They got us to our table almost immediately, and they were able to get our food shortly after we ordered. They had a large variety of Thai, and Vietnamese foods to choose from, the main entrees being pho. I got the beef pho and it turned out excellent, and looked great. Stopped by during COVID and they were open. The restaurant has been opened for about 2 years per the owner and the place still looks super nice. The decor and open seating atmosphere make it inviting and good for social distancing. They have a wide variety of food ranging from classic pho to noodle and rice dishes. Came in 40 minutes before they advertised closing time. While it's slow this time of year change hours. They let me order to go but was limited on options. I should have known better but I was starving and freezing and a good bowl of Pho sounded like the perfect solution. Pho is always better onsite but being courteous I got it to go....took me about 10 minutes back to villas and get a big bowl super excited the broth was still hot.....made my soup..... Then got my plastic soup spoon to taste it....disappointed tasted like a combination of dishwater and old ice tea. The veggies were fresh I tasted before I added to broth, the meat rare.....and cooked good but so sad it went down the disposal. Been planning to try out this restaurant since it opened and finally got a chance. The restaurant is located in an upscale shopping center and has great curb appeal. Ceiling to floor windows provides a bright view into the open, clean, modern and nicely decorated dining room. The staff were wonderful. Super friendly, quickly provided answers for any questions and suggestions for meal combinations. We tried out the fried wonton and shrimp bruschetta appetizers. Both were delicious. I could have made a meal of the wontons alone but they only had it available as an appetizer which came with just four. I ordered the pork noodle bowl which have lots of options to add in. Kim had the Hoanh Thanh Mi noodle soup which had everything in it! Egg noodles, wonton, pork, shrimp and a pile of greens. Both were very good and there was plenty there. I topped it off with a sweet mango bubble tea. They offer noodle bowls, soups, Pho, rice meals and various sandwiches, something for everyone. For drinks there is bubble tea, smoothies, coffee and tea. We will definitely come back again to try out more the menu. read more

Wow! One of the better Vietnamese restaurants I visited! The restaurant is nice and bright, clean, and doesn't have the typical fish sauce smell! Food was pretty tasty, I had the beef stew noodle bowl (bo kho), it was better than expectation. The regular pho was also pretty good, brisket was tender, soup had good flavor! The chef knows what he / she is doing. Lots of Vietnamese eating at this restaurant which is always a good sign!! I believe the restaurant is fairly new, servers can use some training. I would not wrap a fork inside the napkin; most of the customers use chopsticks and spoon to eat noodle soup anyway, had to break open the clean fork to use the napkin...
