While they do sometimes forget to bring out the side garnishes for the soup, this time they actually doubled up on them (giving me extra bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lemon!). My pho broth was also hella spicy this time around. Random note, but the water tastes hella good here--I always drop my squeezed lemons into my water cup after squeezing them into my pho. I usually order Pho Ga Nha through DoorDash and get the Cháo Gà Xé and Xôi Gà Roti. The congee broth is so good and easily my favorite part of the order. The rice has the right texture without being overcooked or grainy. The chicken is good too, but I wish they gave a little more of it. It's still a respectable portion but the serving of chao is quite large. They do give a lot of add-ons which is nice. For the Xôi Gà Roti, the chicken can be a little dry and bony, so there is not as much meat as I would expect from a half chicken. It definitely needs the sauce, but that's the case for this dish at any place. They do their sticky rice really well. It's flavorful and pairs nicely with the rest of the dish. Came here yesterday (Sunday) with my parents and bf for lunch. We arrived a little before 12:30pm. There was a waitlist, and we wrote our name down. We waited for about 10-15 minutes, which was not bad at all. My first choice was a Pho Ga Dac Biet, but they said they have only one size for that. It's located near Vietnam Town and Grand Century Mall so it's very convenient if you want a sweet treat in Little Saigon. Service was very fast and food came out almost immediately (5-10 min wait). Unfortunately, my BIL forgot to ask them for the sticky rice so they brought me red rice, we apologized for the mix-up and asked them to switch it out for us. 2-3 people came to confirm after that and while I waited 30-35 minutes for my food, my family was almost done with their food. Finally, a waiter came out and apologized that they ran out of sticky rice and if I could order something else. I said to him in Vietnamese, "you had me wait 35 minutes to tell me this now?"
