Pho May is a casual Vietnamese eatery in a plaza with plenty of parking. Came here on a weekday for lunch and it wasn't too busy. We were greeted upon entering and were told to pick a table. The space is clean with a good number of tables. There was mainstream music playing on the speakers which we didn't mind since it wasn't very loud. We ordered the Crispy Green Beans, Beef Combo Noodle Soup (Pho), and Spicy & Sour Vermicelli Soup. The green beans came out very quickly and they were hot and crispy. The Sriracha Ranch that it came with was more of an aioli than ranch, but we liked the flavor. It was creamy with a slight kick from the Sriracha. Both Noodle should came out together shortly after. We weren't too impressed by the Beef Combo Noodle Soup broth as we felt like it didn't have much depth, but it tasted better after adding lime. The beef was tender and seemed to be good quality. The tendon was soft and better than expected. Wish there was more than one piece in the dish. The Hot and Sour Vermicelli Soup was solid. We liked the broth as-is but we also added lime which added more tang. There was a lot of seafood in this dish -- shrimp, squid rings, imitation crab, etc. Overall, giving Pho May a 4/5. It is a good spot for Vietnamese food. We enjoyed everything that we ordered and the staff are nice. Prices are also reasonable. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for Vietnamese food.

Small & for $4 dollars is crazyyy ! $4 for 2/3 will be understandable but 1 ? Nevermind not ordering here again

I order from here all the time. It's honestly the best pho in my area. I was totally disappointed and grossed out to find what looked like a pubic hair in my soup. Come on Pho May, please do better.

My sisters, dad and I came here for a late dinner the night before I took an early flight back to ATL. I wish we had gone to a better pho place. Pho May is in a small strip mall. Free parking can easily be found in the lot shared by all of the nearby businesses. We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated by our server. The lighting in the dining area is a little too dim for me, since I like to clearly see what I'm eating. The restaurant isn't that big, and it was clean. Ordering was quick, and we didn't have to wait long at all for our food to start being served to us. There were five of us, and no one got their food at the same time. I had ordered a bowl of pho - Beef Combo Noodle Soup - which included steak, brisket, tendon and meatball. The amount of meat and noodles that I got in the bowl were decent and they tasted just ok; however, the broth lacked flavor. I had to add more hoison and sriracha sauces, and take my sisters' and dad's fresh basil leaves in order to get some discernible flavor going in this bowl. I would definitely not order pho here again based on this dining experience. The friendliness and efficiency of the server is what helped me to give an overall rating of 3 stars.

The best Pho lunch special I ever had in Cypress!!! So kind waitress and waiter. The owner cooks and she is so charming as well. Cozy and cool atmosphere!!

My husband has been going here for 2 years during his lunch breaks & have always been satisfied with customer service & food quality until a couple of days ago. He ordered this dish, beef chowmein. As he dug in his food, he found this napkin in the middle of his dish. The waitress apologized for the inconvenience, but apparently, the chef has an attitude problem and did not even acknowledge the mishap. Do better Pho May this is simply disgusting. You have lost a loyal customer.

Came in and the server wasn't there to greet us but brought us menus afterwards. To be honest she didn't really check up on us so when I got up to ask for water I realized she was the only server working and was busy mopping up water. I kinda felt bad for her because she seemed to be under a lot of stress and kept apologizing to me. The restaurant itself just seemed dirty because of the water overflow, I asked her if there was something wrong with the pipes but she said it was just the soda machine that was broken and leaking. I ended up leaving her a decent tip despite her not checking up on us. Like I said I felt bad for her but definitely not coming in for a while with the water overflow. To me it just seems unsanitary and like a safety hazard for everyone.

First time today & it was dead given the holiday. However, the service was great, and so was the food! We got the beef combo pho and it was delicious! Located at a mini plaza in cypress, there's plenty of parking and lots of food options as well. The vibe was chill, soft music and the place is a lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Also, their menu has the alcoholic drinks labeled as discontinued. This is an FYI for anyone wondering if they serve alcohol :) Very nice spot, good food and service. I would go back

Bad service, we are a family of 4 and they messed up on our order. We received 3 appetizers and we only ordered one. Then we ended eating 2, no problem in paying for those. But by the 3rd one I had to complain that we didn't order that one. Then our food came but my husbands food didn't... so guess what we had to place another order. It's fine but by now we are waiting for refills on our drinks. By then and after asking 2x's I was told the kitchen was busy??!? For what??!! I wasn't aware they cooked water and coke??? We will never be back. Ps: to the waiter it helps if you actually write the orders down instead of trying to remember

I only wish they would cut the cauliflower into slightly smaller pieces so it's a little easier to eat. But other than that, highly recommend this dish! I wanted something warm and comforting, so I got their Ribeye Pho. It comes in a pretty big bowl with tenderized sliced ribeye steak, noodles, and all of the pho fixings. I understand that the wait time could be long, but the fact that they gave my order for the customers who came after me was ridiculously funny. I'm not mad because of the wait time, it was Sat and the market was busy too, simply felt like I got disrespected. In NorCal's…read moreSan Jose, there's a war whenever anyone discusses where to get the best pho of any type, and I've tried nearly all of them. I was curious about Kei Concepts and their empire of polished restaurants around SoCal, and my first entry is here, at SUP Noodle Bar. I was also intrigued by the claims of one of LA's best places for pho. Unlimited pho refill is certainly convincing by itself. Luckily, I was visiting LA right when they started a beef belly pho lunch special, which made our meals such a fantastic value! - Golden "Bao" (one bao) Literally a steamed pork bun that's been fried, so it's crispy on the outside. It was interesting, and the fried aspect made the bread part more doughy opposed to pillowy. The inside was a typical minced pork meatball, a little ginger forward. I'm not too fond of steamed buns or meatballs, so not created with my taste in mind, but it's certainly unique. - Pho Beef Belly The broth is a little extra salty, sweet, and sour than I prefer. It's also more mellow yellow instead of a clear brown so I am missing beefiness. It could maybe could use some additional earthy spices and more savory beef flavor, though I respect that it's flavorful in some aspect. The beef belly basically comes off as hot pot beef slices, which are always welcome in my mouth. I found it interesting how we were asked whether onions were okay to include in the bowl when ordering. The amount of fresh green onions and cilantro atop the noodles were perfect. If I came here again, I'd try some other side dishes and get my pho shaken style, as that seemed to be popular. While I don't think the broth compares to my favorites in NorCal, I really like the refill availability and fusion sides. Considering they look a little extra fancy and modernized over a traditional pho place, the prices are still pretty good. Work on that beef flavor!
