Proud to say I have been going here for over 15 years! As a Vietnamese American, I can say you will not get a better pho experience that can beat Pho Asia. This location is ALWAYS busy! From opening to close, they are always filled with either regulars or hungry patrons looking for extremely fast service and amazing pho. The consistency is why Pho Asia deserves 5/5 stars. They deliver on food quantity and quality at an exceptional price. I want to keep this review short as the food is delivered and served before you can finish a review. Please enjoy the photo!

Service was meh. The GM was rude and was giving side eye looks. The workers did a great job though. Ambiance - causal, nothing too special. Food didn't come out hot and average tasting.

This might be our new favorite pho place in the Seattle Metro. The we ordered a meatball pho for the little ones to share and a spicy pho for my wife and I share and it was so good. The broth was savory and the flavor was so complex. The portions here are huge, so you can definitely come in planning to split a dish. The service was very good considering how busy the place was. The entire place was humming, with every tabletop filled with locals. The parking can be a little intense in this parking lot. They also had a highchair if you need some for kids. The restaurant was very kid friendly and there were plenty of young families there.

Good place for pho! Service was extremely fast, and the broth was flavorful. Very good portion size options. The tendon was my favorite!

The pho was slightly above average. The broth wasn't bland but wasn't overly season either. I enjoyed how the food was packed and the temperature but besides that nothing overwhelming, so meh!!!

Good pho place! Soup was very flavorful and the meat tasted tender. A great place to go for comfort food and on a cold day.

very flavorful, with a rich and well-seasoned broth. The portions are generous enough to fill you up. Service is quick and efficient, with no long waits. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, and the atmosphere is friendly and cozy.

I've ordered delivery here a few times. My favorite is their BBQ pork skewers! Even tho it's only 2 for their order, they're just marinated right and with green onions on top with pickled carrots and radish on the side. My bf and I both ordered the special pork noodle soup! Like pho, it's unique. Comes with a pork shoulder or drumstick, then with sliced pork, shrimp, fish balls and quail eggs. And then with sautéed pork and 2 different kinds of noodles (one was vermicelli). It was pretty good and super filling, I was ended up being SUPER full so make sure you have an appetite before you get this soup! Wish it came with more than 2 pieces of each (quail eggs, sliced pork etc). I've also gotten their pho and vermicelli bowls. Not bad (:

    House Special ($13.50)

My friend brought our group of four here for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. To my surprise, it was pretty busy around 2:30P, but we were immediately seated at a table in the back by the kitchen. The menus are secured under the glass tabletop. Most of the pho options are $11.50 for a small and $12.50 for the large, but their House Special is $12.50 and $13.50 respectively. Interestingly, the menus on the table listed the meats that each pho included, but NOT for the House Special. I didn't think anything of it at the time, and each of us ordered it, but now that I read the online menu, something is off. The online menu states the HOUSE SPECIAL contains "Rare eye-round steak, brisket, flank, marble brisket, soft tendon, tripe and meatballs". I am 100% sure there were no meatballs in my bowl nor my friends' bowls. Also, all the beef slices I had were well-done, so I am not confident they gave me the rare eye-round steak either. I originally thought the amount of beef in the dish was fine, but that was before learning there should have been four different varieties. In terms of service, I thought it was efficient and quick. Our waters and my friend's Thai Tea arrived within a minute of putting in our beverage orders and the kitchen whipped up our pho faster than expected. The waiter brought them out piping hot with a separate plate of bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeño and lime to split between us. Hoisin, Sriracha and a jar of chili oil were already all set for us when we sat down. The only thing is once we got our food, we weren't checked on again until a different staff member brought our bill. Starting with a sip of broth, I found it so light, flavorful and not too salty. The noodles were cooked perfectly and still had a firmness to them, rather than being mushy. The steak slices were pretty tender and the tripe was sliced into thin ribbons. I dipped the meats in the chili oil and hoisin to liven them up a bit. I was not a fan of the tendon due to the texture, but that is just my personal preference. I would have liked a greater proportion of beef, with less tendon and tripe, but everyone will have their own opinion there. Onion, green onion and cilantro added bites of freshness, and I topped my bowl with some bean sprouts and Thai basil. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying bowl of pho. I am torn about my rating. We enjoyed our lunch, but were totally missing the meatballs and I'm questioning whether our pho really included four types of beef. If I hadn't looked online, I never would have known, but I know we were at least partially jipped. 3.25 stars.

Bun Bo Hue was on the menu for the weekend special. Authentic flavors and lots of meat variety included. Spice level was perfect.

Me and my best friends go to! The service is always quick and nice if they make a mistake they are quick to fix it. They also have many options regarding the menu. I personally love their broth and chili sauce.

So glad this place survived after Covid. The seafood shaved noodle was solid. You get shrimp, squid and scallops. $13.95. Really? We are floored! Husband said it was exactly the same and he enjoyed it! He finished his whole plate. Impressed with the large portion!! Shrimp was huge! Instead of seafood, I asked to sub with chicken. Server said no problem! The chicken slices were super tender and juicy and the shaved noodle texture was perfection. It was a bit bland but nothing a lil' table soy can't fix. Only $11.95 for a huge platter. I was super hungry and cleaned my plate but for most, there'd be leftovers. Mapo tofu with white rice. The sauce had too much corn starch and the meat texture was not my favorite. I've had better but when you have spicy sauce over fluffy rice, it can be mediocre and still be satisfying..Would rather have this for my work lunch than Marie Callendar's any day. Pan fried pot stickers 8 pieces $7.95. Delicious. It's the thin skin kind. Classic, you can't go wrong! I can't eat fried stuff nowadays but their fried chicken wings were the best. Plump, juicy and piping hot! I am sure it's still amazing! They have lots of other menu items. On a colder day, I would go for the custom noodle soup bowls for $12.95. (Choose noodle, broth, 2 veg and 2 proteins). Duck noodle soup sounds amazing. For more topping, I think it's $2.25 per extra topping. One of the few places where most everything is below $15 per entree item and nothing above $20. I would like to try their oxtail noodle soup, sizzling beef or chicken platter, teriyaki short ribs, beef chow fun, and black bean noodle dish next time. Interior is clean with pleasant Cantonese Chinese music, free waters, and guava candy when you pay. The evergreen Asian supermarket next door has a lot of Asian grocery goodies with a Vietnamese deli inside. Durian is on sale for $4.29 a pound. Yes, you can get durian in Everett! Impressive! Worth the drive to get good Chinese then shop next door.

The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. The place looked clean the the people seemed friendly. We may give them one more chance bc of the friendly service.

We were greeted as we entered and had access to the menus right away, as they are placed at the entrance. We got seated and were able to order quickly. We came at a non-peak time so we were at the front of the queue so to speak. The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are also very clean, which I love to see. It shows me the business really cares about how it comes across. Our food was prepared and served very fast. My friend was still in the restroom by the time it had come. As you can see from the image, my Japchaebap was awesome. (Order with tofu if you're vegan) I got mild spice just because I am sensitive to *too much* spice. But as someone who enjoys spice I couldn't really perceive it. So if you have a good spice tolerance I'd suggest you up the spice one more level than you would think. The flavoring was great, but I don't really like the noodle texture. I prefer them with more weight. It was a slight challenge getting them onto the fork, and it being stable enough to put into your mouth. Just something to consider when choosing your dish. I'm still glad I chose to experience the dish. Maybe I'll learn to like this style of noodle. Special note if you're vegan too: the kimchi has shellfish, so skip any menu items with the asterisks that have kimchi in the ingredients. We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.
