Came here to have dinner with my family. The pho was amazing!! The customer service was excellent. Affordable prices as well. This is my new favorite pho spot!! Left me wanting more pho. They even gave my nephew a free tutti frutti drink on the house just cause!! First, customer service is 10+. They really are on top of everything. The place is really clean and welcoming. I got the shrimp pho it was very tasty. I also loved their mango mojito. My daughter got the brisket pho and she absolutely loved it. My other daughter got their birria pho and while the broth was really good, the meat needed a little more time it was a little though. As a person who was born in the very place where birria was invented, culinary instructor, chef, and restaurateur, I can honestly say that the broth didn't taste like birria. I still loved their food. I would 100% recommend and we will definitely be back. read more

went here today for their grand opening promo! my family and i shared the steak pho, special pho, chicken pho, and popcorn chicken. honestly the pho was just ok. it had flavor but not the right pho flavors if that makes sense. the servers are really nice but you can tell that theyre still trying to get used to the pace of the restaurant it was pretty busy and the food took awhile to come out. the tables were missing napkins, spoons.. and our sriracha bottle was cracked and prone to making a huge mess so we asked for a new one but then we never got it. and then we asked another server for sriracha and we got the same broken sriracha bottle LOL so that was kind of funny. and they also forgot our popcorn chicken order so we didn't get it til the end of our meal. oh and i noticed that the tip options felt inaccurate? we did one of the set tip options when we got the bill and the amount shown was higher than it was supposed to be if that makes sense so we did feel a bit scammed after we realized we paid more than what the actual percentage was supposed to be.. not sure if that was our fault or their tipping calculations were wrong overall i dont think i'll be coming back bc there are better pho options out there but it was a good try! read more

A few notes. Wasn't awful, but wasn't very good in comparison to others nearby. This place could thrive if they season the broth more, the broth from the signature pho tasted clear. It's great that they give you a bunch of meat, but it's not very good quality and the beef rib isn't very flavorful or fall off the bone... so it's difficult to eat. I have server experience, and I can say that they need a girl or two working to notice the dirty tables. During our entire meal here, the two tables next to us didn't have anyone sitting there, yet were full of dirty dishes and food sitting out. Seemed like they only cleared tables when a new party walked in, other than that the servers were just walking around. Employees are nice, but clearly don't know the menu. I heard the servers apologizing to almost every table, don't apologize for every little mishap, just do the correct thing for the customer. I feel bad leaving this review but they could do better. read more

We usually visit viet town in Westminster for pho but saw this place just opened and decided to try it out. We ordered the large rib bone with beef brisket, bun bo hue, which was ginormous and 2 kid-sized brisket pho that included juice. The broth was flavorful enough that I didn't have to add hoisin sauce and sriracha. The meat portion was also generous but could have used more green veggies. The price is on par to other restaurants around Westminster, but with much bigger portions. They also have a flavored tea drink selection which was a tad too sweet for my taste. I got the calmansi, unsure if sugar can be adjusted. We will definitely be back. read more

I just picked up this taro milk tea order and at first glance the color seemed off. I've never drank a taro drink that wasnt visibly lavender.. but figured it might not make a difference. So when i tried it it tasted like jasmine tea with a hint of taro.. i've never tasted jasmine in my taro. So i took it back and guy said no problem. Took the drink back into the kitchen and came back out with the same looking drink.. he had me try it.. and it tasted the exact same, like jasmine tea. im starting to think he just took the drink for a stroll and brought it back.. and if not.. they need to check the recipe because something is off. read more

Unfortunately our first experience was enough to make it our last. I was excited to try this down the street pho spot but was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Shrimp pho & vermicelli pork plate. The shrimp was over cooked & the pork was tough the drinks were extremely watered down worst Vietnamese coffee I have ever had. The health inspector showed up and there was a 20 + minute wait in between our meal which is understandable but there wasn't a consideration for the customer. I would have rather been turned away than to have that be my first experience. I really wanted to love this place it's around the corner from my home. read more

First time going to Pho Hoa. My husband, baby and I went on Friday night. Let me tell you I have not gone to a place to eat where everyone is so welcoming and inviting. The staff is sooo attentive, proactive and super helpful! The food was really good too! I had the shrimp pho. The broth was light just how I like it. The staff kept checking if we needed anything and would refill our drinks without us having to ask. I wanted to pick up my sons food that he dropped on the floor and the staff insisted to please let them clean it up. That was super sweet and thoughtful of them. I had dinner here during their soft opening recently, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Starting with the appetizers I had the spring rolls, you can't go wrong with those and the peanut sauce was great, some places tend to make it a little runny or sour and it doesn't have that creamy texture you'd expect. Then I had the Large Combination Pho (Steak, brisket, flank, tendon, and tripe) it's my go to when trying Pho places and I wasn't disappointed. It had a good serving the noodles were good the broth and meat were delicious (I don't usually drink the broth in general but I cleaned the bowl out lol). I almost forgot, for drinks I ordered the Passion Paradise and Vietnamese Cafe. The boba was good, most times the drinks (boba) aren't worth getting but I liked the selection and wanted to give it a try and didn't regret it. I don't usually drink coffee but my girlfriend said I should try the Vietnamese Cafe and man it was strong! I was not expecting that concentrated amount of caffeine but I have to say it grew on me. All in all I would definitely recommend coming here, I plan on coming back to try out more of the menu. read more

I grow up with Pho Hoa in City of Industry and El Monte or San Gabriel about 35+ years ago. Now that they're a mile away from my house and I am excited to go tomorrow morning before heading to Knotts Berry en route. I'll play Anton Ego and gives honest reviews...Came today in the evening and I loving it. The broth is outstanding and clean/healthy in a sense of little fats oil. They mastered the balancing of sweetness and saltiness with the right of herbals ingredients and they know using better purple onions would amplify aroma of pho broth.
