Pho is absolutely delicious. We always come because of Ms Kim and her husband. They're the sweetest. Anyways. Their food has always been good. I never have an issue with it. The spring rolls with the shrimp and pork are huge. Who ever said their portions are too small must eat a lot. I can barely finish my pho so I share with my 6 year old. The place is like going to friend's house. They're so friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is comfortable, not too or too small. They do get super busy but their pho is worth the wait. Watch out, look out; awesome pho ahead! We were in the area and had a craving for some pho. Our fellow Yelpers recommended Pho KC, so we figured to give it a shot. We walked in and the small restaurant was packed, always a good sign! We were quickly seated and our order was taken. Ordered the #12 pho. When it came was served and it looked amazing. Worst vermicelli bowl I've ever had. The BBQ Pork was cardboard. Cardboard has more flavor. They should have served it on a trash can lid.

Honestly still the best Vietnamese food in the valley! We've been coming here regularly for the past 5 years, and it's still my go-to for viet food, in comparison to all the other pho restaurants in the area. This place is sooooooo good. Cannot emphasize this enough! My sister loves pho and I wanted to take her out to dinner and she picked this place and I'm so glad she did!! You can tell it's popular by the amount of to go orders we got there around 5 and thankfully got a table because this place fills up fast. I was on a no carb diet at the time about a month ago and so they let me do no noodles and extra meat extra veggies which I appreciated my sister did love her noodles though!! To me the place was ok. Me and my son both got the #12 and for me i wish the broth had more flavor and more meat. For my son he liked the flavor but wanted more meat as well but we are POC so we are all about the meat and the flavor. We got our food to go but there was some sitting inside if you wanted to dine in, it wasn't anything fancy which is nice when you just want to get something to eat without having to worry about what you have on. So the setting was pretty laid back. As for the service it was pretty basic, the lady that took my order did just that took my order nothing extra. The wait was about 20 minutes which i think that is pretty standard when you don't call ahead. Now the guy that was at the counter when i went back in to get my food did not acknowledge me for a good 3-4 minutes as he was doing some paperwork then took a call, then got to me. Now i have been in plenty of busy establishments but all of the good ones acknowledge any and all customers as soon as they walk through the door. So for me it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either, it is one of those places where if i was in the area and i had to have something to eat right then and there i would go there but other than that i have other places that i over all like better. read more

I forgot to write a review when I first tried this place two years ago, but it would've been four stars bsck then. I got takeout from Pho KC almost every week during lockdown. In the past year, the quality has gone down and the dishes are hit or miss, which is why it's 3 stars now. Portions are a good size whether you dine in or takeout. Pay with cash to avoid the credit card fee. There's only one person in the front who takes orders and runs the register, so service may be slower. Pho - The broth has been lacking flavor lately. It seems watered down. Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (rice vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll) - I get this dish at pho restaurants all the time. I like how they cook the meat, and the egg rolls are good. Garnish veggies - The veggies aren't always as fresh as they could be. I got wilting cilantro last time I dined it. I've seen brownish lettuce in my spring rolls before too. Fried calamari - Not good. It was undercooked so the batter just fell off. read more

It was our first time here and it was pretty decent. We got two appetizers and we both got Pho. First and foremost, the appetizers we got did not disappoint. Their Banh Xeo is the best of the others we've ordered so far through the valley. Tip: get the spicy sauce with it! Their wings were also very delicious, especially with the sauce from the Banh Xeo. Now on to their Pho. I will say I was pretty underwhelmed. Their broth was lacking in depth of flavor, so that was pretty disappointing. The meat portion was decent, nothing to rave about. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, Pho KC is a great spot. You've got to try their crepe with spicy fish sauce. It makes a great appetizer and it's some of the best I've had. And try their calamari too, it's served in a very unique and tasty way. It's served like fajitas with jalapeños and onions, and it's delicious when drizzled with the fish sauce. THE best spring rolls!! I'm obsessed! I recommend the Pork and Shrimp, the Pork is deliciously seasoned. I've also had their Wings which are crispy, sweet and spicy sometimes they are a bit oily but usually just straight up fantastic! Their Rare Beef Pho is great also and the portion is generous.
