They give you lots of meat and they have plenty of options to choose from. You can choose from thin or thick noodles and they have like 10 different options for proteins. I went with the steak, well done brisket, and fatty brisket with my bowl. I paid $13 and I got my money's worth with all the brisket that was loaded into my bowl. The noodles were well-cooked and the vegetables they brought us were fresh. Service was quick and friendly. The broth was a little on the lighter side for my taste but adding siracha and hoisin sauce helped alleviate that issue. Their Pho Tai is also good. The meat was soft and tender. The soup met the standards of what you'd expect a pho soup to taste like but better than average. The Bun Thit Nuong was good.
