    Salmon Rolls
    Patricia L.

4.5 Stars Our uncle highly recommended this place because of their salmon rolls. There was a lot of ample parking and the place looks nice with its black and white theme. And is also clean and well-maintained as well. I had the following dishes: * Chè 3 màu (Three-Colored Vietnamese Dessert) - This had some pandan jelly, red beans, mung bean paste and coconut milk. It was yummy, rich and filling! * Phở tái, bò viên (ribeye steak & beef balls) - My fave pho combination dish. The broth was savory and the noodles were good also. * Salmon Rolls - A unique dish! This came with a sweet dip. I only ate one piece because it was aslo filling and took the rest home. It was tasty too! We got our dishes fast! Customer service was great. Will definitely come back here to try more dishes.

first spoon-full: soup base, noodles, veggies and steak, with some spiced up vinegar onion. Mmmmmm

Clean, airy, a nice view of the park, diner style building surrounded by windows! I love that when I asked for water, I was immediately met with "hot or cold," so I took hot. Salmon rolls Pho Tai with wide noodles (Northern Style!) and white onions with vinegar (free at any Pho place, but I like that they out them on the menu). I was surprised by the silkiness of the noodles; while I usually prefer al dente, the grew on me, so smooth and delicatein the rich, robust soup. The broth was light enough for me to regret ordering the salmon rolls, because otherwise Ibmay have drained the bowl. The salmon rolls came 10min after the pho, and so worth the wait: I ordered the full order (3pc), and one would have been enough: the salmon perfectly cooked (made me wish my father could have been here), with surprise crunchiness inside. (I'll be taking two home, yum!) I'll be coming back in a couple weeks: it's kitty-corner from my ENT, the fabulous Dr. Thanh Can Nguyen!

Oh no...not sure why the pho's broth was so salty at this location? I tried the other location and everything was good. I liked that the menu was simple and you can build your own bowl for a decent price. They allow you to choose any 3 items. The meats were ok. The tendons were cleaned well and not so hard. Overall, the pho was ok. Service was ok. RR avail Parking avail

Updated - Value is still good as you get options with rib bones, fatty brisket, and meatballs. Prices are bumped up as no longer 12.99, but proteins found are slightly bumped up to keep up with price adjustments. Service - 5/5 Did get a second refill of iced tea, which is a great feature as most places don't accommodate the beverage areas. Portions- justified as there is potential to split the meal into later halves and pack the left over broth and meats home.

Great spot for non chain options. Great broth. Service was excellent. Great menu variety and super affordable pricing

Monday, Nov. 10, 2025 Approx. 1 PM Every time I drove past this place on Euclid St. and looked at the restaurant window, the inside was was filled with customers, so today I decided to go inside and give it a try together with my wife I and ordered the, "Special Combo Noodle Soup". Our experience was as follows: My wife: (She's Chinese) 價格實惠 店面亮堂乾淨 服務不錯 推薦! Me: (Born & raised in NorCal) They focus on one product only, which is making delicious and affordable Pho soup. They've got a couple appetizers, but the main character here is their soup. The essence of Pho is the beef broth, and the broth here is definitely homemade and not from a can, hence the delicious and authentic taste. I was really impressed with the amount of protein volume. (steak, lean & fat brisket, tendon & beef balls) included in the soup. The entry itself is $14.95, but the volume alone seems to be worth much more greater than the cost. And the meat selections were definitely fresh & tender. Lots of local Vietnamese customers here as well, which adds to the authenticity of the venue. My wife said that the waitstaff was very professional and were smiling while they worked. CONCLUSION: In this era of high inflation, if you want a delicious Pho soup at an attractive price, this is a definite go-to restaurant.

my family is all big fans of their Pho so i have no doubt their quality is good. for me, i don't have a big appetite so i always come for the same thing which is the salmon rolls- still love these after my recent visit! i love the crunch-to-chew ratio and the salmon proportion is great! i like mixing the sauce they provide with sriracha for a little kick. service is always friendly when i go so i have no complaints. recently i think they started giving little tofu desserts at the end of meals which i love!! glad to be a regular at this spot.

Pho was not bad, but nothing crazy good. I did get take out, so i can't rate the service or inside. However if you're looking for decent pho to go this is not a bad choice.

The bowls were a bit smaller in size for the price of $15.50. The pho was tasty. I had bo kho, the broth was on the sweeter side

For the price, location, and quality of food, it's pretty decent. Located right across from Miles square park, the restaurant is spacious. The outside looks American. Inside is clean and modern-plenty of seats. Ordered their beef stew and pho. Price has increased but it's still decent for the amount of meat they offered. For pho, there's two choice of noodle-flat and fresh or the skinny more chewy type. Broth is not as bold or rich as the more traditional pho restaurants but it's still good. They also offer their Yummy desserts like flan and tofu which is amazing. Service is mediocre-there's only one person that takes order but plenty of people to clean the tables and provide other services.

Pho Tai Bo Vien, soup had a weird taste, March 2025.

Came here because it was on the way home from a trip but instantly regretted our decision after receiving our food. There's only one size and not many options, so yelpers be warn. Pho quality is not that great when comparing to so many other well known places in OC. I ordered the pho tai bo vien and husband had th dac biet. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The flavor of the broth had a weird smell and aroma, not like your typical pho. It's like bo kho mixed with pho, super weird. We're pretty sure whoever the chef is was cross contaminating because right after eating, we both got a tummy ache. For the quality pho options you have in OC, especially neighboring city like Westminster, so no spend your money here for low quality food! Their meat quality was not great, especially their bo vien (meat ball). Definitely NOT recommending this business for pho when there's so many other higher quality options.

I have been here before it was called pho Kim quy in the past but changed to yummy pho. Today, I went here with my dad since my dad took me here and told me that this pho place is good. I got pho tai bo vien and it was delicious, yummy, and great aromatics of pho. I love how they put a lot of green onion and offered pickled onion vinegar alongside with bean sprouts. The pho noodles were chewy, bouncy, and soft. The meat was tender, soft, and chewy. I would give this a 5/5 best pho I ever had. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. There is plenty of parking. I would definitely come back here to try their other pho options.

Pho tai bo vien and brisket

Revisited Yummy Pho because I was craving some delicious pho. Once again they were on point with their pho broth, rich beefy pho flavors, broth was bursting with flavors. I ordered the rare beef and brisket with thin noodles and it didn't disappoint! The bowl came out piping hot as it should and the aromas were amazing! The condiments were fresh and plentiful. If you need more limes, bean sprouts, basil, etc. they are so accommodating. I got extra lime because I like my pho sour. Staff members were all very nice, tentative, helpful, and efficient. Ambiance is nice, they have the holiday decorations up so it's nice and festive. Clean, lots of seating and lots of natural lighting which I like!

We arrived around 5:50 pm on a Friday and were seated immediately. The staff was very kind and efficient throughout the meal. I've seen some reviews mention poor service, but that wasn't my experience at all. The service felt pretty typical of a Vietnamese restaurant to me: quick, straightforward, and efficient. I can see how that style may come across differently if you're not used to it, but everyone was kind and we had a great experience. We ordered the Banh It Ram and Bun Bo Hue. The Banh It Ram was amazing. I love how generously they fill the banh it, while the banh ram underneath stays crisp without being too thick. The textures feel really balanced. With Banh It Ram getting more attention online lately, I'm honestly surprised I don't see Quan Hy mentioned more often. The Bun Bo Hue was just as memorable. The broth was incredibly flavorful, and I liked that the chili was served on the side so you could adjust the spice level yourself. Parking is in a fairly busy plaza, so availability really depends on when you visit. It was really nice coming back after so long and finding the food still so consistent. I can definitely see myself continuing to return to Quan Hy.

I also didn't realize before coming in that Pink 10 had changed their menu/concept to OC Pho. I was really looking forward to some of the items from the old Pink 10 menu, especially the tower and pho fries, but unfortunately those are no longer available. It seems like they kept mostly the drink menu from Pink 10. Service was unfortunately the biggest disappointment. We were a party of 6 and one of only about two tables in the restaurant at the time. As our food started coming out, we noticed that two of my sisters still hadn't received theirs. It seemed like their orders had been forgotten because the waiter eventually had to come back and write them down again. One of their dishes finally came out, but the other took way too long. We had already been there for about 1.5 hours and she still hadn't received her food, so we ended up having to cancel the order completely. Our waiter seemed new, which is understandable during a soft opening, but it was still frustrating considering how few tables were there. For drinks, we ordered Vietnamese iced coffee, but unfortunately the cup wasn't filled all the way. I also tried the egg coffee and really enjoyed it -- it tasted great! The food we DID receive was actually really good. We had the grilled scallops and the shaking beef with both rice and noodles, and those dishes turned out great. Banh xeo tacos were also good. Another downside was that it was pretty hot inside the restaurant. I'm not sure if the AC wasn't on or just wasn't working well, but it definitely made the long wait feel even longer. Overall, there were definitely some hits with the food and drinks, but the service needs improvement. This place is trendy, but I would probably go elsewhere for filled up coffee and better service.

While waiting, I saw an article (displayed on their counter) about how this restaurant started or…read moreoriginal was opened in Seattle area. I believe the concept replicated HK Cart Noodle from mobile food stalls and let customers choose noodles, broth, and toppings. Hue Ky Mie Gia, with business so great, extended hours to 2AM! More interesting to side, you could order fresh steamed buns both savory or sweet. The noodles dishes are amazing. You cannot go wrong with either the dry or soup based noodles! I love that you could add some much more than just extra wontons! You could add fishballs, quail eggs (I did), big shrimps, tofu skins, etc -- including the type of noodles. Service is quick without compromising the quality of the food. I was surprised they topped the meal by providing free desserts! Thanks for making the meal sweeter! :))

Stopped by to get lunch with my dad, and this place has become his go-to spot for noodles!…read more There were a good number of seats inside, and the restaurant was decorated with lots of traditional touches. When we arrived, we were seated right away since it wasn't very busy. The waitress was really nice and answered any questions we had about the menu. Thank you! Here's what we ordered: Mi Sui Cao Kho (5/5): I really liked how they served the wontons on the side so they didn't make my noodles all soggy. Mi Vit Quay (4.5/5): I think my dad really liked this one. I forgot to ask for his opinion, but he definitely devoured everything in that bowl LOL. Chinese Donut (5/5): Fried fresh, so it was perfectly crispy and honestly so addicting to eat! Steamed Pork Kidneys (3/5): Not bad, but I felt like it was missing something to complete the flavor. Overall, a really good experience! P.S. They also sell banh bao on the side!
