Got the curry chicken with rice. Was left wondering where the curry was. The dish was a small amount of chicken with a ton of sliced peppers. Not a lot of flavor and absolutely no sauce/curry broth. My husband got the number 12 Pho. I didn't realize we were going to receive his meat raw. The broth was not hot enough to cook it through when we received it at pick up. Pho real use to be a good spot to get great pho! NOT ANYMORE! They have become skimpy on the product. For example I always order large meatball pho. Now I get pho w/meatball slices, they cut the meatballs up in 1/4 slices to make it look like you have more when in fact they are giving you way less. They did the same with the noodles and veggies. Instead of me getting what I ordered which is a large bowl of pho I'm technically now getting a cup of pho. This is horrible business!!! After today I will no longer be ordering from pho real!!! And where the hell are my chopsticks that no longer come with my order!!!! Sigh frustrated customer. read more

I always love to try a new pho place. I was worried since they were opening during all this covid mess that they wouldn't open, but they are open now! I ordered delivery and I got their eye round steak pho and the grilled pork spring rolls. The broth was piping hot and fresh, which is a good sign when getting it delivered. The meat was generous and the noodles are in good shape. Tried the broth and wow, it's amazing. Very tasty!! I got a small and it's still a very good portion. It was delicious pho, I ate it all, including the broth! That's how you know it's good. Also the pork spring rolls were great. The pork was fresh and tasty, not burned like some places do and the noodle to greens ratio was perfect. Very very tasty. Came with some fish sauce as it should. But I'm sure you could ask for peanut sauce if you prefer it. Over all great food! Can't wait to try the Bahn Mi next time! read more

Excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant in North Fort Worth! This place is new, clean, owner is super nice, rice dishes (com tam, com thit nuong), banh mi, pho are really good, especially the rice dishes are really good. They have a huge selection of boba tea too. Menu is bilingual in English and Vietnamese, staff speaks both languages too, they play Vietnamese music, place is spaced out so you don't sit too close to other guests. They have to go stuff too. Decided to try out this new restaurant out. Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the very kind server. He was all smiles and very friendly. The menu has a large selection of pho. Prices were a bit pricier. $9.95 for small and $10.95 for large. You get a basket of shrimp chips complimentary. I ordered the #1 pho which was a combination and got a large and I regretted it because I could not finish it. Hahaha. The broth was flavorful and it came with a lot of meat!! My favorite part of pho is tendon. This place does not cheap out on tendon like some other restaurants. I got 2 very decent and large pieces. Yum yum. We were greeted with a warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. The appearance of the restaurant is nice and clean. Our server, who's actually the owner, gave exceptional service. If I can give him a 10 star I would. The fried shrimp chips are complimentary. Even though they didn't have Coke Zero, the exceptional service made up for the minor flaw. Don made us feel like we were part of their family. He was very entertaining LOL. We ordered a few appetizers- eggrolls, springs rolls, and bean curd wrapped shrimp. For our main dish we had grilled pork vermicelli bowl, rib eye steak pho, the traditional combination pho, grilled pork and shrimp rice plate and huteiu soup, all of which came out fresh. The pho broth is delicious. It has a hint of sweetness to it. My family and I are picky pho eaters. It all depends on the broth! THEY PASSED! My family and I will go back for sure! He is absolutely hilarious and we had such a good time learning about his restaurant and philosophy on customer service and employee care. They were quick to deliver our drinks and food, and he repeatedly checked in on us to see if we needed anything else. We had a few appetizers, I ordered a rice plate and my family ordered pho. This was our first time here. We were greeted as soon as walked in and seated. We were approached immediately after we sat down if we were ready to order. I was like no we just sat down and started to look at the menu. So we ordered our drinks, which they came in a cans it did not say that on the menu. I ordered sweet tea which was $3 for ONE glass. No one ever came by to ask if I needed a refill or if they kids needed anything else to drink since I'm sure there wasn't free refills with the drinks being in a cans. And there was 3 servers just standing behind the counter doing nothing!! For the price of the food and the drinks we should have gotten better service. I am not one to complain nor not one to not leave a tip but I feel like people should be aware of the service. The pho was good the fried rice was super dry. Experienced the worst service I have ever had and mind you we (me and my 3 kids 13 and older) and one other table was there and there was 3 servers. I get the service industry is hard cuz I worked it when I was their age but you service is how you earn your tips. When I am walking out paying almost $90 in your establishment you should take care of your customers better. Just know I will never go there again. First impressions are everything!!! read more

However, this was the BEST pho I've had , probably ever. I ordered take out , and it was ready on time. The cashier was super friendly , and they give a 10% discount if you pay in cash. They have the worst service I have ever experienced for a take out. I've waited for over 30 minutes at the restaurant and still didn't get my take out. They extend preferential treatment for dine in because customers that arrived and ordered received their orders immediately. Servers showed no remorse or care for the delay of take out. read more

Buyer beware, this place is a rip off, not only is the food expensive but they also charge for any to-go containers if you don't finish your meal. I also wanted a tea to-go and they were going to charge me for the styrofoam cup. Additionally, the service sucks. My wife, daughter snd I were the only people in the restaurant and I waited 10 minutes before I said anything about getting service. So poor service + pricey good + charging for to-go containers = never going back to this rip off joint again. There are a lot of PHO places around so these people just shot themselves in the foot. An added note, if you order your food to go they don't charge for the containers. They told me the reason they were charging me was because We ate in the restaurant. They also said they were charging me because there was a shortage of containers. If this was true they would charge regardless if you ordered yo go or ate in the restaurant. What a load of crap. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere, you'll enjoy it a lot more. And I am giving it one star because I have to give it a star to be able to post my review. Unfortunately, Pho Real gave me food poisoning. I ordered from here because they are a new business and I wanted to support them so they can stay open through the pandemic, but was very disappointed. I ordered the A1 spring rolls, a small chicken noodle soup with white meat, and a mango boba tea. Everything tasted and smelled fine, but about 45 minutes after eating I felt incredibly sick, was very nauseous and had a terrible stomach ache. I ended up throwing up everything I consumed from here and then felt much better. Just ordered a large pho - brisket only. The broth was fantastic, and all the add-ins were what I expected. The brisket was good. It came with lime, basil, onion, bean sprouts, cilantro, a chili oil, and hoisin sauce. Will definitely go there again for some pho. read more
