This is my favorite pho place in Washington! Pho is a regular staple in my dine-out meals and I know good pho. I've tried various places in different states and was honestly disappointed with the pho quality in WA. But I was really glad to find this place! The broth is hot, flavorful, and clean (some places are greasy and heavy). The noodles are cooked well and the meats/veggies are fresh. Portions might be slightly small but I'd rather have quality over quantity. The family who operates it is also very friendly. I've become a regular and recommend to anyone looking for a nice, hot bowl of pho. read more

Pros: quick, cheap, delicious Cons: it's in a suburban strip mall but parking is often difficult. not their fault directly-- just worth mentioning. As a vegetarian, any pho place that offers vegetable broth is much appreciated. I think i would have given them 5 stars if they offered fresh tofu but they only had fried tofu. They did however, accommodate my request to get the veggie-tofu pho with "no tofu, extra veggies." I got spring rolls with my meal and the peanut sauce came with fried garlic garnish which was really delicious. The guy who works here is funny and is often trying to play funny jokes on you. For instance, he might come to take your order and tell you everything is out. When he rang me up he added up my meal to $73 with a straight face, before breaking out into a smile and giving me the correct total (more like 15 bucks). I could see that this might not be everybody's cup of tea--especially if they are in a hurry but i thought it was funny. read more

The bahn mi was so thin it's ridiculous. Especially for $5. It's was the thinnest sandwich I've ever had. The "pork" had no flavor. My spring rolls left a gross sticky residue all over my fingers.. pho only had like 3 pieces of meat. The broth was good however. Not worth $7 Honestly VERY disappointed. Delicious veggie pho! My favorite here is the 12V...vegetarian pho. I load the broth up with the sauce and the sriracha and the pile of veggies and noodles they give you...and this. is. the. BOMB! I order to go and it takes a few minutes of waiting because the ingredients are super fresh and made to order...but it's well worth it. And the amount you get...well I order the small and I get at least two meals out of it. I pretty much crave this every day now since discovering this wonderful hole-in-the-wall place. If you are looking more for 5 star service maybe you won't be happy here...but honestly isn't it the food quality that matters most??? Horrible bland stock..tastless...the small order of chicken pho was a laugh...the chicken was cut in very small pieces..kind of made for a 2 year old...also when asked for hot sauce only ended up getting plum sauce. I can't say I enjoyed my soup at all, it left me hungry and nauseated, never again. I can't believe this place gets raving 5 star reviews...clearly people haven't had better pho in their lifetime if they think this piss water is good. Ordered a small PHO (chicken). The base "Stock" had no flavor and was almost colorless. I ended up adding so much hoison it just tasted like hoison water. Decent amount of noodles, chicken seemed a bit skimpy but? I like more scallions and cilantro. It was scarce here, like I think I found a tiny piece of each. Good amount of sprouts/basil/lime. When I want my pho fix I definately want the prime source/stock to have it's classic flavor :( Service was great, timing of it coming out at busy lunch time was great too. Place was clean. read more

If I can give this place a zero I would. How is this place rated so high? My hypothesis is that this is the only Pho restaurant in Bothell and people up here have never been to a decent Pho restaurant in Seattle. Anyway I went in hungry and tired after a days work, so I ordered a large bowl of pho expecting heaps and mounds of meat and noodles. I got nothing but soup, some noodles, and 4 pieces of meat!!! When I order a large I don't want to drink a large bowl of soup!! Are you kidding? So I asked the server where's all the meat? He went back inside the kitchen, then came back and responded "That's standard for a large, sorry." WTF!? This place is the cheapest Pho restaurant ever. Get outta here with all these 5 star reviews! This is our favorite Pho and also our local Pho location. I usually go with the rare meat and the brisket while my wife likes the chicken pho. It is always delicious whether we eat here or at home. I come here a lot because it's close to work. They are wonderful because the bean sprouts and basil sprigs are super fresh, the soup is good, and the service is great. Upon entering Pho Bothell my brother and I were lazily greeted and seated at a table. We had barely had a chance to look at our menus, when less than a minute later the waiter came to us and asked what we wanted. We told him we were not ready and needed more time. I assumed this would prompt him to leave. But no. He stood there, looming over us for a good bit until I told him again we needed more time. Not 30 seconds after that does a different person come to us asking what we wanted to order. We rushed to order, and our pho came out promptly after. It was tasty, but the experience was far less than perfect due to the overly pushy and naggy staff. I cannot say I will return to this place after how uncomfortable I was made to feel. read more

Very rude customer service....girl there talks back to customer. The guy help doesn't talk at all. Food ingredients changes. Once they don't have the right incredients but did not tell customer that. Watch for price charging, sometimes they charge $0.25 more per dish which adds up if they have lots of customers...I will not return. I work pretty close by this place and tried it out with my boss a couple times recentley. The pho is pretty good, the large bowl is more like a medium size at Than bros or Pho Han. It still has plenty of good meats and veggies inside. The broth is good as well. The prices are a little high for what you get, but its in the mill creek area so I guess its average for the area. Not as good as my go to Pho places in lynnwood/edmonds but still a good choice if your close by. read more
