Honestly one of my favorite's in PB! Great price point! I usually get the Pho Dac Biet to go but also great to dine in! Comes with all the typical toppings and you get to cook the meat in the broth..... Also the Pho Minh wings are one of my other favorite's seasons with garlic, onions, and other herbs! Best Vietnamese food by far in the area. Love their pork, wonton noodle soup with the chicken broth. It's so flavorful and delicious. The bbq pork spring roll and mini (shrimp) pancakes are some yummy appetizer options. Love their filet mignon pho! Probably my favorite entree is the bbq shrimp vermicelli bowl. Sooo goood!!!! My favorite!!! This is the best grilled pork and rice noodle dish I've had (besides my mom's of course ;)) but for real, Pho Minh packs this plate with veggies. It's amazing how fresh the meat and veggies are. The meat doesn't taste like it has been double cooked like how most Vietnamese restaurants do it's and it's juicy and not dried out. My only complaint here is you cannot fit all your ingredients into the containers provided. This is by far the best pho I have had and it was a to go order! 4/5 parking: there was enough parking at the time I came by, but the lot may be too small as it is shared with many other stores in this plaza. ADA parking is available right next to the door. 3/5 atmosphere: This hole in the wall kitchen has interior seating, and no exterior seating. I am definitely returning to try their other items. I'm posting the prices they charge for their menu items (for takeout, and perhaps in-house--I only do takeout), as many prices are different (slightly higher) than those in their menus to be found online and in the restaurant! Hopefully they will soon update their menus to match what they actually charge. The food is good, it's great they have several vegetarian options, and their prices are reasonable even after the increases. I want to see this little neighborhood restaurant stay in business, and providing correct prices for their food will help! This is by far my favorite place to get pho and how have I not written a review about it yet? Ya'll I'm seriously obsessed with this place and the lady who usually does everything has an amazing memory. She, no joke, doesn't even bring us menus anymore because she knows what we want. She also knows I have that menu memorized front to back! It was funny one day since my husband wasn't eating and they were going to bring us two bowls. No no I can't eat that much pho alone ! HaHa Seriously though this is the best place for Pho I have found pretty much anywhere. I asked one time how they make the broth and she said it takes 13 hours of roasting and boiling and general deliciousness to make the broth. I tried to convince her to give me the recipe before we move back home but I just couldn't do it! So sad. We always order P13, the rare steak Pho and you know we gotta get large. Normally we order 1 extra side of meat and we split it. Oh and I recommend ordering the meat on the side. I found that if you get it normally it might be well cooked by the time you get it but if you want it to be super soft and lightly cooked they will happily give it to you on the side and you add it manually. We've also had all the different bahn mis at this point and I recommend either beef or pork. When my in laws visited from Iowa we brought them here and they were super impressed. They got other noodle dishes (not pho) but I don't remember what exactly. Best part? The guava candies they give you with your check. Okay okay maybe not the best part but they're yummy. You know honestly after writing this review I might go get pho for dinner now because my mouth is literally watering y'all. Pro tip: Go on Tuesday so you can visit the farmers market down the street toward the beach. Parking CAN be difficult at dinner time so just hope you get lucky. This place is next to the gas station in a little area next to a laundromat. There are some unsavories walking around but lock your car and you'll be fine. Some of the best food I've had in my life came from holes in the wall just like this one. You aren't coming here for the ambiance, you're here for some damn good food and that's exactly what you're gonna get at a cheap price! read more

So my first time here was the other night. The day had been damp and I didn't wanna go too far for dinner so I popped in here. The reviews are really great and I was looking forward to getting to know a different neighbourhood eatery. I'm not a huge pho fan but I am open minded about trying new things. (I generally don't like soup as it fills me up too much!) I ended up getting the veggie stirfry with the mock duck. It was ok but definitely needed a little bit more in terms of seasoning. Portion was huge! Service was good but I did feel a bit underwhelmed. I'm not sure I'll come back again in a hurry but it's really good to know the space is on my doorstep. As I said, everyone else seems to love this place so maybe I had an atypical experience. I had a few basic questions which my server couldn't really answer - and they were out of the one thing I definitely wanted to try lol.
