    Pho ga - chicken
    Sanny C.

Decent. Not the very best, but not the worst. We came on a day when they were offering a free iced coffee with each pho order. We got 2 pho dac biet & 1 pho ga (chicken). So they gave us 3 free coffees. The coffee was ok. Not my fav, but it was free hehhe My chicken pho was not bad, imo. It came out hot with a good portion of pho & chicken. The chicken tasted fresh. Some dark meats and some white meats. The broth was not the very best. It wasn't authentic. More like fusion. Overall, it was a clean broth. I wouldn't mind ordering it again. As for pho dac biet, there were mixed reviews. lol one said it wasn't that great. The other individual said it was decent. He enjoyed it. He mentioned that it been a while since he had pho. Not sure if it was good because he was just craving it or it was really decent lol I guess you gotta try for yourself.. Place was new and clean. No paper towels in restroom or at the table. Gotta request. Service was chill. They did their job. Brought out what was requested and came to check on us once.

A solid bowl of Pho with affordable pricing. Elevated experience with usage of Robotics. Parking is plentiful. Broth 5/5 Great taste, light and clean. Proteins - ordered house special however no meatball found within the bowl. Fair amount of meats given proportionately. I do agree from another yelper that their tendon is a bit chewy. They did give a lot of tendon but the tripe given was almost non existent. Environment - Very spacious where you won't feel cramped while dining. Quality - 5/5 Herbs were very fresh. I appreciate the pepper grinder . Staff Service - Above the standard Output time - Fairly commonly fast. Advantages - outdoor patio seating, lots of tables, clean and modernized. I can see this place booming with business on weekends.

Love this restaurant. The best serving from Dat and Leon , friendly and helpful

    Dry Chicken Pho

Food was absolutely delicious but I have to especially call out the dry chicken pho. No other place I know makes this. The chicken is so fresh you can taste the difference where the meat is chewier and fresh. I took my family and the kids and mom absolutely love it. It was a cool Hip vibe and the design concepts were very urban. Loved how they have an inside and outside patio and the concept of having the Banh mi shop with a pho shop is interesting. H the r service staff was great coming by to ask multiple times if we needed anything else. In a competitive market this one stands out.

    1. The pho was comforting and delicious! I also really like the coconut jelly! 2. The spot has cozy casual vibes! The interior is nicely designed! 3. The staff were friendly and timely! They even have robot servers! 4. There is only indoor dining! There are a lot of tables! 5. Parking lot has a lot of spots! Note: They do accept card transactions! Photo: Coconut Jelly and Pho Ga

Coming from Coachella Valley, but former OC resident. Took advantage of our day in town and looked up somewhere new to try. Just based on the pictures we decided to check this place out. Walking in it was definitely nicer than most hole in the wall restaurants around town. They even have a cafe area to the right when you walk in, with boba drinks but more so the aesthetic of the entire place including the restaurant , looked new and very clean and welcoming. Space between seating is good. Granted there was two other groups in the entire place, but I imagine when it is very busy, you aren't packed like other restaurants the same size that have too many tables. Food was great for their simple menu choices they have. So definitely made it easier to decide what we wanted right away. Got two appetizers , sweet potato fries and crispy chicken. The fries tasted like you expect so that's good, and the chicken was better than I expected and the portions aren't too big to where it'll fill you up. So that you have room for your pho. Pho was great, we shared a bowl because I usually don't finish my own. But I feel the way this tasted I could have easily had my own bowl and next time I probably will. Service was good, typical Garden Grove service; if you know what I mean. I do recommend this place especially if you are just looking for pho and not a bloated menu like other pho places. Just straight to the point. It looked new , but I could be wrong. Either way , I recommend it and will be back with more people. Looking forward to it.

I saw a few random posting in Facebook of this pho restaurant and wanted to give it a try-given its modern, clean vibe. They share space with Boban so although there's outdoor seatings, it belongs to Boban. When entering the restaurant, immediately to your right will be Boban...OneV pho bistro is a bit in...there's no way you'll miss because it's directly in front of you but don't get confused by the cashier/desk to the right...it doesn't belong to them. Now to the pho. We ordered a dry chicken noodle with baby/chicken eggs and their combination specialty pho. The dried chicken noodle was more like clear, glass noodle used for Japchae; somehow the noodle was all stuck together like a gigantic ball. The chicken were shredded so you can ask for dark/white meat. Sauce was not on point. The pho...wow I never had pho broth with that much MSG. It was so bad that I couldn't finish the broth and I typically love to divulge all my broth. It didn't have any pho flavouring that I'm accustomed to from the traditional restaurants such as Pho Flavor, Pho 79 or Phoholic. One good thing is they're coconut - expensive but very refreshing..

The chicken rice I had was really good , but gave it a 4 because the pho ga just needs a bit of work to be more flavorful. Their nuoc mam helps. My mom told me that the greens that were given for the chicken pho was wrong , but I get every viet region differs . Interior is nice tho

Pho, fresh veggies, and Vietnamese coffee.

Best Pho I've ever had. The broth and all of the herbs were so fresh. The proteins were tender and full of flavor. The whole bowl was elegantly presented, and so well balanced. The serving was so generous I wound up taking half of it home. And don't get me started on the Vietnamese coffee. OMG. I haven't stopped talking about it to my work colleagues, and family members, since I left. So, so good.Staff was super friendly, and really helpful as it was my first visit. Certainly won't be my last.

Beautiful interior design and a really nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and service was great -- they were quick with taking our order and bringing out the food. We ordered the beef pho and chicken pho. Overall the food was good and the portion size was great. The beef pho was solid, but I personally felt like the chicken pho was missing a little something -- the aroma and flavor weren't as strong as I expected. One thing I do wish they would pay more attention to is the presentation of the food. Their photos in advertisements look amazing, but when the dishes come out they don't quite look the same. Presentation really adds to the whole dining experience, especially for a newer restaurant that isn't super busy yet. I think taking a little more time plating the dishes would make them much more visually appealing. I didn't try any specialty drinks, just the iced tea, but I have to say it was really good. It had this light fruity aroma that I can't quite explain -- almost like a fruit tea, but not sweet or strong. Just really refreshing iced tea. Overall, I would come back to try other items on their menu.

Everyone should check out this new venture! Great food, excellent drinks, beautiful design and decor. Highly recommend everyone try it!!

If you're near Westminster, you should definitely check this place out. The pho was so good, as you can probably tell from my picture I loved that the broth tasted naturally sweet from the bones instead of being overloaded with MSG. The coffee was pretty good too, which was honestly a nice surprise because you don't usually expect that at a pho place. On top of that, the restaurant was very clean and the service was friendly.

I barely had to touch them before the meat was basically falling off the bone. The broth had a deep, comforting flavor without being overly salty (which is a blessing to enjoy the flavor). We also ordered the pork cutlet on the side, and honestly, the portion was massive for like a quick lunch. Crispy, filling, and definitely enough to take leftovers home! The banchan was simple but solid too, especially the big slices of cucumber and daikon, along with pieces of pancake on the side. The meal starts with what feels like an endless lineup of little side dishes, a fried fish, rice in a scorching hot stone bowl, and then the bubbling tofu soup (medium spice for me) arrives like it's angry at the table. I ordered the bulgogi combo (C2) and everything was flavorful, comforting, and honestly just fun to eat. OK maybe a few too many onions for me. The stone pot rice situation was an adventure on its own. They ask you if you want them to pour hot water into the bowl to loosen the crispy rice stuck to the sides. I tried it. Felt very authentic. Still not fully convinced my rookie self handled it correctly, but we survived. What I liked most was the atmosphere and adventure. You can tell this place has a loyal following and there's a reason Yelp absolutely loves it. It feels authentic without being intimidating, and the portions are no joke. I took home enough leftovers for round two the next day. If you've only done Korean BBQ before, this is a completely different experience and definitely worth trying. Bring friends, come hungry, and don't be afraid to look a little confused your first time. Apparently that's part of the experience. Easy 5 stars for me. P. S. They specialize in egg noodles - served either dry (with broth and main protein on the side) or wet like a conventional soup bowl. My personal go-to is the dry mì sủi cảo - egg noodles with sliced / ground pork, huge wonton dumplings, a shrimp cracker, and broth on the side. The wontons come in a super rich and delicious sauce that I actually got scolded for pouring over my noodles lol. The light and clear broth is very refreshing and well-seasoned. Excellent mix of perfectly balanced flavors from every component. Add chili crisp for extra oomph. My wife loves the mì gà quay - fried chicken leg & thigh with the signature egg noodles. This is honestly one of the most perfectly seasoned and cooked fried chicken I've ever had, and I've had a LOT of fried chicken.
