Food is awesome for sure ! But the service not so much. Ambiance was very noisy when they bring the wash kart out to clean the tables smh.

We were visiting Dallas and craving pho. Not bad pho at a decent price. Service was prompt and friendly.

This place is genuinely amazing, the service her is very fast, and the food is literally so good. I love this place

Loved it. I tried this place for the first time. It won't be the last. I ordered takeout and it was ready in no time. Although it opens at 10a, I wasn't able to place an online order until 11a which was fine. I got the P32 , pho well-done brisket with crunchy beef fat, as well as, the egg rolls. Everything was good. I do regret not asking for extra sauce packets. It was good none the less.

Always a stellar dining experience at Pho Legacy. There's something nostalgic about the large (simple yet efficient) dining room. The service is quick and friendly every time I grab a late dinner. I like that they have take out options, but I will say I feel like I get more pho broth when I dine in. Spring rolls are crispy and so packed with flavor. Pho Legacy runs a tasty and clean operation.

Their extra large pho was ridiculously HUGE. They did not skip out on the portions, I feel like they're losing money on it compared to other pho places so if you're hungry, this is the place to go. Service was okay, I felt like it's your typical Vietnamese restaurant service wise. Ambiance is straight from the Nam!

The food was definitely a 10 out of 10! I ordered the number 32 with egg rolls, and everything was incredibly fresh from the garnish and bean sprouts to the egg rolls themselves. The flavors were spot on and absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the broth; it had a unique signature taste while still staying true to traditional flavors. The ambiance was simple and clean, and the place smelled fresh. Service was excellent everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back!

The food came out quick and hot. The broth was alright, needed to add a little bit more fish sauce (which is provided in a bottle on the table) We ordered 2- large pho legacy (their version of dad biet) with a side of vinegar onions (which was just a side of onions, no vinegar) Total of 27.06 7/10, I'd come back.

Food was good. Had a side of beef broth as well. The broth was super delicious but hot as hell. I know it's supposed to be served hot, but it took forever to cool down. It would've been nice if they had been playing music because it was in a weird time between lunch and dinner and the staff were talking putting away silverware. It was just really loud. Worth a try though!

Pho Legacy always hits the spot. This place is, thankfully, right around the corner from my house, always fast service, and always good food. The shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce are so fresh and yummy, my current favorite appetizer. The P15 is my favorite beef pho and the broth is always good. I'm always down for pho!

I absolutely love me some Vietnamese food, especially a good bowl of Pho. I have my go to spots , however this place was literally 2 mins away from where I was. And I was on a time limit , so I had to choose quickly. I'm glad I chose to stop here. The food was really yummy . I'd give a 9/10 on flavor , it was really good only something's was missing and I'm not sure what. I gave a 4/5 stars because my server never checked on me the entire time I was there. I seen my server when I placed my order and after I had a another worker go and retrieve her so that I could get my bill and leave. Overall food was good and I definitely plan on returning soon .

Great place. The place looks clean and the service is amazing. The food was great. Came here because my buddy recommended it as his favorite place to eat pho. Not wrong. I will totally be returning next time I'm in the area.

One of my two "go to" Vietnamese spots in Irving. Decent environment and tasty food with efficient service. Never think twice about returning when the urge for Vietnamese food hits me!

We've been to the watauga location before which is owned by the father. The Carrollton location is owned by the son. It's newer and more modern and bigger than the original location. They also had a lot more workers too. They have the same recipes for the pho and banh mi. But Kelly said the drinks and Bbh were different so we had to get them. It did not disappoint. Got the da chanh which is their limeade. Just like my mama makes it. Their coffee is different too she said. I loved my BBH. It did impress me. The meat was tender. Usually places don't make it as tender. The cuts were good too. Had some fatty pieces. I like to dip mine in nuoc mam. My son loved the crispy egg rolls. Overall would definitely come back! Everything we got was $57 so not bad.

I do wish the spring rolls used non-shredded lettuce and had some other vegetables like carrots in them. I did enjoy the peanut sauce a lot though. The banh mi was massive and the mayo sauce used with the pickled carrots was excellent. There was a good amount of tofu in it. The tofu itself would have been better if it was finished off with some kind of sauce. I also wish they had a vegetarian broth option for pho since their pho seemed very popular. Also, don't expect this location to be like the Haltom City location. A relative of mine was told she needed to come into the store to order because the worker couldn't understand her Vietnamese pronunciation of the menu items -- even though the dishes are written in Vietnamese at a Vietnamese restaurant. For example, "Cơm Thịt Nướng" is a very common and widely understood dish. Whether someone is from North or South Vietnam, it's a standard menu item. It was surprising to hear that a Vietnamese customer couldn't place a phone order due to pronunciation. Additionally, when my relative asked questions about other Vietnamese dishes on the menu, those questions were dismissed rather than clarified. I later called to confirm what happened, and the response was still dismissive. Instead of clarifying politely, the worker insisted that the issue was her pronunciation, even though the menu items are standard Vietnamese dishes. That interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary. This was especially disappointing to experience at a Vietnamese restaurant, where customers should feel understood and welcomed when ordering traditional dishes. When I visited in person, I learned from the Vietnamese staff that the restaurant had recently been sold to a new non-Vietnamese owner. I fully respect and appreciate anyone who wants to support and promote Vietnamese culture and cuisine. However, customers who are familiar with the food should feel respected -- not corrected or brushed off. Ambiance was clean/nice, and the food has always been good. However, service on this occasion earns a 2/5.
