Mehhhh. Pho Mignon isn't the greatest but they do offer something that most pho places don't and that's filet mignon pho. When you're called Pho Mignon, I guess you have to serve filet mignon right?? When we came here, it was completely empty. I was impressed with the clean and spacious interior. I would've never guessed it to be like that from the outside. The menu is vast with pho, rice dishes and even banh mi. You don't see pho and banh mi served at the same restaurant every day. I got a large bowl of the pho filet mignon and that thing was $10!!! Personally, I think that their pho prices here are a tad on the expensive side. The meat was tender and delicious but I thought the soup broth was alright and I didn't think there were enough noodles for a large bowl. They also barely give you any herbs (thai basil) in the veggie plate and culantro is no where to be found. Kudos to Pho Mignon for distinguishing themselves by offering filet mignon in their pho but I don't think it's worth the price. You can easily get a bowl of pho tai (rare steak) for cheaper elsewhere. read more

Very disappointed. I was craving some pho and insisted we go here instead of a couple different places that are closer to us. The reviews seemed pretty good, and I saw some nice praise about their chicken pho (which I wanted to order). We called in and ordered a combo pho and a chicken pho for pick up. Our order was ready within 10 minutes, and it was still very warm by the time we got home. When I opened my toppings to put into my broth, I thought the chicken looked just like rotisserie chicken... I thought there was no way that a pho restaurant would use rotisserie chicken, but when I took a bite, that's exactly what it was. I've never ordered chicken pho before, but I'd imagine it's not the standard to use rotisserie chicken. I could be wrong though! It's disappointing to pay for something that doesn't seem very high-quality. Everything else in the dish was good, but I found myself eating around the rotisserie chicken. The flavor just didn't belong in the dish, and it didn't seem very fresh. My boyfriend's combo pho was good. He had no complaints. Overall, I'm not sure I'd want to come back here. read more

Good little pho place tucked into a strip mall. It's right down the street from my office so the location is convenient to me for lunch. The pho is good and it's all I've had even though they do have a pretty extensive menu for a pho place. Service is good and the pho comes out very fast. It can get busy around lunch and parking can be a challenge in the little strip mall. Sometimes all the tables are full and you may have to wait to get a seat (even as a single party). Tried this pho restaurant because it's close to my work and didn't leave disappointed! The service was great! My friend was running late so they made sure I didn't feel bad about making them wait. They checked on me a couple times to see if I wanted an appetizer. As far as their pho, I have no complaints! Sizes are generous and flavors super clean! One of the best pho places I've tried here on the east side, we got the beef rice wraps with veggies and I had the pho meat balls and my husband had the chicken with rice meal! They're are delicious, the broth was very tasty and the appetizers that we got were so flavorful, the chicken was good too, it was grilled and marinated so I'm glad they didn't burn the chicken! It's very small place but clean, the servers were also nice, what's great is that we sat right away! I would highly recommend this place if you're craving for tasty pho!!! Their filet mignon pho - writing this review makes me want to drive all the way to Kirkland for some. Generous portions of meat and veggies, and their broth - man oh man! Not overly done and definitely not a "rendition of pho broth." I could have just the broth with a chunk of a baguette and be happy. Their winter rolls - definitely a fave of mine as well. The quality and portions of their food are so good, it makes it hard to go anywhere else (even if more convenient) when that pho craving hits. read more

Wow oh wow. We have eaten at numerous pho places from Kirkland to woodinville to Lynwood to Kenmore and many other cities across the country. Pho Mignon was the best we've had. Starting with the super super attentive and friendly service. I don't know the gals name but she was very pleasant and helpful. The Pho was incredible yummy and so were the spring rolls. Everything was freshly prepared and didn't taste stale and barfy as if it were pre-made the week prior. Some places will do that. When I'm Kirkland- you might try it. Be conscious of the hours. This is a humble neighborhood restaurant that recently got remodeled (at least, it looked way more spruced up than the last time we came here months ago!) - you can't go wrong with their classic Pho Mignon, with tender slices of beef. It's $9.95 for a small bowl and if you're extra hungry you can also get a Large or X-Large. They serve it with plenty of fresh basil on the side. We liked their fresh spring rolls as well. This food is amazing and a wonderful hole in the wall for pho with perfect flavor. The pho isn't too greasy and tastes delicious. The tofu vermicelli bowl (and pork version too) is really good. Very fresh and great taste. I also got the fried rice with Chinese bbq pork and it was a wonderful combination of Chinese and Vietnamese flavor. Highly recommend. The price is also worth every penny. AMAZING. I have only had vermicelli bowls once before, and they don't compare to the ones here. OMG. SO GOOD. I got the pork and prawn vermicelli bowl, and I am so stuffed in the best way. It's a great bbq charred pork, and grilled prawns. Topped with peanuts and fish sauce. I'm droolinggggg. We also got the spring rolls which were good, and the potstickers which were good! Very rude staff and owner. Only cares about profits. If you care about elder or disabled people, you will never give them your business. I know I will not, as I have done so in the past. My grandfather has colon cancer and needed to use the bathroom to avoid an accident. I went to the store and immediately tried to explain to the staff that my grandfather needed to use the rest room. They gave me a stupid look like they didn't get it, and when they asked me for how many people, I could tell that profit was the only concern. I asked for the owner and he was even more rude than the staff. He said, you needed to ask cause we have problems with homeless. That was insulting because it is obvious that my grandfather and I are not homeless and that he was just old and needed to use the bathroom to avoid an emergency. The owner and the staff were giving me dirty looks from the minute I walked in because profits is the only thing this business cares about. Nothing more. I refuse to ever given them my business again because of how insulting they were to an old man. read more

Does not check vaccine even though they are supposed to. The pho is good. The spring rolls are very good, that I do like. The operation and following government guidelines? They don't.
