Wow this might be the worst pho I've ever eaten in my life. Even pho at a food court would taste better than this. My soup literally had NO taste. I felt like eating noodles in a bowl of hot water (ok, i don't have covid) Also the food is way overpriced here. I cannot believe I paid $10 for my tiny bowl of pho. It had 2 tiny shrimps and didn't even have enough garnish. I asked for chile oil and they brought A FEW DROPS on a tiny dish. Service was really bad too.. or I should say it did not exist. Basically all they did was bringing my soup out, that's it. They never came back not even once and started eating dinner. After eating dinner they just disappeared and I had to yell for check after waiting forever. I am really disappointed with this place. I had high hope as they had 4 stars on Yelp. I will not be back for sure.

Came here for the ratings. Service is a tad slow, they may be short handed. Food is fine, I'm accustomed to having a nice plate of limes, sprouts and Thai basil for my pho, instead it was only a four leaves of basil and a very small sampling of sprouts. Pho soup was bland. Nice selection of vegetarian options. The fried rice was ok, wings were a tad sweet for my liking and they forgot about my shrimp spring rolls. The sandwich was good.

It was my first time going to this place. Since it was after 2:00 o'clock, the place was quiet but still few people having lunch. I should have ordered pho dish but it was kind of warm day, so I ordered pan fried egg noodle dish and iced Vietnamese coffee, which is very strong. Both were good and service was good too. Very clean too. I'm not sure they offer lunch time menu but want to come back for lunch. Definitely I'll try their Pho next time.

This is the best Pho we have found in the area. The family that owns and operates the restaurant are so nice and provide such excellent service. We try to come here for lunch at least once a week. The food is fresh, made to order, and always so fast and efficient. It's the best spot to duck into on a rainy day and enjoy an excellent Pho. The spring rolls are really great as well.

Great food and service - inside is nice/clean. Specials Thursdays and Sundays. By far one of the best pho places around.

I do wish the spring rolls used non-shredded lettuce and had some other vegetables like carrots in them. I did enjoy the peanut sauce a lot though. The banh mi was massive and the mayo sauce used with the pickled carrots was excellent. There was a good amount of tofu in it. The tofu itself would have been better if it was finished off with some kind of sauce. I also wish they had a vegetarian broth option for pho since their pho seemed very popular. Service was good and ambience is nice.

Also, don't expect this location to be like the Haltom City location. A relative of mine was told she needed to come into the store to order because the worker couldn't understand her Vietnamese pronunciation of the menu items -- even though the dishes are written in Vietnamese at a Vietnamese restaurant. For example, "Cơm Thịt Nướng" is a very common and widely understood dish. Whether someone is from North or South Vietnam, it's a standard menu item. It was surprising to hear that a Vietnamese customer couldn't place a phone order due to pronunciation. Additionally, when my relative asked questions about other Vietnamese dishes on the menu, those questions were dismissed rather than clarified. I later called to confirm what happened, and the response was still dismissive. Instead of clarifying politely, the worker insisted that the issue was her pronunciation, even though the menu items are standard Vietnamese dishes. That interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary. This was especially disappointing to experience at a Vietnamese restaurant, where customers should feel understood and welcomed when ordering traditional dishes. When I visited in person, I learned from the Vietnamese staff that the restaurant had recently been sold to a new non-Vietnamese owner. I fully respect and appreciate anyone who wants to support and promote Vietnamese culture and cuisine. However, customers who are familiar with the food should feel respected -- not corrected or brushed off. Ambiance was clean/nice, and the food has always been good. However, service on this occasion earns a 2/5.
