Definitely larger portions and super affordable. We picked up the items 30 mins before our party started, and they were still fresh and crispy throughout the whole night! I was expecting the banh khot to get soggy/be soggy but it held up very nicely. I love the way they packaged everything and would 100% recommend for those who need easy finger food for their parties. Also ordering from them was very easy. I did it online a week in advance and they texted me at exactly 530p to let me know it was ready for pickup. Inside was a little small, considering it's mostly pickup and go, but loved how quick and easy everything was!

It's very casual, family-friendly, quick, and straightforward--nothing fancy and probably not where I'd choose for a date night. But for a dependable meal with family or friends, it's a great spot. Kids like it, parents like it, and my mom likes it--which says a lot coming from an older Vietnamese person who knows her Vietnamese food! The staff is always efficient and nice, and after all these years, the food remains consistently good. The biggest downside is parking. The entire shopping center has become so busy with restaurants that finding a spot can be overwhelming, especially during peak hours. Also, keep in mind they do not take credit cards. Bring cash, or you can pay electronically through options such as Zelle/Venmo. Overall, this is one of those longtime neighborhood restaurants we keep coming back to because we know exactly what we're going to get: good Vietnamese food, plenty of choices, friendly service, and consistency.

It looked promising, but the batter was a little too thick and the ratio of batter to toppings wasn't ideal. The table next to us got the banh xeo though, and that looked so gooddd. I'm getting that next time. Tay Ho, whether Santa Clara or SJ, is always in my rotation. Happy to see the Santa Clara location expanding and offering even more options!

Thankfully, my kids checked the receipt and pointed out that I had actually ordered correctly. The receipt showed potato beef, but someone had crossed it out and replaced it with string bean chicken. I've added photos here.' Thinking it was an honest mistake, my husband went back the next day to ask if they could make it right. The front staff said they needed to check with the owner. Unfortunately, the owner refused and claimed that I had ordered four string bean chicken dishes. That simply isn't true. It also doesn't make sense because I had previously been told I couldn't double the potato beef in the first place. More importantly, I have the receipt showing that my original order was correct before it was altered. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don't understand is refusing to correct a mistake and making a long-time customer feel like they're being dishonest. After more than two decades of supporting this restaurant, it's incredibly disappointing to lose a loyal customer over what would have been a simple fix. It wasn't about the money--it was about customer service and standing behind your business. My advice to anyone ordering here: check your order carefully before you leave. Make sure the food matches both what you ordered and what's on your receipt. We truly loved this restaurant, but after the way this situation was handled, we won't be returning. The service has always been the best lots to choose from on the menu, food always hot one of my favorites is their Wor won Ton Soup, their Calamari is excellent. Everything is good. Say hi to Anna when there. She has waited on me since day one. The ambiance is superb and very clean. The do take out as well

I like they put cabbage and not too many onions. Beef was tender and not over cooked. The Honey Walnut Prawns were yummy! A good amount of crispy breading and lots of mayo! If you want something sweet and creamy, this is pretty good value! Doesn't come with rice FYI.
