Pho Broth is a solid pho spot located nearby Bella Terra in HB by some apartment complexes. To get here, there are a couple parking spots directly in front of the shop but other than that you would have to park in a nearby plaza and walk over. Inside, they have a modern and cozy setup with about 5-6 tables for seating. For their menu, they have starters, pho bowls, entrees, and drinks. Wifey and I stopped by for dinner and opted to try the Fish Sauce Glazed Fries and share a bowl of The Challenger Pho (their version of combination). The pho broth was valid off the first sip and the portion overall was very generous. Not to mention they also have unlimited noodle refills! Overall, this is a calm luh spot to satisfy your pho cravings. All of the staff here are very attentive and friendly. We would definitely stop by again if we were in the area and wanting a solid bowl of pho. Pho Broth is Viet gang approved!

I've been intrigued by the amount of high ratings of this restaurant because every time we pass by it, the restaurant is empty. Because of this, we decided to opt in and tried it when craving for pho. Upon arrival, we had to wait and ask to be seated because it seems they were more focus on online orders and there's no customers besides us at the restaurant. Really, didn't seem like there was that much orders. Maybe one person came in to pick up and another to be pick up by door dash. We got their wings, challenger pho, and tempura. Nothing was spectacular so I am definitely confuse by all their ratings. The pho was not flavorful at all-it tasted like plain water with some MSG. The tempura seemed like the same that I would get from Costco. Wings were actually alright. Would I come back-no. There's so many other better pho shop such as pho flavor nearby and a better price.

Instagram lead us here and we were not disappointed! Awesome little spot! It's clean and our waiter was quick and efficient. Parking isn't great, but during lunch time there were a few spots available. You pay and then scan inside to get two hours free. I ordered the beginner (pho with one meat). The rare steak was delicious! I would definitely order again. I loved the noodles too! They are unlimited, but I couldn't even finish my first bowl. To drink I had the matcha coffee. I loved the flavors together and would also order it again. I will most certainly be back!

Very cute phở spot! Love the overall decoration of the restaurant. The wood walls, tables, and chairs feel welcoming while they play upbeat music that is just loud enough to have a conversation with others. I like the open kitchen as well. I don't what it is but it feels organic to me. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by their friendly staff and seated promptly. I felt seen and welcomed. They immediately offered me water and a physical menu even though the QR code of their menu is on the table. I appreciate that they checked in on me on a timely manner and offered me additional noodles. Personally as someone who makes phở at home I've always held the standard that the broth should never be bland from the start. I understand that traditionally people add hoisin sauce and Sriracha, but I believe otherwise since we're at a modern day and age of food. With that being said, their broth is phenomenal! The first thing I did was scoop their broth for a taste. Personally, it doesn't need any adjustments besides lime because that's how I love it. There's a great portion of noods (unlimited btw!!!) and although I believe they could add maybe an ounce or two of extra protein to the dish I understand that beef, inventory cost, rent, labor, and utilities are a factor for their pricing. As an appetizer I got their garlic butter wings and they're very crunchy. I'd prefer the dipping sauce to be spicy but I could obviously add it myself. The spritz of lime I added from my pho plate gave it that chefs kiss. This is definitely a go to spot after pickleball on a cold night. Very happy that I stopped by to dine in. The only thing I disliked but it wasn't a huge deal was that there wasn't any hoisin or Sriracha. Instead it was given as a side so I had to scoop it in order to mix them together to dip my protein.

I've been here several times now and each meal I've had here has been delicious! Pho Broth is one of the few late night Pho restaurants open until midnight in OC and they have been rock solid on the food and service since they have opened. I've had the garlic butter wings & parmesan truffle fries as appetizers and both have been delicious, rich, and flavorful. The fries are crispy and well-salted and there's a good amount of parmesan sprinkled on top along with the dipping sauce they give you, it's yummy. The garlic butter wings are crispy, have a lot of meat on them and aren't too heavily fried which I like so it's not as greasy. I usually get the Expert bowl when I come here and you can choose from 3 of the 5 proteins which they offer or you can step it up to the Challenger bowl if you want everything! The noodles are springy and plentiful, there's a good amount of meat in the bowl, and the broth is fatty and rich. The inside is clean and well-lit with plenty of seating available for groups. Service is fast and friendly and you can order to-go or online if you want to do takeout! A great spot if you are craving Pho!

Food: Pho Challenge bowl was tasty with decent amount of meats and a huge beef bone. Overall delicious. The egg rolls were also made well and paired nicely with the sweet and spicy sauce. Don't know if the pho is authentic since I'm not from Vietnam, but I'd like to think I know my Vietnamese food - and this is the first time I've tasted this type of broth. To me, the broth tasted more like the Filipino Chicken Mami (chicken noodle soup), compared to all the other pho places I've been to. My benchmark for pho is Pho 999 and Pho So 1 in the San Fernando Valley (IYKYK), and this is definitely far from that. Was expecting something close to it, especially since Westminster is usually known for good Vietnamese food, but was kinda disappointed. Pros - unlimited noodles: if i were younger and all i cared about was quantity, then this place gets 5 stars. friendly staff: the server gave my son a bowl of noodles ahead of time, which was nice (kinda too friendly though because kept on checking on me...kinda felt rushed at times). Food was fresh and tasted good. Free dessert if you leave a 5 star review (probably the reason why they have a high rating....part of the challenge of trusting yelp reviews) Cons - Not the typical pho broth I'm used to . Parking might be tough TIP: Ask the server first whether you have to pay for parking. There was a sign for paid parking until the server caught me and said not to pay. Would I go back? No.

The Pho were delicious , the broth tasty. But to compare the price with the portion is a little bit higher than other places in town. ( Especially is meat just little ) but their provides complimentary additional noodles and broth upon request, for each bowl of Pho you order. Parking here is complimentary for two hours, but the parking in this plaza is very limited.Very friendly service !

This place was good but not amazing, or maybe because i ordered the wrong item? I came in for lunch during the week and got seated right away. The waitress was really friendly, but I asked her about the lunch specials because I saw a picture of it on yelp. She said they did not have any lunch specials. I said are you sure? She said yes. She then went to the back to check and apologized because they do have lunch specials. I ordered their garlic noodles with filet mignon and their veggie egg rolls ($20). There was more veggies with my filet mignon than actual steak pieces. The pieces of meat were small. The garlic noodles are on the thinner side. The sauce it came with was delicious. The steak and garlic noodles at vox kitchen is way better, although more expensive. The egg rolls tasted fine but from a frozen package and just heated. I will come back to try their pho next time instead!

Great food with amazing service. Came here on a weekday around 4-5pm. Our party had 3 adults and 1 baby and 2 toddlers. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Their menu is simple which is nice too. As soon as we were seated our waitress immediately served us waters and she even brought the two kiddos complimentary small bowls of Pho noodles with some brisket. Overall the service/hospitality was an outstanding 10 out of 10 and the food was no different either. I can see parking being a bit difficult during busy hours but they provide 100% validation if needed for parking in front. This Pho restaurant delivers and is worth giving a try. I will definitely be coming back.

I passed by this spot many times but have never tried it out and finally had a chance to and am so blessed. We finished worship around 9pm and then fellowship until around 10pm and this place is open until midnight. Perfect time :) the parking is very limited and there's a sign where you have to pay for parking. I was so confused as we are in HB and there's ample of parking all over the city but since it was late I ended up not having to deal w that. (They do validate for two hours) On to the food. We ordered the Challenger pho and Shaken style filet mignon and they were both really delicious. The broth from the pho was rich and tasty and the meat was soft. The filet was soft and juicy and love the texture of the rice. It also came with the cilantro cream sauce that really hit the spot and paired perfectly with the crunchy fries :) Overall: service was incredible and the food was on point even late at night. We will def be back again. The only minor issue is dealing w parking and using validation. We're in OC and not LA *smh

I've never been a Pho connoisseur, but I'm going to go ahead and say it... Best Pho place I've had in the area! There are so many to choose from but Pho Broth went above and beyond. Service was so customer focused. A worker came out and made sure we parked in the right spot to avoid tickets. Put a table together for us. Almost immediately brought a high chair for a baby in our group and even made a special mini pho for them! Quality of the pho was also great. Hot and tasty broth. Plenty of protein in the Expert. Definitely would recommend coming here for a pho fix and more.

We were looking for a late night meal. Very cool that this is open till midnight. The place is smallish but modern. Service quick. I had the Expert Pho. Beef balls, thin steak & brisket. The meat was relatively bland. Maybe I should of ordered the better cuts. The broth was tasty but not as flavorful as other pho places I've been too. When adding extra noodles it watered down the soup to very little flavor. My gf had the vegetarian pho which she loved. We were offered only a single plate of basil, jalapeño, sprouts & lemon/lime. Usually prefer my own that allows me to add more as I eat. Also we got individual small tray of sriracha & hoisin, no bottles. Being close to Westminster & Garden Grove they will have some stiff competition. read more

I really like it here! It just recently opened up. The interior is pretty modern, it echos a bit when it's crowded. The service is amazing, they were incredibly attentive and answered all our questions. I got the pho expert with brisket, beef ball, and rare steak. The broth is subtle, not salty, and soothing. The beef was pretty good quality and the noodles were great everything tasted really fresh. I love that they have unlimited noodles and broth for the pho bowls, for dine in! As you can find "Broth" on their name, I can tell this guys put lots of effort to making the broth for their bowl of Pho. It's not traditional soup style but I had very delicious and deep taste on it. Just had bowl of Pho for my first meal and It was very good enough to make my day feel great. Personal Tip : I normally put some sriracha into the soup but once I tried their soup I decided not to. Their broth is that much good. This is my 2nd time here at PhoBroth and it was even better than the first time I came. The ambiance of the place was great! Good music. Awesome vibe! Staff were very welcoming. Their menu was very straight to the point and clear. I got their Challenger Pho and it came with 5 different types of protein. They basically had no wait time for the food either. Super fast service! The Pho was so good I couldn't stop eating it even after I was full..wait.... Did I mention. Free nood refill?! You can get a free noodle refill if you dine in. Ah this place was so gooooodd!! Why did they permanently close. Please come back. I was just about to bring two friends over to eat there and learned that they were closed. They had the best customer service and all of their food was amazing. I personally got a spread of their all meat special pho and it was really delicious. Service was great! Server nice and attentive. They have two different pho noodles and the cook let me try both before deciding. I like the softer thicker flat noodles better. I am picky with my noodles. Broth was delicious and meats very tender. Loved the pho. Unlimited noodles too but was too full to take advantage The lomo saltado was perfect in taste but the beef quality not so good, a bit grisly. If not for this would have given 5 stars. French fries perfect! First time parking is confusing. Do NOT scan code on parking sign when you park. GO INSIDE restaurant to scan the parking code. Hey guys! I went to Pho Broth at 7451 Edinger Avenue with my family on the way to UCSD, and I strongly believe that Pho Broth is a wonderful place to have Pho. First off, the service is AMAZING. Just the best. The waiter was super, SUPER nice and was extremely considerate, providing us with extra take out containers and extra soup. The food here is also amazing. The pho is amazing and so are the parmesan truffle fries. I seriously have no qualms with this establishment and, in a metaphysical and physical sense, believe that this establishment must continue to exist on the itineraries of many. Thanks! read more

Lovely restaurant, great Pho, and nice staffs. At first i was quite hesitant to try out a new Vietnamese restaurant, but turned out I really enjoyed the Pho here. The broth was such a killer. It had a very nice sweet taste of beef bone flavor and was seasoned well. The beef brisket tasted perfectly tender and juicy. The price was excellent too, costing around $13 -$15 for a bowl of Pho and unlimited noodle refills. Highly recommended this place. Will definitely come back! read more

Great service and good food! Our favorite was the Parmesan fries very, flavorful and fluffy!! The pho itself is simple which makes it delicious and soothing. I got the chance to visit Pho Broth earlier last week; I felt very welcomed in by the staff and they were all very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! The owners were very accommodating to our party and explained each item on the menu for us while also giving their own personal suggestions! While we were waiting for our food, one of the owners told us how he would like to decorate the rest of the restaurant in the future, hoping to make this area a place where a lot of people could rely on for a late night spot as well. The restaurant itself is very cozy, kind of an at home feeling, and was very clean! The food was amazing! They were all very flavorful and all the fried foods were not greasy and had great texture! The owner even came to us at the end of our meal and asked if we had any suggestions we could give to them; they really showed us they really care about what the customer has to say and they really want to offer it to their cliental. Overall, such a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back for their grand opening! read more

Came in with my girlfriend got seated before another table waited 15 mins still no menus and the other table that seated after us had already ordered before us and we were sitting there for 15 mins food came pho broth had little to no flavor had finished my pho before my girlfriends food even came out 40 mins for garlic noodles. Server has no idea what he's doing walking around like a headless chicken no service whatsoever read more

We live nearby so we walked over with our kids in the rain the other night (2/12). We were excited to try this place because our kids love pho. We walked in and the server guy didn't greet us or tell us to sit down. He actually took phone orders before us and would go to the back. We just sat ourselves down. The server took a while to come up to our table even though there was only a party of 2 and a party of 1 in there besides us. We asked for waters for all of us and he only brought 3. (There is 4 of us besides our baby). He said oh is that fine? And we told him we would share. Then my husband and I each ordered our own phos and we ordered one for the kids to share since they don't eat a lot. We also told him it was for them to share and asked for two bowls and spoons and forks. He comes back with again only 3 bowls total. We said can we get the extra bowl for our other kid (our kids are 4&5) and he didn't say anything he just came back with a tiny rice bowl. Of course the kids were a little bummed be because one had to get the tiny bowl with way less noodles but they didn't fuss. They're good kids. We asked for the extra spoon and the two forks. He never came back he was behind the counter laughing with the guy cooking. I got up with my baby and asked him for the spoon. And he just said oh yeah just the one spoon right? Like we are paying customers you're acting like we are stealing pho. Little kids won't eat a whole bowl!! We usually have them just eat off of our bowls or plates at other restaurants but this time we got them their own to see if they could eat more. He also never came back to refill our waters or asked if we wanted anything else. He was very cold with us. We had to get up to ask for a Togo box. A girl server with short hair came in and checked us out she had a way better attitude and was nicer. Too bad she wasn't the one to serve us, they might have gotten more stars. The man never even said thanks or anything. Just stayed behind the kitchen counter letting the girl handle cleaning and stocking and everything. The food itself.... I got the filet mignon pho. The meat was soft but flavorless and the broth also had very minimal flavor. No matter how much sriracha or sauce or lime in it it didn't have much flavor compared to an authentic pho spot. My husband and I both agreed and even our kids said it wasn't good. Between the service and flavorless pho I think we will just skip it next time even though we live in the neighborhood. Most neighbors talk too so I definitely won't be recommending this place especially to anyone with kids. read more

The broth of the pho is really good and I've tried every single meat and they're all really good especially the brisket. The service especially stands out as she's quick to refill water and ask questions along the way. She recommended the small noodles for the basic pho experience but still was able to accommodate me with small noodles again once I ordered the big noodles and didn't enjoy it as much. She was quick to ask if I needed and more refills and more sauce. And of course she's very nice, has a warm personality, and welcoming. I see her pretty much every time I come in around 10 pm. The garlic butter wings were surprisingly good and worth the price. I usually do not get appetizers because of the cost is nearly the same of entrees most of the time, but I decided to get the wings and the fries. Both were memorable and delicious. read more

I give it 3 stars but dropped it to 2 cause they got all these people giving em 5 stars for free dessert. The broth tasted watered down. Seems like everything was made ahead of time and not as fresh. The thick noodles were overcooked and the thin noodles were undercooked. Service was great, just don't like how a 3 star spot is dressed up like a 5 star. Leads to disappointment. read more

This is one of my favorite dining spots. Not only is the food consistently excellent, but the staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The servers are well-versed in the menu and provide great recommendations, though there are plenty of fantastic options to choose from if you prefer to make your own selection. The prices are always reasonable, and considering how satisfied I feel after every visit, it's always worth it. I tend to order the same dish - the Beginner Pho with filet mignon and wide noodles, which costs around $16, including the $2 upcharge for the filet mignon. The restaurant offers unlimited noodles for dine-in customers, which is a nice bonus. I often work late or have late-night cravings, and Pho Broth stays open late, so it's my go-to spot whenever I need a pho fix. If you're ordering to go, be sure to request Marlene as your server. She's by far the best server I've had, always attentive, kind, and detail-oriented. First it is pricey. Might want to consider purchasing restaurant gift cards at Costco at Bella Terra. They offer $79.99 for $100 worth of gift cards sometimes. Grab it. There's the Market Table with salads, breakfast options(brunch), cheeses, soup, breads. The servers walk around with the prime meat options if you select the "Full Churrasco" experience and there's the "ultimate experience with dessert added. Be sure to read the menu to select your offerings. We opted for brunch Full Churrasco and got to try the lamb, pork, beef, chicken specialties. Our bellies were content after this experience. The restaurant is also beautifully designed and an elegance about the space. Servers were friendly and attentive. We were quite happy to celebrate our anniversary here.

Our empanadas were the last dishes to come out and took long after we had already finished everything else and tasted like they had been sitting out, our waters were left empty for awhile, and our waiter had an attitude when we ordered more, interrupting us and being rude instead of asking politely for us to repeat ourselves. We were a big party that was sat in a corner with little attention, and it almost seemed like they treated as such because we were there for the happy hour. Overall, just disappointed and wish it was a more pleasant experience.
