Heads up- they have great options for pork & beef but not so many options for chicken! We were a little disappointed to see that they do have chicken pho but no grilled chicken! We ended up ordering garlic noodles with vegetables (7/10- nothing special ), popcorn chicken (7/10- nothing special), grilled pork with rice (son rated it 10/10), and Vietnamese egg roll (8/10). Overall, the food was decent and there was lots of parking, but we most likely won't be back unless they add more chicken options. Also, the workers weren't as friendly. My husband and I visited this restaurant for a quiet dinner and as usual, the service was excellent. Lisa waited on us with a smile and we ordered our favorite dish. I also ordered my favorite drink which is the Kumquat with sour plum. In fact I ordered an extra to go home. We had the fresh Spring Rolls with the best peanut sauce I've ever tasted. I think I've found my favorite Pho. Pho Now's Dac Biet made me want to have pho again. The broth is so good that I basically drank the last drop. I can taste the very noticable flavor of cinnamon and star anise but they were so balanced that it's not overwhelming the rest of the ingredients. Broth was slightly sweet, no sour note, beefy hearthy but smooth. The meat were good quality, all tender and not gamey including the tripw. Noted that the meatballs were peppery. The Wok Seared Beef Pho had more garlic flavor in it. It had pieces of what looked like cloves of roasted garlic. Very good broth, too. The beef was super tender with lots umami. The Sizzling plate with grilled pork, shrimp and egg was delicious. Best grilled pork I've had. The pork was very well marinated and can taste the garlic and sweetness with almost bacony flavor. Came with two pieces of shrimp that was also well seasoned. Instead of the usual over easy egg, they serve the egg in a thin sheet draped over the mound of rice. Even this scrambled egg sheet was special because it tasted creamy even though it was cooked thin. Also had the Goi Cuon aka fried egg rolls. They had the the thinner wrapper that looked more like fried rice paper. Meat mixture filling was yummy. The price was reasonable especially for the portion, quality and taste of the dishes. The only pricey item was their Thai Tea, almost $8 but had lots of ice. Food came out so quickly. Staff were nice and they really try to get customers seated quickly by rearranging tables to fit the number of diners in a party instead of waiting for a table to open up. I came here about a week ago on a Sunday to grab lunch since it's not too far from me. This pho restaurant has been open for awhile, but I never went because I thought it was hyped up. I remember my boyfriend and his friend going once and they said it was comparable to another good pho restaurant. When we entered the restaurant, it was packed inside. We did manage get seated quickly. We all ordered the pho dac biet, but my boyfriend and I got our rare steak on the side. The pho came out pretty hot, which I like and it makes it easier to cook the rare steak I had on the side. Tip for eating pho: always try the broth by itself first before adding in the sauces like the sriracha or hoisin sauce. That's how you'll know what the pho actually tastes like. Now, the broth was too sweet for all for us. My boyfriend and our friend said we they didn't remember it being that sweet so they were disappointed this time around. The broth was sweeter than I would like my pho to be, so I ended up adding a lot of sriracha inside mines. I do like that they give a good portion of noodles and meat even though we ordered a small. We were all full by the end of the meal. Hopefully broth consistency will be better next time I come back. Too many pho places nowadays make their broths too sweet. :/ read more

I asked how many spring rolls came in an order and what they were filled with, and they kindly explained that each order comes with four rolls filled with shrimp and pork.
