Husband ordered the roasted chicken pho with meatballs. I got the hu tieu with pho noodles and the shrimp claw dim sum. Everything was very good. You're given a lot of noodles and meat in your soup. Highly recommend. Great place and friendly service!

Always tried their food at pop ups so today I decided to sit down at their restaurant. Servers are nice and helped me select my lunch entree. I went with the durian smoothie with boba and salted fish fried rice. The smoothy did have the durian taste and a slight smell. Like coming home. The salted fish fried rice was delicious. A burst of flavor with every bite. I'm glad I made the decision to eat lunch here today.

Update : Had the worst craving for some steaming hot fried rice with wok hay. Not ALL restaurants cook fried rice with wok hay, but I read Pho Hong had a solid fried rice. I ordered the combo fried rice and it was perfection. Small little crispy bits of rice with lightly burnt flavor. The protein was also marinated and cooked well. I love the crunch of the fresh bean sprouts too. I highly recommend getting the fried rice here!

On this chilly night I needed some warm broth and tasty dim sum bites- how amazing that I can get both in one place! Large portions, fair prices and friendly service- what more could I want?!

Huge menu! Service was solid but the people here are young so it was a little bit... scattered in a sense. I tried the pho tai nam, the bun and a couple of dim sum like the bbq pork buns, taro rice and shrimp roll. M The stand out was the bbq pork bun. It was top tier. Everything else was very mid and surprisingly catered towards the major population instead of keeping with true Vietnamese flavors which is why everything tasted mild to us. The pho large was HUGE like bigger than two peoples faces together. This place gives Vietnamese and Chinese options which is also surprising because everyone there was Vietnamese (workers). It's a very average option.

I chose this restaurant so that I could have cake and eat it too! Well I was craving dim sum but pho sounded good also therefore I chose this place! I ended up ordering only dim sum but I was really happy with what I ordered! I had a traditional pork and shrimp shumai, shrimp rice noodles and spareribs. They were all delicious!

This was my first time at a Vietnamese restaurant, and Pho Hong made it such a great experience. I ordered the rice combination plate, and all the meats were excellent, the beef and pork especially stood out for their flavor and tenderness. The egg rolls were perfectly flaky on the outside and packed with delicious filling. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and the presentation was inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away. The environment was bright and clean. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit to try more of the menu. Pho Hong is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for authentic, high-quality Vietnamese food.

Very authentic feel and lots of employees to help. We caught them early so most of them were eating. The place was very cold, I assume because we got there too early and the place didn't have time to warm up. My pho was hot when it got to the table but the broth got cold too fast, so the meat wasn't cooked thoroughly. Dumplings were tasty and my wife enjoyed her egg drop soup. I ordered a plain black coffee, but they gave me a vietnamese special black coffee. I wasn't ready for this and it was super strong. As for service, they dropped the food off and left. Nothing else to speak about. The waiter must be living there because he had a serious case of bed head and didn't care. All of the other waiters and waitresses looked professional. Overall, the food was good but it tasted more like cooked packaged food than handmade Vietnamese cooked food. Here's a tip, put rubber pads at the bottom of the metal chairs, that way it doesn't sound like a horror movie when I pull the seat in or out.

For our second night in Colorado, June 19, 2024, we wanted to have Vietnamese food for dinner. Searching through yelp, I looked at many restaurants, filtering out those who serve cha gio (Viet fried egg rolls) with bubbly wraps, and we settled on going to Pho Hong. Located in the Far East Center on Federal Boulevard, we immediately found a space in the parking lot that was practically in front of the restaurant. We arrived around 6:15 PM sans reservations and were seated immediately. The dining room was tidy and well kept. Even the women's restroom was nice and clean. Below are the items that we ordered: SINH TO BO Avocado Smoothie ($6): Mom ordered this blended drink, topped with whipped cream. The avocado flavour was extremely faint to being almost non-existent. Mom said that, "if you really try, you can taste a little bit of it." I replied that you should not need to put any effort into tasting a flavour. Ca Phe Sua Da ~ Vietnamese Iced Coffee w/ Condensed Milk ($6): This was my beverage order which was too strong in taste for me. I took the drink home to keep in the fridge and consume later. Nope, couldn't do it. Even the next day, after the ice fully melted, I couldn't handle the taste. I never thought that I could meet a Viet iced coffee that I coudn't drink until this time. Soda Chanh ~ Soda Lemonade ($4): No complaints nor comments from Auntie Ligaya nor Alyssa. Tra Nong ~ Hot Tea ($4) - Yep, that's right. Tea is not free here. C2. BANH CUON XA XIU (3) ~ BBQ Pork Rice Noodle Crepe ($5.95): Alyssa seemed to really enjoy this dish and ate them all. Cha Gio Rau Song ~ Egg Rolls w/ Veggies & Vermicelli Noodles ($13.95): DELISH!! Paying extra for the veggies and noodles was so worth it! They were great to eat with the perfectly golden crisp egg rolls. Mom enjoyed this appetizer so much that we almost ordered a second serving. M17 MI XAO GION BO (Crispy Egg Noodles w/ Beef, $16.95): YUMMY!! Pho Tai ($13.50 for Medium): Good. Com Vit Quay (Roasted Duck Rice Plate, $16.95): The duck skin was very crispy, just as requested. B9. BANH TRUNG ~ Egg Tart ($5.55): The flaky layered crusts made for EXCELLENT egg tarts. They were probably some the best I have ever had. We ended up ordering another serving for to go. A7. BANH CAM (3) ~ Sesame Bean Paste Rice Ball ($4.55): The sesame balls came out piping hot and crispy. Service was nice and friendly, though one of the waiters was a bit forgetful. We also had to ask them to clear out the empty dishes as our table space was getting crowded. If I lived in the Denver area, I would probably be one of Pho Hong's regular customers.

    1. service: 4.5/5 attentive upon entering, fast service, and I like that we pay at the front. Pretty convenient 2. Food: 5/5 I have tried variety of pho in different states. Colorado is known for their pho, thanks to the pho-craving winter. Pho Hong has very rich broth while it has clean end taste. I usually like the broth with less scent of cardamom and this is the place for me. We coincidently found this spot as headquarter for my job is nearby federal. We live in Douglas county, but I won't hesitate to come here if I crave for some good pho. Great portion makes it even better. Next time I would share a medium bowl and order some dim sum items with my husband to have all the good stuffs together without having extreme food coma. Bbq pork bun is a must with every visit. 3. Atmosphere: 4/5 when you enter, it has the vibe of "neighborhood favorites". I see good mix of Vietnamese customers. I haven't used their bathroom but the whole stores seems pretty clean compared to other pho spots I been to. I even saw a group of people eating pho and doing business meeting together with their laptops open so spacey enough to accommodate many groups.

I love to come here for an expansive menu- more so for their dim sum. Their service is consistently prompt with excellent customer service. The quality of their food is top tier and every time I come, this restaurant is always busy with many customers. I definitely recommend this place!

The dining room is still closed, they essentially keep the dining room as a storage closet lol. You walk in to pick up your order and they have tables blocking the entry, that's where you pay for your food. The portions are still as giant as ever, and the prices are still affordable. My wife and I had a hankering the other day for our old stomping grounds, so we jetted over there to pickup an order. It was ready in 10 minutes and two meals ran us $32. I think I pay $32 for a good cup of coffee these days!!!!!! I kid, I kid. The meal lasts you for days, you really get two giant sized portions out of it. It will probably last some of you three days. They don't skimp out here and it's incredible. They serve Asian fusion, Chinese American meals that are addictive. Or is that the MSG??? Probably so, and that's why it's delicious. I appreciated this since there was no way anything was going to tip over & spill. Very friendly phone & counter service as well. Note, you get six free Cheese Wontons when your order is more than $40. We ordered three different entrees with three different sides - Steamed White Rice, Fried Rice & Lo Mein Noodles. The sides were good, however the fried rice didn't seem fried, it was white rice with soy sauce. The Sweet & Sour Shrimp Entree was tasty - the shrimp were medium sized, cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. The Sesame Chicken Entree was even better, the chicken was moist & tender. The beef in the Mongolian Beef Entree was great however there were way too many onions in the dish. Overall, a very satisfying meal.

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.
