First time to try this place. Pho was very tasty and lots of meat! Egg roll was so so. My biggest gripe is the wait time. We went for dinner at 7pm and it was somewhat crowded. It took 30 mins for our pho to be served. It shouldn't take this long for this awesome soup. I've eaten at many vietnamese restaurants and this is the first time where it took more than 10 mins. I might try this place again for lunch and see if wait time is same. read more

Price doesn't match the portion size. Over priced in my opinion. Their siracha sauce is weird. On top of all that, over 3% fee for debit/credit card use. You won't find that out until you pay at the front counter. Either up your prices on the food to make up for the credit card fees or put a huge sign about your 3% convenience fees. read more

So we tried to go a few weeks back but they hadn't opened yet. Once my husband found ott they were open we had to go and we were not disappointed. The food was really good and the employees were so nice! I always get the grilled pork plate and it was so flavorful! Hubby got the pho and he said it was good. New place. I'm regularly look for a decent Pho and when I saw the "Open Soon" sign I was excited. The next week I noticed "Grand Opening!" And made a stop the next day. Chicken Pho and grilled pork spring rolls are my go to's for sizing a place up. Both were outstanding and for a brand new place the service was on point. (Sometimes that takes some growing into). I've made a few more trips in since. Brought a friend who does vermicelli- he likes it! Took my bride today, (I was surprised she wanted to go!) She tried the stir fry combo on fried rice noodles (#90) with the sauce on the side. Finished the stir fry but it was too many noodles for her. Still, she enjoyed it. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I placed an order on uber eats paid for the food and the delivery when I received my food it was missing half of the items. I called and they offered to replace my meal and apologized for the inconvenience upon arrival to get the food I paid to be delivered they didn't replace the meal they gave me additional items and told me to go home and cook my food again myself. I am outraged I overpaid for their soup +delivery charges and still had to drive up there and ultimately had to cook my own overpriced soup. Do not ever eat here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! read more

This was our first time here. The place looks very spacious and clean. The staff was super attentive and nice. You're given complimentary shrimp chips. They were good. We bought a bag to take home. We had spring rolls with shrimp and pork/chicken loaf slices, bun bo hue, and pho dac biet. The portions were large. You also get plenty of tender meat. The pho broth was tasty. Bun bo hue was good, but not as rich in flavor as I had before at other places. But I am looking forward to trying out their other dishes. I'm glad they're here. Please give them a try! read more

Not good at all. The service was bad and so was the food. When you ask for rare meat on the side, they didn't understand it and gave it with broth cooked on the side. They also charge a 4% interest if you use a card so I'd watch out for that. Nowhere near authentic if that's what you're looking for. Their sauces are also disgusting. I really don't understand how they're still open. Biggest disappoint ever. read more

This place used to be good. NOT ANYMORE. They are extremely stingy. The waitress asked me if I wanted basil with my bean sprouts. Really? Then when the pho came out, they gave me like 10 bean sprouts and 1 piece of basil. Also they are too cheap to use the real sriracha (rooster brand). The sriracha they used turned my pho red!!! I'm not familiar with the area so I googled Vietnamese food near me and saw "Pho Real" with 5 star rating so I called for a take away order. The young lady that helped me with my order was very professional. I asked her for her opinion on the spring rolls cause they have like five different choices and she stated, there's the popular choice of shrimp but I recommend the Grilled Pork spring rolls. BAMM! I got home and tasted them rolls along with my Large combination Pho and I about freaked out they were so good! Now I have traveled the world in search of Vietnamese food literally in various countries and I have to saw, "Pho Real" is the REAL DEAL!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to all you Vietnamese food lovers! I will be back soon, maybe even tomorrow . If I could give them a 10 star rating I would! My family and I had a really bad experience here. In terms of food, it's decent. They gave us nuoc mam (fish sauce) for crab rangoons, which... was weird. We also ordered com tam thit nuong tau hu ky which on the menu is priced at 11.95, which is again, fine and expected. However we were charged for 17 for that specific dish since the tau hu ky was considered "extra". We were confused considering the tau hu ky was included in the meal and we never ordered extra. The staff were persistent by telling us the menu hasn't updated/our waiter was new. For the price, food quality, and service you can definitely find better in the area. Great to finally have a Vietnamese place in this area! It's my girlfriend's favorite type of food, so I was pleased to not have to drive into Haltom City to get Vietnamese. The food was delicious and the restaurant seemed clean to us. My only suggestion is to add a soda fountain b/c Coke in a can is strange in a restaurant setting. Very friendly staff.
