They use premade spices with MSG on pretty much everything but some of the tofu dishes. The waitress was super nice and checked for us!

I am pinching myself. Gig Harbor finally has a good Pho place, that's even open on Sunday? What!!! Guess what, it's really good too. Pho is solid, fresh rolls are fresh and not smelling like week old shrimp. The banh Mi sandwich had this mayo that was different, but very good. Only negative is no beer and crazy slow service. The food is average at best, the customer service for carry out is less than stellar. Almost always the phone receptionist takes your order and say 30-35 minutes. The reality is they don't seem to prep the food until you come in and pay. Be ready to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. This has happened so many times to me that I had to give Pho & More a break from my orders. I'm sitting here now waiting 10+ minutes even though I showed up 40 minutes later after order was taken. I tried to give this place another chance but after consistently pulling the same stunt with not being honest about the real amount of time needed to prep the order. I've spoken to employees previously about my disappointment in their deceptive time til order is ready, that I may be done with Pho & More. All of our time is important and for the staff at Pho & More it appears our time is not valuable so they continue to give false information to customers. Maybe just come in and order in person as your food will be ready to go much sooner than if you phone it in. read more

4 stars for the pho and 2 for the bahn mi. Ordered food to go so I have no review on the service but my order was ready in 15 minutes. The flank steak pho was really good, even though I ordered the large, the size didn't seem much bigger than the regular my wife ordered. She ordered chicken, which I don't recommend. It was rubbery and had a grey color to it. The bahn mi was chewy and questionable at best. I'll be back to give it a second chance. read more

After moving from Seattle and having lots of Pho options available, my wife and I were disappointed in Gig Harbor's lack of good restaurants. We decided to try Pho & More. The food is fantastic! We've traveled to SE Asia and have enjoyed authentic Pho, and this place is as close as you can get. I had the pork rice noodle bowl and my wife had the chicken pho. Both were excellent! Don't get the combo salad. It is super overpriced. The noodles were not cook all the way, and whatever seasoning they put on the chicken is VERY off-putting. My bf did like his beef pho though. read more

I've eaten a fair amount of Pho in the region; this is my favorite so far! The Pho base is simply sublime and everything you add to it expands your overall taste delight. I love mine spicy - no problem! The raw beef was exceptionally tender and had zero problem cooking in the piping hot broth. Vegetables were fresh and crisp and the end result, delicious! Good food but ordering on line is frustrating. Their website says to order online using DoorDash. But if I use DoorDash, each time I try it says pick up is not available, and they charge a lot for delivery as they are not a participating restaurant. I think either they should work with DoorDash to get it to work for pick up, or they should change their website to stop saying to use DoorDash. read more

I've been at this location several times and have purchase their delicious Pho, fried rice with shrimp and sandwiches,to bring home for my husband to take the next day to work. He loves it. His feedback is.."you can buy those for me every day there so many flavors going on and it's so delicious"! The food is exceptional and you get an abundance of food for the price, which is very reasonable, in addition, they don't hold back on meat with your meal if you choose to have any meal with meat. This is the best pho I have ever had in my life. The broth is so good and not all mushy and strong like some places. The beef is high quality! Tender and juicy, not that dry gross meat you find everywhere else. This was the first time I have ever finished an entire bowl and all the meat. Gig Harbor residents don't know what good pho should taste like. Tried this spot out tonight. I am super super picky about my pho broth. A good pho broth should be flavorful enough on it's own where you don't have to add anything to it. My pho broth was extremely bland. I had to add tons of sriracha and hoisin to get it tasty. Also disappointed in the serving size of the pho to go. Very small portion compared to other Vietnamese take outside I have gotten. Meat ratio is good, but they gave me a small cut of tripe and 1 slice of tendon only. Also skimpy on the bean sprouts and thai basil. Usually other places will package them them separately in foil and give you a lot of bean sprouts and basil. There was no jalapeno slices nor lime slices either. Who eats pho without that?? Disappointed all around. The fried egg rolls were very good, and substantial in size. The best thing was the chicken bahn mi. That was very flavorful and yummy. The taro tea was good but the boba (tapioca) was hard and undercooked. I would only come back for the bahn mi sandwiches and bubble tea. Pho was disappointing. I would rather travel to my usual spot across the bridge and in Silverdale for my pho. I do have to say that the service was great though, and I was greeted right as I walked in the door. Love this place! Pho & More is our go to place for Vietnamese food. It's a family run small business and it's all homemade. We usually get the rare beef pho. Although, the combination fried rice is the best I've ever had. It has some of the pho beef in it. The banh mi sandwiches and spring rolls are excellent too. You can't go wrong!!! read more

This place is ! The food is fresh, the service is great and the Pho is amazing. We absolutely loved the teriyaki and fried rice as well. The only complaint we have is our server tried so hard to convince us that the food was so fresh and better than any other place in the Harbor. The food honestly spoke for itself, we didn't need to be sold on it. Our server then went on to bash Lele's and say how terrible they were. We don't particularly care for Leles, so again the comments weren't necessary. The food is fantastic, the price is very reasonable but their service is a bit over bearing. I got there to pick up some pho and I paid the nice lady at the counter. While I was waiting on my food, I saw it sitting on the counter so I asked another worker if I can just grab it since I have already paid. She gave it to me and I asked for chopsticks then she grabbed them for me. While I was on my way out and by the time I got to my vehicle the same lady rushed outside and accused me of not paying. Forcing me to come inside and wait while she asked the cashier if I did pay. Obviously I did and the lady sent me on my way. Although the food was good and fresh, I will not be accused of stealing and treated like that. read more
