Just left from our first visit here. Everything from the customer service to the food and all in between was fantastic! The pork belly bao buns were fresh delicious! The pork rice paper rolls tasted divine, and my husband and I were beyond satisfied with our pho-- he ordered beef and had the pho please! Everything was 10/10! The dining area is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and just a great environment to enjoy a meal! Trang took our order, and I can't think of a time I felt as well taken care of as a customer. Just what I needed during this crazy time of uncertainty. I find that soups are so comforting and Pho Please's broth is so dang good! Almost as good as my mom's. :) Right now you can order online or via phone, arrive at the restaurant and let them know you've arrived and they'll bring your meal to the car. I ordered from Pho Please through delivery. Everything was well arranged and separated to preserve freshness. The Matcha Thai Tea is very instagrammable; interestingly, it tasted like bubblegum to me. Not bad by any means, but unexpected. Nothing like matcha. Kind of candy-like but light. I ordered a pho bowl with rare steak, tripe, and tendon. My bowl when it arrived came with a LOT of tripe. The steak was fine. The tendon however is the chewiest and toughest that I've ever had. If I wasn't chewing carefully, I probably would have bitten my lip by accident. The broth itself was so light in color that I almost thought it was chicken broth... Flavor was also alright. The condiments and utensils provided were sufficient, so I had a positive delivery experience. But the food quality itself was only passable to me. I've been to this restaurant twice, which is already a great indication in my eyes. The place serves traditional Vietnamese food in a modern setting and with reasonable prices. I've had the Pho Please (the usual #1 pho in most other Vietnamese restaurants with everything in it) and haven't been disappointed. I would pay for a larger portion if it was available. Food: This place is pretty expensive for Pho and I think the Pho is good, but I've never had bad Pho and the broth didn't wow me or anything. The ingredients looked fresh and overall, I would get it again if my friends wanted to eat here. The bubble tea was good too, I would get it again! Interior: very cute and clean looking restaurant, the only downside was that there were some flies that kept hovering around our table. Went here after dr because it's in south Austin and I live north and I've been wanting to try it for a while.When you walk in you order at counter and then they give you a number you choose for a table and go sit down and wait.They have a pho challenge where if you eat a giant bowl of pho you win whatever money is in the jackpot! I ordered the beef pho with rare brisket and beef.And a side of fried spring rolls.The broth was full of flavor as if it was cooked all day.I really loved the amount of beef in my bowl.They also give you basil and bean sprouts to put in your pho.They also do have a hot chili sauce that you can put in which was really good and hot! This location is in a shopping center next to a Walgreens.There is plenty of parking too! I also got a Thai iced tea which was really good with Boba! Pho Please is one of my two go-to spots for satisfying my Asian food cravings when I'm on this side of town (888 being the other). I've been meaning to write a review about them for years but I like them so much, I've procrastinated on it because I want to make sure I do them justice. Getting food from here is a no-brainer for these 3 major reasons: - efficiency - price point - quality Everything on the menu satiates affordably. Every item that they put out, they do quickly and well. Even the boba. It's consistently the right amount of chewy and sweet, throughout the entire day. My favorite drink is the matcha green thai tea with boba, but their vietnamese coffee is hard to pass up too - they do it right! Strong, robust, and decadently sweet. The service is always friendly, fast, and professional. They're still doing delivery (through Favor) and curbside pickup right now. If you can, and if you live within the area, you should absolutely support this business and order some food (especially during this crazy time). This is one of the businesses I wouldn't want to see disappear in the aftermath of coronavirus/quarantine. We were super excited to try this place and drove 25 minutes to come. Beforehand we called and asked if we could bring our small 7 lb dog inside if he's in his small carrier. The lady on the phone said that is okay as long as he is in a carrier. We asked her two more times if it really was okay because we did not want to drive all the way over there just to be told we cannot eat inside. She reassured us and let us know it is fine. Unfortunately once we arrived, the people in the front said we are not allowed to eat with our dog inside the restaurant- and they have no outdoor seating. We let them know we spoke with a lady who said it was okay, and they said no one at the restaurant said that. The food is good, the disadvantage is they don't give military discounts for "RETIRED Military " feeling sad. Only active military gets discounts. My first experience was slightly disappointing due to lukewarm soup, but the flavor of the meal and the freshness of the rare steak made it worthwhile. My friend's banh mi looked loaded and will equate two meals. You can tell your friends are eating here because everyone is taking videos of stirring aesthetically pleasing drinks. After ordering online, you drive up, park at one of the numbered spot, call in saying which number you're at, and then they bring the food to your car! The staff is friendly and the guy who took our order was SO NICE and answered all of our questions. He recommended the rice rolls which we tried - they were really good! I love bon bo hue, so always get this instead of pho at any Vietnamese restaurant if I can. Here'a BBH is not bad, just feel really Americanized. I think Tan My's is way better. I will say it was the most impressive to go container I've ever seen for pho or any soup. But the broth was bland and there wasn't enough fresh herbs to enhance it. We were visiting Austin for the first time, for a quick overnight trip because my husband had a business meeting here. I looked up the different restaurants and Pho Please was listed with rave reviews so we decided to try it out. We ordered the egg rolls, grilled shrimp rice paper rolls, brisket pho, meatball pho and grilled pork chop salad and Vietnamese iced coffee. What can I say?!?! EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!! You can tell how good a pho place is on their soup and their soup base for the pho was INCREDIBLE!!! I'm sorry I didn't take photos of the rest of the food because we were too hungry and everything tasted so good. The Owner came by our table to ask us what we thought and we had nothing but praise for the food. It really hit the spot. Their flavor is truly authentic. Something hard to find in the DFW area. Then, as we were about to leave, the Owner came by and gave us these two complimentary Boba drinks for our kids. Which was so nice. And they were Delicious too! We're so sad that we've found what we think is our favorite Vietnamese food place today but that it is 4 hrs away from where we live. We will definitely be back to eat here again asap. read more

This is my top 3 best pho's I've ever had. The broth is extremely flavorful and the service is quick. It's a little interesting when you first get seated because they tell you where to sit, which honestly makes a lot of sense so that it optimizes for space for folks who come in alone, like I did! Love that there's a spot where you can add cilantro, limes, bean sprouts, etc. Even getting this to go is super convenient because they put it in a big bowl with the broth on the side.
