I've already reviewed Pho Apple once, but we recently went back and they've just redone the inside. The place looks great, with plenty of seating, and the menu is still the same and delicious! The service is always great, they're super friendly and make great recommendations. They're quick to take your order and quick to serve you. We will certainly be back!

I got the Bun Bo Hue XL. It came with beef and cha (ham). The broth was super spicy, which I liked, but it was missing that rich beef aroma and depth I usually expect from BBH. Not the best I've had, but not terrible either. The sides they gave (basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño, lime) were the same ones they use for pho, which felt a bit off for BBH. Service was quick though, and the staff were friendly.

The broth here is very soothing and good. I pride myself as a pho connoisseur and have to say the broth is what makes this spot great. Not overly oily and just tastes clean. I enjoyed it. The service is what makes this place different. The owner/manager kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed. Really pleasant experience and delicious pho!

A1. Combination rare steak, brisket, flank and beef meatball pho 2. Shrimp Spring Rolls

This is one for the best pho restaurants I've tasted in all of Dallas. The broth is aromatic and full of flavor with the perfect amount of fat. The spring rolls are delicious as well the peanut this the perfect consistency. All of their food looks amazing. The employees are very kind and hospitable. Will definitely be back to try some different menu items!

Absolutely delicious, I got the com thit nuong and it was simply delicious and filling. Pork was hot, rice was succulent and not too mushy nor dry. The cucumber was fresh and great service. Will definitely be back and bring more friends with me. Restaurant wasn't very busy (came in at noon) and food came out quick.

Came with my friends today and we loved this little mom and pop pho spot! Everything we ordered was delicious! We had the edamame, gyoza, chicken spring rolls, beef pho, chicken pho, and taro smoothies. The pho was rich and flavorful, with tender meat and fresh herbs, and the appetizers tasted homemade and perfectly cooked. The taro smoothies were the perfect sweet finish. You can feel that they put a lot of care into their food and service. The atmosphere is cozy, the owners are friendly, and they have AMAZING food. definitely a place I recommend and will be coming back to!

Solid pho place in the suburbs of Dallas. We came on a weekday night and there was plenty of parking and seating available. There is a mix of both booths and tables to choose from. We ordered two types of spring rolls (beef and pork) and while they were both delicious, they were on the skinnier side compared to some other spring rolls I have had at other restaurants. I got the egg roll and beef vermicelli bowl it was very flavorful and well portioned. I did find it strange that they had a scallion mixture that was included as a topping on the bowl. While I didn't order any drinks, the iced water that was served tasted like dirt and was not very palatable.

The food is delicious. The staff is very nice and friendly. The space in the restaurant is not too large but it is okay, the atmosphere is good. Highly recommend everyone to come here to eat and experience.

Rare steak with flank and tendon

Parking: Located in a shopping center - plenty of free parking. Interior: Booths and tables were available. Service: It wasn't busy when I went during the weekday, so service was quick. Food: I ordered the rare steak with flank and tendon - it had plenty of meat and flavor! Drinks: N/A - I ordered water. Take-away: I was in the area and was craving pho. And so, I Googled the nearest pho restaurants close to my location, and this popped up. But after dining here, I would not hesitate to come back! :)

Meh. The pho broth lacked depth, meat proportions a bit small. Service quality nothing to wrote home about.

It's a Hue specialty, so it's not something you can find at just any Vietnamese restaurant. The bánh ít ram was good and I would order it again. It wasn't the best I've ever had, especially compared to what we had in Vietnam, but it was still good enough to satisfy the craving. Definitely worth trying if you're a fan of Hue food or bánh ít ram! A bonus about this restaurant is that the service was really great and everyone was just so sweet. The restaurant was also well kept and nice.

The small dishes were especially fun to share, and the sugar cane juice was a refreshing addition to the meal. Overall, Goc Hue is a great spot if you enjoy Vietnamese food and want something beyond the usual pho or banh mi options. We would definitely come back to try more of the menu.

The setting is one of its biggest highlights--surrounded by greenery while still being conveniently located near major roads. There's plenty of free parking, making it an easy stop. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who made the visit enjoyable. The food was good and tasted very fresh, although I was expecting a little more depth of flavor. Since I don't enjoy spicy food, it's possible that much of the boldness comes from the heat, so others may have a different experience.

All of y'all are tripping. This place is terrible. I don't know why the reviews are so good…read more I came in around 6pm with my family. The place was totally dead but there were still dirty tables no one even bothered to clean. Like another reviewer said, the staff blared Tejano music. I mean, whatever, Vietnamese food isn't that tricky to make. My husband ordered pho that didn't taste like pho. I got a pork rice bowl that legit had meat with hair and cartilage (I think it was ear, maybe snout?). I mean, I'm Pinay, I love sisig but for a $14 rice bowl, you think it would have better quality meat rather than ear! My kid had a tiny $8 quesadilla. We had two coconut Viet coffees. The flavor and texture were "off;" the Keurig coffee I make at home is thicker. Our meal was over $50 before tip. Idk how this place has been surviving or where all these reviews came in from, but damn, stop lying y'all.
