This is probably one of the worst pho places that I've been to. First off when you walk in, the decor looks out of place. Pictures that aren't framed and hung up with tape that looks like a 10 year old put it up. I got seated and was given a menu. The menu itself is pretty straight forward and easy enough to read. I ordered the spring roll with shrimp and pork as well as the "Super Bowl". The spring roll and the peanut sauce was very close to bland with barely any herb flavor/ any flavor at that. Next the super bowl. This was on par with other pho place that I've been to, however the condiments that come with (bean sprouts and basil) were not fresh at all and was limp. Overall this isn't a bad place, however the decor and lack of freshness will prevent me from coming back to this place. read more

This place was just alright. The pho was pretty tasty, but I've had equally good pho elsewhere. My husband had pork fried rice. He usually doesn't eat pork, but he did like it here. Compared to other places--portion size vs price--I'd say this place is a little more expensive, but nothing extreme. We were more turned off by the service. This place is family owned and operated, and when we arrived the family was at a table eating. The waitress forgot part of our order, and we didn't get water refills till well after we needed them. We get take out from here and YES the meat is raw when you get take out if you are ordering pho. It's fresh thinly sliced meat that cooks instantly in the hot broth. You're supposed to put the raw meat in the hot broth and its given raw so it's the freshest it can be. People complain about this without knowing how Vietnamese food is prepared. It's really good, their broth is great and it's a local business. read more

I LOVE this restaurant!! Their salad rolls are so good, especially with their fish oil. The eggs nest is so yummy and the 5 spice chicken. I ate at this restaurant when I was a child, 10 years old, when they were downtown Camas. I'm 40 now and I bring my children to eat here. Family owned and run. I HIGHLY recommend. read more

I am Vietnamese and ate strictly home cooked Vietnamese food my entire childhood. There are tons of dishes that I never see in restaurants and this place has a bunch so that's refreshing already I ordered Mi Quang (noodle soup) and girlfriend ordered canh chua (Vietnamese hot and sour soup) and both were very good. Mi Quang has a lower volume but higher concentration broth with marinated chopped chicken with shrimp, peanuts, imitation crab meat, and crispy rice cracker for texture relief. The canh chua here unfortunately does not have the classic spongy "bac ha" vegetable which honestly is the core ingredient of that soup to me I would highly recommend trying out other Vietnamese dishes offered at most places other than pho and vermicelli salad bowls! Decor and service are average but you shouldn't be coming here for a fancy sit down experience anyway read more

This is my favorite Pho restaurant in Vancouver and there are sure a lot of choices. The beef brisket Pho is my absolute favorite with the broth being the best part. Super nice people that work there and the service is always good. Probably have eaten here about 10 times so far and every time loved it, hard to say that about too many places. FINALLY! I found an inedible alternative to the fast food joints in 164th and expensive Roots on 34th for lunch - Pho Le is great! I usually never go out to lunch at work, because there are no options that I think are worthy. This is place is a breath of fresh, beef brothy, sweet noodle goodness air! Where other Pho places have weak water for broth Pho Le steps up and uses what tastes like real meat and bones to make a very flavorful broth. Add some identifiable meats, perfectly cooked noodle and you have a great Pho. Today I tried 43 - a 5spice chicken, noodle salad bowl. It was fantastic (as fantastic as you can get in a strip mall and have very low expectations I should add). Chicken was good quality with no mystery chunks of gristle or skin, with a great spicy, perfectly cooked over some great noodles and salad...I am getting hungry again thinking about it. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in great Vet food in the Fishers Landing area. I finally have a go-to spot for lunch. See you there! read more

The Pho at this place is awesome... I normally go to Pho Oregon, on 82nd ave in Portland, but this place's Pho is just as good. Plus it's a whole lot cleaner on the inside. And their ice water tastes pretty good with the lemon they put in it... Most pho places, the water tastes like it came out of a garden hose. This place is also very consistent... I've never had an "off" day at this place, regardless what day of the week it was. The salad rolls are great too... Even the avacodo smoothie is great. The only negative about this place, is that the service can suck donkey ballz, but hey, the food and drink is great, so I'm willing to over look that... I get around that problem, by asking for extra glasses of water, when I get seated.... That way when they take their sweet time refilling my water, I'll still have enough water :) read more

Probably the worst phô I've ever had noodles were stale, appetizer egg rolls came out after I was attempting to eat the blandest phô I've ever had. And the egg rolls where as hard as a rock non the less. Literally tooth chipping hard. I never rant or talk badly about places unless I'm extremely unimpressed. After reading other reviews and trying Pho Le for the first time, I'm beginning to wonder if the Pho I'm used to is a different type of Pho. Since I've moved to Portland/Vancouver area, I've been trying to find a Pho that meets my expectations from my favorite Pho back home. After reading all of the reviews I was really hoping Pho Le would fill my void. I'm not saying this Pho isn't good - it just isn't the Pho I'm looking for. And here's why: Noodles - I'm used to more of a dryer noodle (**note - I get the Bun (noodle) dishes - not the soup). For example, if you take a noodle before you add the fish sauce and throw it in someone's hair, it'll stick there. Not slither out. I have this thing that Pho Noodles remind me of tape worms, so the dryer the better. These noodles were super moist/wet. Almost like they'd been pulled directly out of water and on my plate. Veggies - The lettuce to noodle ratio was about 10% lettuce, 90% noodle. I'm sure that's what a lot of people like, but I actually prefer more of a 50/50 ratio. Also, there were no sprouts and no cilantro (is this normal? If not, I love it that way). I just need that crunch factor when I'm eating to avoid my tape-worm fear. Grease - This was more greasy than I'm used to. Not as greasy as I've had before, but it still left my lips feeling oily. On a good note, the portions were huge! The chicken pieces were good (not overly fatty and cooked nicely). I guess I prefer more of a "healthy" Pho. Maybe I just got spoiled back home? I'm still on the hunt for a yummy Pho!! read more

I just ordered some soup today for take-out. Brought it home and started pouring the noodles and beef into a bowl, and the beef wasn't cooked at all! What the hell? I was too hungry to drive back and complain, so I just cooked the beef myself and rinsed the noodles. No wonder it only took 5 minutes for them to bring it to me. Cook my food next time!!! *EDIT* I was informed that the meat was suppose to be raw. There was no way of me knowing this beforehand unless I was told. It's not exactly common knowledge. First time coming here for Pho. This is a hard dish for me to review. I can't say it was above normal for Pho. It was good and standard. We happened upon this place by chance. My family was looking for a good area for Holiday shopping. We are very much in to all things different cultures. Food about this region of the world is very interesting to us. The textures are multilayered, and savory. The young man helping us was very knowledgeable, and walked us through our three course meal. He started us with chicken Pho. The broth was really good. You could tell it was simmered for a long time. Next was a noodles with pork, and we finished with shrimp fried rice.
