I've been coming here for the past year and the food is always really good. Service is fast and the environment is a vibe.

What a disappointment. I decided to have some Pho today because I am not feeling well. I come in and order. The young man responds it going to be 10 min. I sit and wait on my order, 20 minutes go by and I see other people coming in and picking up their orders. When I asked about mine order, come to fine out it's been sitting there waiting for the young man who took the order to let me know that it was ready. I could understand if it were busy in there but they only had a couple and a lady having their meal. I grab my order and leave because as I said I wasn't feeling well. When I get home to place everything in a pot to heat it up I look at the noodles and they are yellow and very thin. I have had Pho before many times and the noodles are rice white noodles. I don't know if they are new owners but they are not as good as they use to be. I won't be going back and will look for another place that serves authentic Pho soup. read more

First time here as I noticed it across the way from my buddy's gym, evolve fitness. I walked in and got a card and checked out the menu online. Very nice site and looked enticing so I was eager to go in for lunch the same day to see if the food tastes as good as it sounded. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my experience. Everything looked and tasted fresh from the first bite and sip! From the Viet iced coffees, summer rolls to the soup. And the price is excellent! for the quantity and quality of food. Less $$ than other places that are lower quality or just as good. This is a huge plus for me. Ordered some banh mi's to go so I have high hopes for them later. Only draw back was the spotty service. It was really quiet in there and I was hardly checked on. Had to call on service a few times to get my lunch going and wrapped up to leave. Overall, i highly recommend this place and I will def be going back for more. I pray they keep the standard of food up and up there service game. read more

Came here on a Saturday morning after a long night. We ordered pho with eye round steak and pho with chicken. I haven't had pho this good in a while. I was pleased to find this little gem. Ok so I think I'm in love. I'm a big Pho fanatic...phanatic? Too much perhaps. I previously lived in the Bay Area of California where Pho is plentiful and top notch. So my expectations of flavor are high. I've been very nervous to try Pho on the East Coast. I ordered the Beef Vermicelli and the chicken sandwich a week or so ago and was DELIGHTED! New restaurant / take out Vietnamese place in Audubon Shopping Center. It is a BYOB restaurant and has a modern feel with some Asian reference pieces. Just to be honest my reviews are usually based on food and the perceived value but mention the store because it was surprisingly well done. So to the food. I feel that it is as close to authentic as you can get without going back to Southeast Asia. Tonight we tried 3 appetizers: (1) Vegetable spring rolls - fried (2) Shedded pork spring roll in a rice paper wrapper (steamed) (3) Fried WonTons. (small pork dumplings not like the doughy chinese take-out style) All 3 were properly prepared with the best being the steamed pork spring roll. All worth getting and were very good. On to the Pho. (1) White meat chicken (Pho ga my) (2) Beef (pho dac biet) The chicken was tender and the broth was flavorful but not salty. The beef was my favorite and with the addition of some chili paste was exceptional. Very aromatic! Having tried several of the Pho places in the area this was was the best. While I was waiting, I noticed there was a sign that said 3.95% percent fee due to food shortages, etc. What???? No way. I won't go there and a fee in addition to a price for the pho. No thanks. The portions are large and filling. The price is great and you receive high quality ingredients. Service is attentive. The dish I ordered was the Pho Bo, beef noodle soup. The meat was much higher quality than restaurants I have tried in Philadelphia. You have the option to add fresh ingredients such as mint, lime, and bean sprouts to your soup. You can also add condiments such as sriacha, hoison, fish sauce, or chili paste. My first review last August pretty much sums up my feelings about this place, yet I keep going back, and not just for take out as I should. The service is so hit or miss. I've been here twice between my first review and today's visit and had one good day of service and one bad. The four stars I'm awarding today are for the food only. Today a friend and I went for lunch. We ordered the summer rolls which are always fresh and delicious and also the shrimp pho, which I tasted and it was exellent. I ordered a hot Vietnamese coffee which never arrived. Our waters were never refilled, nor were we checked in on at all during our meal. There were only 4 other tables seated when we got there so it's not like they were busy. When the check came my coffee was on it so I had that removed...if anyone had checked in with us during our meal I would have asked for it, but it was too late at that point. I had ordered 2 banh mi for take out and had to ask for those. Needless to say I'd love this place to get their service act together because the food is really wonderful and affordable. The food is very good quality even if it is a little expensive it usually would be worth the money. However the service was truly poor and I probably won't go back because of how little our "waiter" cared about us being there. There was only 1 other customer eating here at the time and we had to wait for seat. Then we got a seat and ordered drinks which never came. At least the water was free. The employee comes back and gives what I ordered to my girlfriend seemingly by mistake. The moment we finished eating some time later, the muted employee silently comes back and puts our check on the table. Now I'm wondering what is going through this guys head because we didn't even finish yet, and I wanted a hot coffee. Being that he charged us for the sodas we never received, I called him back over to correct the mistake and place the order for my coffee. The guy says ok yes I'll be right back. Then proceeds to hand me an iced coffee for some reason (at night during the winter time when it's freezing outside) and just walks away again, never even realizing/caring he once again messed up a simple order. It was a clean place with good food but that service ruined it for me honestly. There are better places to spend your money and better waiters who are more deserving of your tip. read more

Had the Pho Tai Nam and it was perfect. Tender beef with a very tasty broth. Also had the bbq pork rolls appetizer which had great flavor. The veggies were fresh, the presentation was beautiful. I'd also recommend the Vietnamese iced coffee. It was so good I gulped half of it down before I could even take a picture. Everything I had was fresh and delicious. We've been anxiously awaiting the grand opening, and the wait was 100% worth it. The spicy pho was spectacular - the cilantro and Thai basil add a burst of freshness to the savory broth. The shrimp summer roll was light and refreshing, with a peanut dipping sauce that's to die for. The wait staff are super polite, and were actually helping some of the customers use chopsticks and explained some of the background of pho as a street food, which I think is amazing. The house made lemonade may be the best lemonade I've ever had. We will definitely be returning multiple times in the near future. read more

This place is ran by a bunch of unorganized teenagers who are extremely flat out rude...I always say to myself next time the service won't be that terrible but you guys always prove me right...ordered something for pickup since I can't stand to eat inside this place anymore. Literally came to pick up my order 45 mins after I ordered it( more then enough time they told me 15 mins) I come they are so confused because they have no idea what I ordered then both cashiers went into the back and never came back out. Ordered takeout from here for the first time. kinda guessed at what to order, but when we arrived to pick up, the host was very friendly and said we had picked well, and will help us with future orders. We ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls, and the grilled chicken rolls for appetizers, and for entrees, we ordered the pad Thai, lemon grass chicken stir fry, the shrimp bun, and the Thai shrimp fried rice. everything we ordered was delicious and fresh, and we had leftovers for dinner the next night! I was not sure if they would serve some sweet tea made from powder, so I asked for a water. My friend ordered a tea. They served real home brewed Jasmine iced tea and it was delicious-if you like perfumy Jasmine tea! I had summer rolls as appetizer. Rice paper was perfectly soft and moist. It was wrapped nice and tight, so the roll didn't fall apart. Th peanut sauce was creamy. I personally like chunky sauce, but flavor was very good. For main, i had Bun, which is a cold noodle with lettuce, grilled pork, and spring roll eat with fish sauce dressing. Their grilled pork had amazing flavors and gave the savory noodle some flavor depth yet healthy dish! I also tried their avocado smoothie. I believe they made with condensed milk. Nice sweet milk with creamy avocad mixed in my mouth. Definitely very good! The food was great, price is also good, and most importantly service was excellent!! It was my first time here today with a friend..Needless to say, "It was amazing"..First thing First..You are greeted quite warmly and treated like you are royalty. The staff is quite knowledgeable on their rather extensive menu..Speaking of Menu..There menu provides Full color photos of their cuisine, " Which when the food is served to you it looks exactly like the photo!! This is the best authentic Vietnamese place in this area. I order a delivery for spicy beef noodle because I heard my coworkers complimented this place. It os surprisingly close by my house as well.
