This place is a pretty decent restaurant to get some quick pho. Not going to lie, it was pretty hard to order since it was all in English. When it comes to Viet restaurants, I'm used to seeing the menu in Vietnamese lol. When you dine in, you have to get the utensils and drinks yourself which was something new. I ordered the pho beef combo which came in a quite small plastic bowl. The broth was pretty good without adding any condiments in it. The noodles seemed to be quite clumped up though so it was difficult to separate it. They seemed to be pretty generous when it came to the meat so that was a plus. I'm rooting for this place to get its act together, because I really want to have a good Vietnamese place close to my house. With that in mind, some constructive feedback: Either sell what you have on the web menu, or get rid of the darned web menu. It is worthless if you tell me "we don't offer that any more." I figure out my family's order before I leave work, then call from the road when I'm 15 minutes out. I don't want to have to figure out what is and is not available while I'm in rush hour traffic. Get a Phillips head screwdriver and remove that darned doorbell from the pick up window. If it doesn't work, you are just annoying and confusing customers by leaving it there. I'm sitting there wondering, does anyone even know I'm here? It's a 3-minute fix! Why did I get like 4 cartons of peanut sauce and only 1 carton of sweet sauce (not sure what you call it ... the sauce for grilled pork, egg rolls, etc.)? Could it be that they are in the same carton and got mixed up? Maybe this is my own fault for not knowing what the sauce is called. Anyway, the food was pretty good. Hard to really evaluate it because I was frustrated with the overall experience. I'll give you another shot. We'll see how it goes then. read more

Great rice dishes. Good pho. This is a fast food joint. They give you plastic bowls and eating utensils. No waiter. You bust your own table. Seems friendly mom and pop joint. They need to work out computer kinks and try harder with customer service. Hire some young staff to help with your business. Good broth. read more

The pho bowls are relatively pricey at $7.50 a bowl, however, it came with plenty of meat and the typical basil, bean sprout and jalapeño sides. Wow.... JUST WOW! This place solved every problem that any Vietnamese pho restaurant ever had. They have a drive thru for fast service, serve pho in to go containers for when you can't eat all the deliciousness and need to take some home, have the freshest veggies I've ever seen, put SO MUCH TENDER BEEF in their soup (more beef than any pho place I've ever been to and I've probably been to over 100), they have chili paste available at every table, the ambiance inside is fantastic, they are in a great location, and best of all, their broth doesn't need ANYTHING added because it tastes impeccable by itself! I don't even live in Keller and I drive 30-40 minutes out of the way, passing many pho restaurants, to come here because it's truly the best in the DFW area. read more
