I was craving some authentic homemade style Vietnamese food so my boyfriend took me here...I would say they are fair not the best but not the worse. I got the nem nuong spring rolls and I got pho ga but the peanut sauce here that came with the spring rolls wasn't good enough for me. I don't know exactly what it was but it wasn't as flavorful as most places! The nem however was delicious! I loved that! Now, the pho ga...it was fair...the broth wasn't what I was expecting but it was still good. What I didn't like was the chicken meat quality.. there was too much...fat??? Not sure this is recent, but the staff is always new and very inexperienced. Having to ask multiple times for an extra bowl, scissors cut out egg rolls and noodles (I have 2 little ones), and unable to understand simple modifications to our order (no onions or green onions). The female waitress was nice but one of the men (cashier) seemed a bit rude! I paid cash with $100 bill and received some $20s back. One of the $20 bill was ripped so I asked to exchange it and he seemed to be agitated by grabbing the bill from the counter with a bad attitude and gave me another bill. This is far from home but it was my friends birthday. It's a great spot for Pho. It's casual dining set in a shopping center area right by Imperial highway. The prices are great, 99% of the dishes are under $10. The portions are huge!! I had the BBQ pork with vermicelli which I thought was tasty. It was my friends first time having Pho, she had the beef Pho and said it was better than ramen. I gave it only 4 stars due to the service. They were a little slow to assist us and our needs, but other than that I recommend this place. read more

In terms of taste, this place is currently my favorite pho restaurant to go to in cali! Their pho is delicious. The broth is clean and pretty flavorful. I do however, wish that they would give more pieces of meat for the pho. The noodles are usually perfectly cooked. Not too soft and not too hard. I also love their spring rolls and egg rolls. The reason I give four stars instead of five though, is for their service. They messed up my order a few different occasions(I've been there many times) and it's probably because they are not native English speakers. The servers are also not attentive as they are usually fooling around or talking to each other. The food comes out pretty quickly though which is a plus. read more

My wife and I have come here 3 times now. The first trip here we had great food and excellent service, we were however one of only two tables. The second trip we had horrible service, but the place was packed. When I say horrible I mean it. It was really bad. So bad in fact that after waiting almost 45 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, I walked up to the cashier and told her how bad it was. She didn't even care. Today we decided to give Pho Ha one more chance. Maybe the old "3rd times a charm" would apply? Umm, not so much. Again, the food was great, but it has now been 33 minutes and we have yet to see a waiter for a refill or to bring the soy sauce. Definitely not going to return. The food was good , HOWEVER I will say that I have never been treated so poorly by someone, especially someone that works for customer service, it was 8:30 pm and the skinny Asian guy at the register said we couldn't eat inside only to go even though they close at 9:30 and he was telling me to hurry up because he was living at 9:30 exactly! So I was rush to order my food and to eat outside in the cold , the sad part was that when I finish my dinner they didn't even closed the place yet , I need to mention that when I asked for condiments and hot sauce he went back to get them and brought about 100 packages of hot sauce and threw them on the counter and he was acting super mad at me because I was ordering ! Came here for take-out a couple of times. Portion size is good. Food tasted delicious. I had the vegetarian pho and it was very good. I'm a huge pho fan and went to this place for lunch on a gloomy day. The place is clean and people are nice, however the pho was not good AT ALL. I have been here for lunch many times since it's down the street where I work the food is a mediocre 3 and the service is practically none . The reason I am giving this review of one star is due to I had ordered a day before for a early bday party for my coworker I had needed the food by 9:15 in the morning and I called the day before they had confirmed it with the kitchen that this was sufficient time for them to cook it and have it ready . So I went there at 9:15 to pick up my food and the owner acted like he didn't know about it and then told us that the cook is not there yet and he was stuck in traffic . He found my order taped at the register and you wild think that they'd call me to let me know that I won't be able to get my order in time? Nope and instead he acted like he didn't know there was an order . I was stuck had to come up with an alternative and make it happen in 15 minutes ! I was reluctant to eat at Pho Ha due to a disappointing experience that I had with a take out order. Instead, my husband convinced me to give this restaurant one more chance, so we ate at the restaurant on the patio. I was happy that the herbs that accompanied the pho and egg rolls were fresh, and not wilted. Also, the pho broth was clear and tasty. The only complaint that I had was that they significantly reduced the amount of meat that came in the pho and increased the price . I suppose it's inflation rearing its ugly head, but still, nonetheless I would have hoped for a little more beef with the price increase. read more

After Covid, went there recently and was surprised to see new management. Tried their food and it is delicious. One of the better tasting, and clean tasting pho places I've been to in OC. I ended up going with the number 14 which has rare steak and fatty brisket. Came out less than 5 minutes after our order was taken! The all vegetarian broth was sooooooo good!
