I asked the old lady who was serving why there are no combination meals and she didn't want to answer me. She became unprofessional and started to get an attitude with me. I Will not EVER go back. I live in Wheatland, and it's literally one of the few selections we have without leaving town. It doesn't seem to matter, how far in advance I order, they tell me 10 to 15 minutes, to pick it up...then make me sit and wait for 30+ minutes! WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION AT ALL!! I'm over it!! I never really had Pho before. And its always great to tty new things when they come into our small town of Wheatland. Living here my whole life and its always nice to have that small town feel of everyone knowing everyone. Even if its just remembering their name. Back to Pho. Very much the mon-and-pop place, but some of the best Oriental food I have ever had. Cheese wondons are huge, actuallu have crab meat and fresh onion tops. i had orange chicken, some of the best. Sauce was very thick, chicken had a nice crunch. They had caramelized orange pieces and they were VERY good. Warning: the entrees do not come with rice, but they are big enough to easily serve 2 and possibly 3 people. Consider you are buying 2 meals. They have pho too. Great little place. read more

Sadly, it looks as if this place has changed owners. There are some great Chinese food additions to the menu but this came at a cost. No more bahn mi sandwiches or grilled pork spring rolls, and the pho broth is definitely different. I am a little bit of a pho snob. Not fragrant when it came to the table and tasted like salty water. You will be disappointed if you know what a good pho broth is supposed to taste like. Best Vietnamese ever! Ingredients are the freshest I think I've ever had in a restaurant. The owner/chef explained his use of his 10second meat marinade and his use of bone broth (not powder like most places)... the pride in his food was not lost on us!! We had the Pho with White Meat Chicken and #14.... we are in love! We waited for our food since we placed an order on site and had coffee and J Matcha with Pearls and J Milk Tea with Pearls.... best boba from the straw and the amazing cheese foam was sweet and salty when you take off the lid plug! Earl Grey is my most favorite tea, and they were willing to make a substitution and it didn't disappoint! We will absolutely be back!!!! read more

First off....what happened to their rice and vermicelli dishes? We had to resort to just ordering Pho and eggrolls. Yeh, they didn't have spring rolls either. Never been to a viet restaurant that was missing most of their viet foods. They do have chinese dishes though! So is this a viet restaurant or chinese restaurant? I think they are confused. So placed an order with some older lady. All we wanted was what we stated above there. Essentially for their pho, you pick 4 out of 5 items of meat. I told her which ones I wanted...she had to write everything down very slowly and boy she took FOREVER!!! OMG, I have no patience for slow service. It's bad you got to tell them 1x, but repeating yourself multiple time? Come on. So we were ordering take out and were were intending to it the FOOD later, which means we need to properly warm up everything. I told this old lady specifically NOT to cook the noodles. Which means, they got Pho noodles that you have to dunk in hot water for 2 seconds and then drop it in your bowl etc. It usually cooks a lil more once you pour over the broth. I told her specifically NOT to dunk it in water. I want it dry, put it in a bag or whatever. She said, yes, she know, yes...yes..yes ok. Guess what? When I brought it home, noodles were dunked in hot water. Great! Thanks lady for nothing. Just by writing this review, I'm dropping down another star. I cook pho at home and it's a process and takes a long time. Sometimes I just want to buy it elswhere, put the broth on the stove and dunk the noodles in hot water to cook it up a bit. IT keeps it's texture and not becomes super soggy. This lady ruined my experience and therefore you get a crappy review. Didn't ask for a lot and they couldn't even do it right. BTW my meats were all wrong too!!! Yeh, after she spend an hour an half writing down my simple 2 items take out, they got it wrong. Thanks guys. Not coming back. Not supporting stupidity. read more

Pretty disappointed in the portion size for the price of the large pho . Barley any noodles barley any meat which had more fat than meat on it I got more bean sprouts than noodles. And when I went it , it was slow and they were nice but when I came back in to just ask if that was the right size they gave me she pretty much gave me a attitude . Clean inside is a plus . Just really small portions compared to the price . Maybe I'll return just to see if they were just having a bad day . This place exceeded our expectations. They still have Pho but have added some amazing Chinese dishes. The chef has 40 years at the wok and it shows. You get that authentic charred taste from when the flame hits the wok and that's what it's all about. Never was really a pho person and I am from San Diego and tried quite a few places there, but this place through me off guard! Something about the broth is amazing. My daughter even loved the pho and she is very picky. I got the filet mignon plate and it was amazing as well. And the chicken wings were so delicious. Food was really good. Tried the pho, broth was very simple and good for you slurp it up after lol. Tried the special wings, not a fan of fish sauce but you cane barely taste it. The wings were cooked perfect like if it was from a air fryer. Tried the pork chops with rice and the pork chops were freaking bomb. The marinade in it was on point. I ended up eating it instead of my son lol he ate the rice. The pickled onions and carrots added more flavor as well that came with the pork chops. Thai tea and iced coffee was delicious and hit the spot! We came on a Tuesday evening after work and it was somewhat busy. The server was obviously busy trying to seat people and etc but she was fast on getting our waters, Thai tea, Thai iced coffee.
