I usually get either the shrimp pho or tofu and veggie pho. The shrimp with the spicy broth has a nice kick. The people are so genuine and sweet. They make their own broth and it is always so tasty! The bean sprouts are my favorite and there are always plenty! I go almost every day during my lunch break. They are fast and the food is always yummy!! read more

Our food was exceptional! The price is reasonable for the amount of food you get, you won't leave hungry. I had the noodles with pork and shrimp and my wife had the pho with brisket and shrimp. I come to Pho in the Box pretty often, especially when it's cold out or if I'm not feeling well. I really enjoy their rich and flavorful flavors pho broth. The owners/workers are very nice and service is quick. Also, the drive thru window is really convenient for call in orders. I love that they offer shirataki noodles as a low/no carb option which I always opt for. I just wished they gave you more noodles when you ordered shirataki noodles, especially if you're paying an extra $2. You definitely don't get as much noodles as if you ordered regular rice noodles. I've also tried a couple of their appetizers (fried shrimp, pot stickers) which I thought were just okay. Their prices are also a little high compared to other pho restaurants in the metroplex, but there aren't too many other options near by. All in all, I will continue coming here when I'm close to home and craving pho. read more

So much potential! I'm hopeful that this establishment will fix a couple of the issues it faces as time goes on. Okay! So- my experience. Food was great! Tasty, very fairly priced, and the location is very convenient for us Keller folks. Downside- they have a 'drive thru' that's not actually what one would think was the purpose of a drive thru. So basically, you can't use it to actually order your food, you have to call them ahead and then PICK UP your order. Well! That would have been nice to know while we spent 15 minutes waiting in line for the broad ahead of us to get her food. Alright, the second problem; we ended up having to go inside the restaurant to order our food, and I noticed that on the big menu screen displayed inside the restaurant it mentions that the pho vegetable soup is made with BEEF BROTH. Woah! That is NOT cool! How can you offer a 'presumably' vegetarian option and include beef broth with it? I wasn't aware of this the last time I had ordered veggie pho from this place, despite my mother questioning the taste of the soup halfway through the meal. VERY disturbed about that. I hope that the restaurant as a whole fixes these issues. I will most likely return here. read more

We tried their Grapevine location before and love their pho!! Learned their second location will be closer to home in Keller and just saw it today on the way to work this morning. On the way home I called and ordered to go. Unfortunately, I realized I called from their other location when I arrived. The owner was super nice and kind and offered solution. Tasty broth! Not one of the fancier places, which keeps the price low. My friends and I enjoy the pho here better than most pho places around here. The egg rolls are pretty yummy too. There was a lady going crazy about getting her money back for the egg rolls, she thought they "tasted weird". We ordered the egg rolls and thought they were just fine. I give this rate without tasting the food! I arrived 15 minutes before closing, the door is open, sign say open, I go in and I am told that they are closed!! I said I just would like some broth! We are closed!!! I would suggest turn off light and advertise that you close 15 minutes before your advertised 9pm! read more

My mom and I were in town visiting my sister, and her family for the holiday. I wanted to take my sister, mom, and niece out for lunch, and we all wanted Pho. The restaurant is small, and cozy. They have a lot of options on the menu, and lots of meat-combinations which is perfect for us carnivores, haha. I ordered the shrimp, seared beef, brisket, and meatball combination pho with the spicy broth. So far this is the best pho I've had anywhere. The price is very reasonable, and you get a lot for your money. We also ordered the fresh shrimp/chicken spring rolls with peanut sauce. Everything was incredibly fresh, and tasted amazing. My mom and sister tried their hot ginger honey tea, and I tried a sip - best hot tea ever!! We will definitely eat here again when we're back up this way. read more

Ordered spring rolls, huge. But, it's a fistful of salad, 2 shrimp and a sliver of chicken. The on to the noodles and chicken, broth is weak like water with a touch of salt, noodle portion is small and noodles are tiny. Everything comes in plastic containers and when you pay with a credit card the system prompts you for a tip. There is no table service as your plastic containers arrive and you assemble your meal. My fourth time ordering from this place ever since I stopped by 2 weeks ago! I seriously can't get enough of their beef pho combo! Everything is amazing (better than Vy's in Watauga!) the broth is much more authentic and tastes well-made. Whenever I feel sick or get allergies, their hearty soup always make me feel better. I used to be in Arlington and if you've had pho there, you know the pho competitors. I would dare say that Pho in the Box is just as amazing! Pho in the Box looks like a rundown Dairy Queen from the 80s...but tastes like Saigon heaven. A bonus is that the staff is very friendly and the menu has some great drink items. If you want great pho and no frills...this is the place! There is also a drive through which I haven't used, but is good to know about. read more

Small homely place recently opened up. Pho is awesome so are the crispy chicken dumplings served with sauce that was tomato based but had some kick to it. Great find one of these hidden gems in Keller. Definitely will be regular here. Good prices, good kids menu. They have a limited menu which means their quality and taste is not compromised. Did ask for beef stew since it was 25 degrees outside but they don't make it. Which is no issue since the pho meat extravaganza I ordered warmed the soul and the body. Love it read more

I dream with that pho!! It's my favorite!! Place to go in Keller!! You can taste the freshness of each ingredient. My fav it the beef deluxe, beef and shrimp with the spicy lemon grass broth and extra noodles please!! Also my recommendation they have a really good sparkling salty lemonade !! Delish!! Came here based on Yelp reviews, it was a bit underwhelming. We dined in, order and pay at counter, all food was served in plastic to go bowls, boxes and utensils. Price is as expected for Keller with little competition, but portion was definitely smaller in the to go bowls. Husband had combination pho and I had grilled pork, eggroll and shrimp vermicelli. Taste was decent, but not comparable to a good vietnamese restaurant. read more
