If more than you order pho - you don't get your own plate of sprouts or garnishments. They charge you $2 extra even tho they say it is suppose to be free and come with the meal. Also, pho just has meatballs and steak. If you want additional items like tendon you pay extra. My large pho, as pictured, cost me $21 Pho didn't even taste like legit pho across the street. Do not go here. This is not authentic and owners seem more focused on charging for upgrades that should come normally at every other phot restaurant than actually providing an enjoyable dining experience. Avoid at all costs.

I come to pho le frequently at least a couple times a month and everytime I get the best service from the staff and especially Robert! The food is so delicious everytime and I highly recommend it! The vermicelli is one of my favorites but also they turned me onto pho as well it's an extremely tasty menu all around! Thank you pho le!

Food was overall good. would I come again? Probably not. Egg rolls were small and a bit dry. Pho was good but was missing the 5 star "wow" factor. Service & restaurant were great.

Summer Rolls

everything was so amazing from the food to the service! i will absolutely recommend this place to others!!

I've been going to Pho Le for a couple years now and I always find myself ordering the same "pho-large" bowl every time (mostly out of habit), and I am never disappointed with it! I usually choose the option to also add tendon and well done flank to add variety to the meat in my bowl. You also get a heaping bowl of bean sprouts, Thai basil, cilantro, and jalapeños which you can request more of! :) Usually I start off dinner with their "summer rolls" and "egg rolls" which are a must! Recently I tried their 'spicy noodle soup' and found that it the right amount of spice (for some) and broth that was rich in flavor, similar to the rich pho broth, but with spiciness and thicker noodles - now I'm hooked. Let's also not forget their iced Thai teas, and strong, iced Vietnamese coffees served with milk which are my favorite to take out! Pho Le is kept super clean, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is very pleasant! Definitely would recommend them. Thanks a bunch, Pho Le! :)

A decent bowl of pho and the server even let me try a cup of broth on the side for free. A place I'd recommend for sure.

The restaurant was not too big , we had to wait for a little bit for them to clean up the table before we got seats. The service was ok , without the owner I think ,there were no service at all. I'm sorry but they don't care much, that's how I feel . The food , appetizers were not bad , came out fast but for the main they were took a while. Pho was just ok , the broth was too sweet and the noodle were harder than anywhere else, beef ball was not good. The spicy beef was also ok the broth was again sweet , no beef flavor at all. But I rolled my dice today and took my chances and decided to head in. I sat myself. My server was handling a table but came to my table after. Dropped off a menu but this girl knew that she wanted. I did notice that they have size options for their pho now. To be honest, they are pricey compared to other joints. And their portions sizes do run smaller as well. I went with the large chicken pho today. Mannnnnn, the bowl that came out was massive! It was piping hot! The broth was clear. It was sprinkled with cilantro and onion. It looked like a delicious bowl of pho. The broth was savory and rich. The noodles were cooked perfectly! It still had softness to it will a slight bite. I added the basil, Sriracha and a little extra fish sauce. It was hard for me not to consume all the broth. The amount of noodles you get as a large here is a regular bowl at other joints. Today was the right amount I needed. This bowl was warm on my soul. The chicken was tender and not overly cooked. You get a good amount of chicken breast. Sriracha and hoisin sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for the chicken. Today's visit and my last visit was black and white. My server did a great job taking care of me today. The venue is also decorated for fall which was fun! I am stuffed to the brim. I enjoyed every bite of my bowl today. Now that it's getting colder, I will be seeing myself here quite often. Looking forward to mu next big bowl!

The spiciness might scare some people, but it's not spicy in the way you might think! The broth was very flavorful with a thicker noodle, which was a nice change from the vermicelli! We also got an order of fresh spring rolls (A3) which are always a win and some pot stickers (A6), which I usually don't get, but was also a nice change! We also got an iced Vietnamese coffee - this was a little sweeter and I would have preferred more of the stronger coffee flavor, but was otherwise great! To say I was disappointed would be an understatement of the year…read more I went in last night to scope the bakery offerings. I saw empty trays of butter croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. The prices compared to what is being offered in Boise was less expensive so it seemed like Paris Banh Mi sold out of these items. I gathered my daughter and my French mom the next morning to get to Paris Banh Mi at their opening to only find that those empty trays from the night before were still empty. I walked up to the young man at the cashier and asked where were all the croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. He tells me, matter of factly, that what they have is out on display. To be clear, what was out on display was two or three offerings of bakery goods that didn't look fresh or even appetizing. If you're going to be a French bakery and have trays with the words of Croissants, Palmiers, and others then stock it OR Remove them as it is false advertising. Matter of fact, take out the Eiffel Tower by the front door while you're at it. There's NOTHING FRENCH or PARIS related here. I will never come back. It was embarrassing experience.

Their broth accommodates those that has a mild spicy level. Beef is tender and the pho is amazing as well. I still think they could still switch the plastic bowls and spoons to reusable and sustainable bowls is all. We did get their spring rolls but it was 2.5/5 for us. Noticed they used iceberg lettuce and could use more traditional herbs such as mint and a different type of lettuce. Felt like there was more iceberg lettuce than the actual protein and noodles. The peanut sauce was a bit sweet and had a more jelly consistency. Drinks and pastry was delicious! Danish was still warm and drink was much needed for a sweet taste. Fast service and cute setting

You can truly taste how fresh the ingredients are -- bright herbs, perfectly balanced sauces, and flavors that taste authentic and thoughtfully prepared. I grew up helping at my mom's Thai restaurant when I was young, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to Thai food. This place exceeded my expectations. The flavors brought me back -- fresh, vibrant, and made with care. We ordered: * Pad Thai * Mango Salad * Seafood Soup * Yellow Curry * Fried Chicken with Sticky Rice * Thai Tea The Pad Thai was perfectly seasoned with great texture. The mango salad was fresh and crisp with amazing balance. The seafood soup was rich and comforting. The yellow curry was smooth, flavorful, and not overly heavy. The fried chicken with sticky rice was crispy, tender, and so satisfying. And the Thai tea? Absolutely perfect. On top of the incredible food, the service was friendly and welcoming.
