggrolls, pho, and whatever else they ordered before us. All other guests waited less than 5 minutes for their food. The same thing happened all the other times we visited - people who came in after us and ordered after us got their food quickly while we waited 20-40 minutes. I excused all the other times this happened coz I figured they were busy, but I don't think that's the case anymore. read more

I came for dinner with my family one night and we ordered the Pho Dac Biet (Beef Noodle Special), Com Dac Biet (Specialty Rice Plate), and the Bun Mam (A unique fish/shrimp paste based vermicelli soup). I am very happy to say each dish was beyond tasty and the amount of food you get is insane! What I also appreciate most about the food here is the quality of ingredients they use. They use high-quality veggies/protein that you don't see very often at other Vietnamese Restaurants. So not only are you getting an abundant amount of food, but you are also getting high-quality ingredients at an unbeatable price! Found this place on Apple Maps nearby so figured to give it a try. I got the Brisket Pho, and my wife got the veggie/tofu pho as well as the shrimp/pork spring rolls. The food was amazing, you can definitely tell they make it all right in the restaurant. The broth from the brisket pho was out of the world good and the noodles were perfect as well. Everything was so good, along with the strawberry milk tea and the lavender milk tea with popping pearls. Honestly, I don't know how this place got four/ five star reviews. I ordered the beef pho, pork Bahn mi and milk tea. The milk tea was the highlight of the meal. Nothing about the pho seemed fresh except for a few sparse basil and mint leaves. The broth barely tasted of any spice ( star anise or cinnamon). I added my own fish sauce for some umami. Also it arrived lukewarm. I can make a better Bahn mi. First off, I ordered pork and got beef. It was also sparse on the vegetables. Some carrots, a couple pieces of cucumber. Some jalapeño. Not a sprig of cilantro anywhere. No fish sauce. Just what looked like YumYum sauce and a smear of liver paste( which in my opinion only belongs on a banh mi dac biet). Terrible customer service. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with boba and was not given a receipt. I used my debit card and was asked to sign their receipt which they kept. I waited 25 minutes for one cup of boba, when a family just walked in and ordered about 3/4. They got their order and I overheard them tell that family that they ran out of strawberries. Nothing was said directly to me. So I waited at the counter for another 5 minutes. There was only one person running that entire store, if they know their traffic they should've done better than let one person run it by themselves. I waited 30 minuets for ONE order and was left out of the loop. I wasn't given a refund because I didn't have the receipt EVEN THOUGH they clearly had one where I physically signed. Dont know if we got the wrong end of the friday stick but the food wasnt great at all. And I aint picky. The beef pho with tendon. The tendon and beef was spoil tasting. They brought out a new batch and it was very different tasting than what was in the 1st bowl. Another of our dishes had deep fried "red chicken" the outside was crisp like wood and the inside was raw. Very Greasy rice....The squid and pork dish were good. And so was the lemongrass beef nice and tender with a good serving portion on all of them . Hit or miss on certain dishes with these guys. I ordered carry out food here yesterday, and the food was literally AMAZING- I've found a new favorite! I ordered the pork vermicelli bowl and the flavor and ingredients were amazing. It was the best one I've ever had, and I've had many from different places. My grandma got the Pork rice noodle and stir fried vegetable dish and said it was so good and the best she's had in Arizona. I also got the Vietnamese iced Peach Tea and it was SO good!
