delicious pho. It's so clean in here. As someone who managed many restaurants, I am huge when it comes to cleanliness. Are the floors sticky? Are the utensils dirty? NOPE. IMMACULATE. It's almost sparkling in here. Service was incredible!! Edward was quick to service us as soon as we sat down. He recommended a delicious side of fermented onions. He made sure we had all our drinks and food in time. I was so shocked at how kind everyone is here. THEY HAVE MADE LOYAL CUSTOMERS. we will be back soon~~

I visited here again and ordered the phở sườn bò (rice noodle soup with beef back ribs). Two large (but slightly fatty) beef back ribs came in a separate bowl with scissors and some broth. It was gladly easy to remove the meat from the bones. The pho had a slightly sweet flavor of broth, and it was steaming hot. While we didn't order the large portions, the phos we got were definitely filling. We also had pork and shrimp spring rolls, and they arrived at the same time as our phos. These were very refreshing. The food came out fast, so this restaurant is definitely good for a quick meal. Also, you'll need to go up to the front to pay for your meal as the servers don't walk the check to your table. The ambience is modern with large tables and comfortable chairs. There's a lot of seating as well, so I wouldn't expect a wait for this restaurant. The only challenge I recognize is the deteriorated parking lot for this plaza.

Meet the new Pho-King in the Rowland/Hacienda Heights area and maybe all of the SGV??? For me, the broth is how I judge pho places and Pho Lovers 4 uses a lot of spices that really comes through with so much flavor without even adding any condiments to it which is how I remember the first time I tried pho. Portions are big here and they let you add either a side of beef ribs or tendons to your bowl of pho for $6 each which are both good deals! This place is just too pho-king good! Check out my pics!

This is my second time coming here I'm a big fan of pho and this place hits the spot. I got the brisket pho, base flavor is savory and has its own unique flavor as opposed to the other pho places I've been to so I don't have a place to compare it to. The brisket was also tender and lean which was nice and how I prefer it, it wasn't chewy or fatty. The service is also friendly and sincere as well as attentive. The inside also has a nice atmosphere and interior. I would definitely come here again and introduce my friends to this spot as well since everyone I have brought here has also liked it

One of the best pho spots in the area. I believe they're fairly new to this location, but it's clear they know what they're doing since they already have a few other locations (I'm assuming 3 based on their name? Lol) The restaurant is tucked away in a somewhat unusual shopping complex that seems like it's still waiting for more businesses to move in, but don't let that fool you. The space is beautiful inside--clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The large Xe Lửa pho bowl is massive and easily big enough for two people to share. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out. We also ordered the egg rolls, which were super crispy and packed with flavor. They're a little pricey considering you only get two rolls, but they're definitely tasty. Overall, this has quickly become my go-to pho spot. I'll definitely be coming back regularly.

I live up the street from this restaurant so i thought id give it a try. I've heard of Pho Lovers in Garden Grove/Westminster so i knew it would be good. I usually order some type of Beef Pho but today I ordered the Vermicelli noodles with pork (#27). Well Dayum, that was one of the best pho ive ever had. I chose the filet mignon pho from the extensive choices of pho combinations they offer. But the friendly attentive wait staff recommended the filet mignon sauteed in garlic version, and that was so bomb. The Broth was incredible. I want more. They got themselves a future returning customer because ingot to try their stone pot version now and there beef back rib pho next time. The price is so much better than the surrounding pho's in the area too. I got a small bowl and it was just right for me considering i wanted a late light lunch, with early dinner plans later on. The atmosphere is really nice and modern and clean. The wait staff actually cares at this location and it might be due to the fact its a family owned business employing some family members. There so many options on the menu for everyones taste. from rice dishes to appetizers and pho ga as well with multiple cuts of chicken to choose from (Wings, breast and thigh) Skip That garbage Phoholic (worst pho this side of sgv). Any other oho spot is better than that place in this area.

Located in the Colima Plaza, inside the mall. Plenty of parking. The place was clean. Service and food needs improvement. They refilled water in my soda cup, and it was half soda. Did not bother to replace me a new soda. Only to replace the cup??? Food was okay.

I've been a regular at Pho Lovers 3 for a long time, so I was really happy to see them open a 4th location closer to home. It's nice being able to enjoy one of my favorite pho spots without the usual long drive. The food and service were both excellent. The vermicelli with lemongrass beef and egg rolls was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Their pho was just as good as always, especially the broth at this location. It has a cleaner, lighter flavor compared to the richer and heavier broth at the other locations, which I personally prefer. Overall, another great experience and definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to.

New location in Rowland Heights that just opened! If you're looking for a pho place, this is a good place to go to! It is hidden inside the plaza. Not many other shops are opened so you'll notice it once you're inside the little plaza. It's the the back corner. It's not where the cmart building but the building over. Interior decor was nice and clean. Definitely appreciate the cleanliness of a new shop. Friendly service and delicious food! Ample portions and plentiful parking in the lot. Try the spring rolls and the rice paper roll. Definitely great appetizers. Pho and vermicelli were great! We will be back for more!

One of my pickleball buddies and I decides to try one of newest pho restaurants in town. Pho Lovers is the fourth chain store located at Rowland Heights. The restaurant is really spacious, traditional and cafe style decor with flat screen on the wall. Service is friendly and attentive. It wasn't too busy on a weekday lunch. So I order #13 pho tai lan which is more of fusion pho, they stir fried the meat first and not raw. The soup base is thicker, stronger, and more savory. The flat noodles we choose is really good too. Vegetables and ingredients in the soup are fresh too. Overall, this pho restaurant is highly recommended and no wait time at all.

This restaurant is located within a shopping center and is very big and spacious. At first glance, it looks very clean and modern with white marble tables and multiple TV screens on each wall. Shortly after sitting down, the friendly waiter took our order and delivered the pho veggies. Our pho came out quickly and all were delicious. The broth was so flavorful and hot. I recommend trying this restaurant if you're looking for a flavorful bowl of pho.

I love Pho so it's natural to come to Pho Lovers for their Pho. They only offer Pho and other appetizers dishes. You will not find rice or noodles dishes here. Since they just opened about a month ago, I'm not sure if they will offer other dishes besides Pho. Restaurant looks pretty nice and clean inside. It is located inside the little strip mall. Ordered the #21 Pho Tai Duoi Bo, which is Pho with rare beef and oxtail. Also got the Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Peach Tea. The Pho was so good. The broth was perfect. The Oxtail meat was soft and easily falls off the bones. The Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Peach Tea were good as well. The staffs were quite welcoming and friendly. If you love Pho then this is the place for you.

This review is based on my second visit. They have now added chicken pho and Bun to the menu! Our server offered vinegar onion (complimentary side dish) to eat with the pho and choice of either flat or small noodle. The pho was flavorful, but not served hot (temp) enough. Lemongrass bun w/egg rolls was filling and contained plenty of herbs. I like that they blanch the bean sprouts here. Hopefully, the menu will expand to include more seafood options. I would love if they offer shrimp wrapped in crispy bean curd skin as another option for bun. read more

I came in with friends on a rainy day and we were all craving something comforting and we left so happy, too! I ordered the oxtail pho, iced peach tea, and iced matcha. For the table, we ordered spring rolls and egg rolls. This place doesn't do your "average pho" it's the kind of bowl you remember and immediately want again the next day. First off, the broth is superb. It was rich, flavorful, and tastes like it's been simmered forever...clean and balanced, not greasy, and seasoned perfectly. You can tell they take their time with it because it has that slow-cooked depth that's hard to find. I didn't even need to doctor it up much (and I'm usually heavy-handed with sauces). A squeeze of lime, a little basil, and it was already perfect. The oxtail meat... wow. The pieces were generous and super tender, with that melt-in-your-mouth texture that oxtail lovers look for! It was just fall-apart good. I also loved that it still had that silky richness without feeling overly heavy. The noodles were cooked right (not mushy), and the bowl stayed hot the entire time, which matters with pho. The fresh herbs and add-ins were crisp and plentiful, and everything tasted clean and fresh. Even the simplest details felt cared for , from the quality of the meat to how everything was plated and served. Service was also a big plus. Kelvin, our server, was so friendly, attentive without hovering, and our order came out quickly. The restaurant itself felt comfortable and so nice. This is a great new spot for a cozy meal whether you're eating solo or with friends. This place is inside the Hong Kong plaza building & there's lots of parking in the huge lot. read more

Finally, a good phở place near SGV area. We went on a Sunday at lunch time and there was no wait time. The lunch rush came in shortly after though. It's located inside the New Colima Plaza so you'll need to find it inside since there's no visible signage outside. Lots of parking in the surface lot outside. The restaurant is a bright spacious space with lots of seatings and simple decor. Service was very quick and nice. We were seated right away and the food came shortly after ordering. We got phở tái chín & phở tái gầu. The Phở's broth is excellent and authentic. It's fragrant and full of umami. The beef was tender and flavored nicely from the broth. The veggie was fresh and there was lots of it too. Overall, excellent and authentic phở restaurant. Will definitely be a regular here :). read more

This new first spot was super awesome and they give you an insane amount of meat. The beef bone pho is very tender and again falls off the bone. The owner Leon is also super friendly and nice. He was very accommodating and made sure that we had a great time. Will definitely make this place into a regular spot. The pho and service here were exceptional. I love the clean and crisp decor and how the tables are spaced apart enough for you to enjoy without being crowded. Shout out to Edward to making the perfect recommendations. I ordered pho with tendon on the side and crispy egg rolls. They had a promotion for a free drink so I got a Vietnamese iced coffee and it was delicious.oat importantly, the pho, meats, broth, and egg rolls were yummy and fresh and the fact that they had extra napkins and sauces on each table was a welcomed bonus. "What about the children? Won't anyone think about the child?" Well, they do actually! First thing they did after delivering the menu was drop off a medium sized serving bowl, plastic fork and spoon, and a pair of scissors for the youngster! Many pho locations won't deliver these items unless you ask. Often it will take 2-3 separate trips for the server. So automatic 3/5 stars in my book. Makes the meal run so much smoother. We get to eat as a family. The mother / caregiver isn't left as an afterthought. It wasn't just my table either. They were consistently delivering these sets to tables w/ visibly younger children (guessing less than 10 years old). How was the food? We eat pho regularly. Even make it at home. My mother thinks her cooking's the best so she's biased. She said it was just ok. I don't share her bias so I thought it was above average. Was it the bee knees and holy grail of all pho restaurants this side of the freeway? No. Was it top tier, registered in my brain as a repeat location? Yes! Absolutely! I'll be back. Beats driving to SG. One small complaint. I ordered the #22. For $20 this bowl of Pho with an extravagant name should have at least one beef ball cut in half. It did not. Irked me to no end. It had one bundle of tripe. Five slices of brisket. Three beef round slices. Three - four pieces of tendon. A decent amount of noodles. Soup was delicious. It had depth. Correct aroma. Bonus point: Was not thirsty afterwards. What if I have allergies? If you do, let them know. Be clear. Be explicit. They even have a conspicuous sign near the front counter that states as such. I even overheard another table tell their server about their allergies. The server responded appropriately. Call in if you're not sure. They speak English. They speak Vietnamese. Unsure if they also speak Taiwanese, Mandarin, or other local languages. Was a little too shy to ask. Background: They played Vietnamese dance music. Roughly 90-100 decibels when my party arrived with 2-3 other parties. At max capacity it reached about 96-105 decibels. You can still converse with your dinner mates. Might just need to lean in. The decor was absolutely Vietnamese. Modernized with wicker basket overhead lights, wicker chairs, and faux marble tables. Not the dated booths of vinyl. Nothing sticky. Lightweight chairs that did not screech against the flooring. Multiple flat screen tvs. Windows will definitely need to be cleaned daily. Smudges. Lots of gross smudges. Overall, very pleased. We will be back when it's my turn to pick a dinner location. read more

Finally a good pho spot in Rowland. Great quality and great service. The place is large with great seating and it's very clean. I got the stir fried beef in pho and it was very flavorful. The price is on the higher end but it's delicious and worth it compared to the other local spots. Definitely coming back to try the fresh noodles. read more

A humble food served in a sophisticated way. This place is fairly new in a newly renovated plaza. The ambience for a pho place was very nice with bright ambiance. We ordered the pho with rare steak, brisket, tendon, and tripe, while my mom and my dad had a rare steak, brisket, tendon, and tripe and a rib pho. The food came out quickly from the kitchen. SOFT OPENING: Service was fast and all the staff were super friendly. The pho and Vietnamese rice paper egg rolls were good. I got #12 which has all the meats (a lot of meat). With their pho they have either a small or a large size. They have plenty of seats and the ambiance was really chill. Currently they have a promotion where one pho = 1 free drink. They also don't have their full menu yet compared to their sister locations but they will be expanding it for their grand opening ! Greeted with a smile straight away, and as we took our seats and given the menus, we were promptly served cups of water, while my mum was served the one without ice. That's a bonus point for Asian mums everywhere! My mum got the $15.99 small beef meatball pho (large portion for an Asian mother) and I got their popular item, No. 32 - vermicelli beef lemongrass with egg rolls, $15.99. Delish! On top of that, I was gonna order the green thai milk tea but the server told me that I can get one for free if I leave this review. This establishment makes it easy to leave an excellent review; friendly and fun employees, the interior is still immaculate since this location was recently opened, while the music plays an upbeat mix between top 40 and K-pop. I've been wanting to try this newly opened Pho spot. I had a great experience here! Love the interior design here, feels clean and refreshing. We ordered the #17 and #19, and both were fantastic. Tried this place for the first time and found out they just updated their menu 4 hours before I arrived and I was lucky enough to be the first customer to try their charbroiled pork with rice. I would highly recommend trying this dish. Thank you to our servers Kai and Ryan, who were very helpful and attentive throughout our meal. The restaurant is located inside the shopping center. I came with my family and my mom loved that the noodle soup was very hot compared to other pho places she has previously tried. Also the egg rolls were delicious and very crispy. This spot easily has the best pho in the area rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions every time. Shoutout to Ryan for the outstanding customer service. This is a HIDDEN GEM. Who would have known such amazing food can be found in this random location?! We ordered the lovers special, the hot stone pho, the extra side of ribs, and the rice paper egg rolls. The portions are HUGE and the pricing is very reasonable. The meat fell off the ribs and the broth was amazing. It was so good we came back 2 days later and ordered the same exact thing I live here in Rowland and I can confidently say that this is the best pho place here. This pho spot is seriously one of the best places I've eaten at in a long time. The broth is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it's been simmering for hours with real care and authenticity. New pho place in Rowland Heights.... When eating pho I look for two things, the quality and quantity of the beef's and the taste of the broth. This place used good quality of beef's and gave fair amounts of meats. I ordered #12 the combination beef pho. The broth is a bit salty. That is either from too much salt or too much msg. I eat pho with a small bowl of sauces mixture, which contains hoisan sauce, sriracha, and hot oil with broth added. Plenty of leaves, lime juice and bean sprouts added to the noodle broth. Lots of seating area and aesthetically pleasing with tile floors and marble walls. Quang was our server and treated us very well. Was about to buy the Lovers bowl (dac biet) but he indicated that was bigger than even the large bowl, so thanks for the catch. He said #12 was basically the dac biet pho and more realistic.
