By reading the reviews, I assume this establishment has excellent pho! Unfortunately I never got to experience the food here. Greeted and seated. Our waitress never came back out. So glad we stumbled upon this spot! The pho was delicious, but the real star was the extra crispy noodles(they're basically like chips), and my son absolutely loved them. The portions are huge with plenty of meat, so it's definitely worth the price. We actually shared two bowls between the three of us and it was more than enough. Found this place on Yelp as I was in the area looking for hot soup. It's tucked away in a small plaza. Parking IMO wasn't so great as people parked in 2 parking spots (on/over the line). The parking space is already compact. Upon entering, there are two seating area. The one to the left seemed to be where they were seating everyone. And the seating area on the right seemed more for private parties (?) Their menu is pretty simple: appetizers, pho, rice/vermicelli dishes, and drinks. I order the pho with steak. There are options for other meats. The broth is very light and tasty. They give a good portion of meat (although you can't see it in my picture. Service was okay. We came here super late because it was one of the few places open late night. We order a bowl of pho and the garlic wings. The food was fantastic. The broth was light and flavorful, did not need any additional sauce at all. The wings had the perfect crunch and a nice sweet and tang (reminded me of a honey-soy type sauce). Yesterday I tried pho for the first time here and wow they exceeded my expectation! Soup is not salty and it is soooo soothing I could've fell asleep in the restaurant. I ordered well done rare steak pho and the meat melted in my mouth. I didn't have to spit out any meat because I cannot chew which is the case at many of the pho restaurants but not here. FYI, they only have 1 size bowl for the pho. So no they don't have large or extra large. I eat a lot usually ordering extra meat and extra noodle at most of pho restaurants. Meat portion is generous and after ordering extra noodle I was full. Usually after eating pho I get thirsty b/c of MSG but not here! I felt really good after eating here which is a great sign that their food is clean and natural. I ordered extra noodle as well and the portion is good and they even give you extra soup which is super nice! Most pho restaurants charge you for extra soup like $4! Honest business here and its so clean inside. Great clean 5 star legit Vietnamese restaurant to eat. I'm glad this place is pretty close to my home so I can come here often! The high ratings on Yelp led me to try this place as it is located pretty close to home. Located in a small plaza is Wow Pho & Steak. This restaurant was previously a Chinese restaurant. It was previously called Choi's restaurant and then it became Mixx Kitchen. This isn't a good location for a restaurant as it seems to always be empty whenever I pass by. Came in on a Monday evening shortly after 5pm and was greeted by a kind lady. Interior was fairly clean, but the restaurant itself felt lonely. The layout seems kind of weird as there were two separate rooms. We were the only ones inside until one party showed up shortly after. Nobody else came in after that party while we were there. Food: P3 (Pho Tai Filet) $15 - Meat was tender, but a little chewy at the same time. Decent amount of meat & noodles. P7 (Pho Bo Vien) $14 - Typical meatball size (10 pieces). Good portion just like P3. Broth was pretty light yet oily. Personally, I didn't think it had that heavy depth of flavor overall. There's only one size the pho bowl comes in and I must admit, it's a pretty decent portion, not too small and not too overwhelming. My guest and I both had left over soup, but finished all our noodles. The veggies on the side were solid (bean sprouts, lime, jalapeno, basil) and the side of onions requested were a decent portion to share for two. Overall, it was just okay. Simple quick meal if you want a quick pho fix and you happen to be in the area. PS, They do serve beer here if you're interested in drinking with many other food options available on the menu. We were going to order egg rolls, but the price seemed kind of steep as it was 4 pieces for $10. We both got a stomachache after eating, but it could have been due to something else we ate prior to coming here. Definitely a hole in the wall! I found this spot off Yelp while I was craving some pho, so I ordered some over the phone to-go. My order was ready within 15 minutes. The package I received was perfect, from the individually wrapped meat, to the portions of vegetables and sprouts, to the heat of the broth. This is definitely a smaller shop, but with how good the food here was, i'm surprised it isn't really busy. I've only had the Pho to-go, and it was great. They packaged everything very well and by the time i got to eat it, the broth was still hot enough to properly cook the meat. the pho tastes great overall, i really liked the broth. i don't think you would be disappointed in trying it out. read more

Bun cha ha noi (Hanoi BBQ w/vermicelli)- good and loved the cha (fried pork paste)! It just needed some more noodles and herbs Rice with salmon and special sauce- you can opt for white rice or fried rice, salmon filet or cubed salmon. 4.4 stars Decided to come try this new Vietnamese restaurant and I'm happy to report that their pho tai ($14) was good! The broth reminds me very much of how my grandmother makes pho...very homey, hearty, and comforting. The bowl came with a hefty amount of noodles, thinly-sliced beef, onions, and herbs, which is how I like it! When I say the beef is thinly-sliced, it is paperthin perfection. I'm that person who likes to peel the layers of beef and eat that way XD. The noodles were also cooked just right. The interior of the restaurant is roomy with lots of seating and good A/C. The server is very kind. I will definitely be back to try their stir-fried glass noodle dish...but, for now, I'd consider this restaurant a good option for people who like pho but don't want long wait times. read more

Dropped by since I was early for my dental cleaning at first care dental. I wasn't to surprised to see a new spot here since it changes often. But after trying two dishes I hope they stay forever! This seemed to be family ran and the service was so great. I felt welcomed and the shaken salmon salad was amazing! I also had to crab fried rice and show was so good! So, I was in the mood for pho, which is very uncommon for me. I was searching for a Vietnamese-owned pho place because those places generally make better pho. I ordered the solar rolls. I was not too impressed. It was full of veggies and very little shrimp and meat. I don't recommend ordering them. As for the pho, I ordered the beef rib pho. The broth was delicious. I just would not recommend getting the beef ribs as they are chewy. It could have been cooked longer for the fall-off-the-bone effect. Yeah, the beef ribs were not tender. A visit to my brother brought me to this restaurant . We looked this place up thru Yelp but upon walking in we were immediately concerned to see that we were the only patrons. It felt odd to be the only customers. Lady owner upfront looked like she woke up when we walked in . Very clean place including restrooms . I was ribbing my brother and telling him this place better be good. We ordered two bowls of pho and a fried chicken wing appetizer. Food arrived within a reasonable time . Service was ordinary but where this place really won me over was the taste and quality of the food ! Pho was spot on! Broth and noodle was above average . The appetizer was fantastic also. I am not good at reviewing food but I know a good bowl of Pho when I come across one. On my way out, I complimented the lady owner on how good the food tasted and how clean her restaurant was. The pho was very tasty and much appreciated. With it being Fall and it only getting colder, I was happy to see a bone in pho. My boyfriend got the lean steak and generally tends to look for chicken when we do get pho. He doesn't mind the beef ever but he does enjoy the chicken. So for him it was very good! We both enjoyed the broth and choice of meat. I try to find bone in especially in the colder months for better nutrients and I know I could have taken this home but I finished all of my bones. I was full and whole heartedly satisfied. Service was steady and could have been a little more attentive but they did get a wave. My minus star is only for the company around us. The place is cozy and conversation I hope can remain that way. A group of friends were there before us talking smack about someone in their group that wasn't present.
