    Bahn mi and beef broth
    Jerome M.

Bahn Mi Pork tasted good but the bread was hard. I thought the beef broth was a little on the salty side and kind of pricey for a bowl of soup but still good. Great combo for cold weather. Plenty of room on Wednesday at 1930.

Great Pho especially for a rainy Seattle day. The broth was great and had great depths of flavor, which shows that it's been simmering with great care. Quite affordable and their special dish is the beef rib pho, which comes with 3 big beef ribs. Service was nothing crazy but not bad at all. Lots of open space, high ceilings, and great food!

Big tasty portions of delicious pho! This place was busy! I got beef pho and spring rolls. Everything was so flavorful and fresh! It really hit the spot on a cold evening. The vibes are very chill and everyone was very friendly.

I came during lunch time on a Tuesday and there were plenty of seats, even though the restaurant isn't too big. We ordered using a QR code and our pho came out within 5 minutes. The broth was pretty salty, but the noodles were cooked fine and the beef was tender. It was a very standard bowl of pho, though this makes me really miss the viet food on the east coast. The interior isn't decorated that much, but it is clean.

We went on a Monday evening. I ordered the beef rib Pho and I can tell that the ribs were made yesterday. It was dry and not moist. I also think they use MSG in their broth bc I woke up with a puffy face. We were also served sprouts that were withered and not fresh. The taste of the pho broth was decent. Average pho at best and service was dismal. They didn't even check in on us after we got our food. Not worth a second visit.

I love pho, and I'll usually eat all of my pho, but not when the broth lacks salt, herbs, and depth. I'm not sure where the pho hype for Seattle came from, but it might be a quantity over quality issue. I got a bowl of the combo pho and it was a lot of noodle, protein and broth so you're bound to leave feeling full. But the magic of pho is the broth and the broth seemed to tease the star anise and not much else. They also skimped on the scallion and cilantro which didn't help either. No amount of sriracha/chili oil was saving this broth. And the service was pretty much non-existent outside of people bringing food to your table, which I wouldn't have minded so much if the food was actually good. Ambiance is casual, very much self service type of vibe. If you're looking for a real bowl of pho in the US, look to Minneapolis, Texas, hell there are even great bowls in nyc if you know where to look. Don't settle for bland broth.

    Spilled food on bench :'(

Ate here pretty late, around 8pm on a Monday, and about 2/3 of the tables were occupied. There wasn't much interfacing with the servers, as you order via QR code, but they bring your food out to you - ours came out super fast. There was, however, a ton of spilled food all over the bench at our table from before we were sat there, and when we pointed it out, the server asked if we wanted to sit on the bench, and when we said no, she just said she'd clean it up later and left :/ We got the chicken pho and the short rib pho, and both were decent: the broth was on the richer side, and the bowls were huge, though the chicken in the chicken pho was quite tough to chew, and I felt like there were way too many noodles. Personally didn't have a good enough experience that I'd want to return, though I hear that the other location is better. Apologies for the horrendous photo quality, I think it was the steam from the pho!

First time ordering directly from my phone even though there was a lot of staff standing in front of me...It doesn't feel fun when there's no interaction and you can't ask question but I guess since all the cool kids order food like their ordering uber eats why not? Pho was decent and broth was good on a 30 degree day.

This restaurant is ok. I got the pork banh mi, and the bread was a bit tough to chew. I tried my friend's beef rib pho and the ribs were really tasty! The pho broth was too salty for my preference. Service was fast and friendly.

This is the best pho Ive had in the downtown area! I'll probably continue going here now if I ever am craving pho and want something close by. Fairly well balanced in terms of broth flavor, temperature and the portions are filling (I wasn't able to finish mine). Meat quality is good too! Our food came out reasonably fast and the inside is clean and modern. You really can't go wrong if you're craving a warm bowl of noodles.

Pho was really good. Piping hot broth, clean tasting and tender meat. I got the combination pho. Service was super quick and straight forward. No nonsense. Sit down and order through QR code!

My sister recommended this spot and I agree this is a must try! Keep in mind the parking can be a bit tricky. The parking lot is pretty limited. Love the vibe and decor of the place! I really fitted the culture. I ordered the steak pho and really good! soup is very unique and flavorful! And the serving size is very filling! I can't indicate what makes this soup unique and different but try it yourself and you'll see why!

Reply good food, but lacks anything wow that makes amazing as a dinner setting. Prices are high for the dishes and the environment is casual. Food orders are made fast, but not much table service given unless you can grab someone.

The whole space has this intimate, luxurious atmosphere that makes the experience feel special the moment you walk in. We tried the Japanese Breakfast, which is a savory cocktail and such a pleasant surprise. It genuinely has miso soup notes. It's very unique and creative. I also had El Boho (flavorful but not overly sweet). The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending drinks. The prices are on the higher end, but personally I think they're totally worth it for the creativity and overall experience. This is the spot I bring all my out-of-town friends to because the ambiance, vibes, and drinks are just that good. Truly one of Seattle's gems.

For one, the bar service was mediocre for my $26 cocktail. I get more conversation from the bartenders at the Red Onion.... And because they bartender wasn't paying attention, he forgot to put our food order in....probably didn't need it anyway, I need to diet. And then we get the check and they automatically add 22%...if you are a quality establishment offering exceptional customer service, you don't need to tell me what to tip...guess you are not. And they they have the nerve to ask me if I want to tip another 18%, 20%, or 25% when I sign the check on their Toast device... I'll go out for a quality cocktail experience at Needle & Thread, The Doctor's Office, or maybe the Red Onion, lol. But I won't be coming back here ever again.

We arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait for our seats to be ready as the other party was still there. It's quite small on the inside, and I think it only seats maybe 16 people at max? Either way, we had a great time. You get a small cup of champagne while you wait/once you are seated. We each tried two drinks, and honestly everything was great. My favorite was the tart au citron-- it was sweet and tart and a perfect cocktail! My friend really loved the espresso martini-- I had a sip and it's probably one of the best in the city. Definitely worth a try and will be what we get again next time we come again!

We arrived around 5:00 PM and were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable mixologist. While looking over the menu, he asked what I typically enjoy drinking. I told him I'm a big fan of an Old Fashioned, and he suggested an Eagle Rare Old Fashioned. It was, without question, one of the best Old Fashioneds I've ever had at any establishment. The balance of flavors was outstanding, and the attention to detail was obvious from the first sip. I was so impressed by both the drink and the overall experience that I asked him how he made it and what ingredients he used so I could try to recreate it at home. While I'm probably only 90% of the way there, I'll never quite match the perfection he achieved that evening. The atmosphere, service, and cocktails were all exceptional.
