    Egg drop soup
    Ms. Wong ..

Plenty of parking in front. Good and fast service. Food was good. I really liked the egg drop soup. I ordered Kung Po Chicken without the peanuts. Met a friend here. Was easy to talk to my friend there. Wasn't loud. Environment was nice. I have gotten boba drinks here before and it is good.

Pretty mediocre pho, maybe their vermicelli plate would have been better. I may be a bit spoiled as my nieces are Vietnamese in the SF Bay Area and have taken me out to eat, plus I've been to Vietnam

I found my neighborhood pho spot!! I Came in right as it opened. Service was very quick and cashier was super friendly. The broth from the pho was so fragrant and flavorful. The size of the bowl was medium and I was actually able to finish my bowl for once. I always have to get Vietnamese fried spring rolls and these were super crispy. To me the place was very affordable compared to others and I really enjoyed that. My camera did not eat first as I was eager to taste both.its safe to say I will be back!

My daughter and I decided to stop in for some food and check out a new to us place. This small little restaurant has a lot going for it! Quiet, but sweet servers. They are a little difficult to understand. But they are sweet. I am big on keeping beverages refilled, they could improve on that. However the food was fantastic and not expensive. One of my favorite plates is Chicken Lemongrass and they make it wonderful! I will definitely be back.

Service, food, price point all 10/10! It is a fusion restaurant (Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese) we came specifically for the Pho (Vietnamese). Portion was a bit big for me and they only have one size (fyi) where I've experienced other places they have small and large. My husband loves pho so he finished mine lol I enjoyed every bite I had though! We also ordered spring fried rolls and omg! So delicious! So much so that my phone did not eat first haha. Very clean restaurant and service was wonderful! Definitely coming back to try other items on their menu!

Great pho! In and out! I was in the mood for some tasty pho and didn't have a lot of time. I walked in and was quickly greeted and asked what I wanted. I ordered the combination pho and despite having over clients they still got my pho out within less than 5 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed with how fast they served me. Pho tasted great! It's a very chill hole in the wall type of place, but will pack a punch of flavor and will get you in and out quick.

Best broth in the city, better than my grandmother's homemade broth, don't tell her I said that.

Finally got around to trying this place out and regret not going sooner! It's a small(ish) place…read moreso there was a small wait on a cold day but well well worth the wait! Once we got sat we placed our orders and had food in front of us in 15ish minutes? It was great. The wings were delicious, you could throw the sauce on a tire and I'd eat it. The bowls were so refreshing and delicious and the pho was perfect. I can't wait to go back! Give this place a try, be aware the parkings tight, don't get overwhelmed or thrown off find the parking get inside and be ready for some amazing food from amazing people! Side note: everytime the older Vietnamese women came to clear our plates as we finished she told us good job for fishing our food and tbh it felt so warming and homey without thought

I am afraid that I must change my review of Pho Kim Long. I am sad to do so because this was one of…read moremy favorite local restaurants for over a decade. However, my most recent encounter has soured me completely, and I think I will never return. My favorite dish here was something that did not appear on the menu, Bo Tai Chanh salad. Even though it was not listed, they would whip it up at my request. It consists of beef cappaccio on an iceberg lettuce salad with Vietnamese vegetables and a fish sauce based dressing. Tonight they refused my order. What makes this refusal all the more frustrating is that Pho Bo Tai Chanh (the soup version) is listed on the menu and promoted as one of the favorite dishes. All that was needed, to meet my request, was to cut up half a head of lettuce and throw the non-liquid ingredients of the soup on top. Every restaurant should remember the customer is always right. Their only purpose is to meet their customers' requests to the best of their ability. I understand when a kitchen cannot meet requests with the ingredients or equipment they have. For example, I always call 24 hours ahead to order Peking Duck because the traditional methods require that amount of time to prepare the dish. Or I remember being refused a request to have my meat served rare when the restaurant had already cooked all its meat to medium rare using sous vide. I don't expect the kitchen to do the impossible. But every kitchen must be ready to meet special request whether health related like peanuts, shrimp, gluten, salt, carbohydrates, etc. or relate to tastes or ethics like vegetarian, vegans, seafood, etc. To fail one's customers is the first step to being one of the numerous restaurants to fail and become irrelevant. Any restaurant that refuses to meet reasonable requests fails the fundamental test for good service and does not deserve to be patronized. P.S. I end up going down the road to Yaya's Thai Restaurant (another local restaurant) to get something that met my tastes and preferences.

All things in my mind brought this down from a 5 star to a 4. Clean up the tables is definitely something the restaurant has control over. We sat down, and the acetone smell dissipated so either I was use to it or they turned down a shared ventilation system. The food though was the big surprise! It was excellent. We ordered the Special House Bun with beef, pork, chicken, shrimp and a crispy egg roll. The proportion of vermicelli noodles to fresh lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts and peanuts provide d that perfect bite were one ingredient dominated the other. All the proteins were cooked perfectly. The real winner was the lemongrass Banh mi with once again perfectly proportioned ingredients. We also ordered the fresh spring roll, which never came but wasn't missed except that they did try to charge us for but did remove them. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.
