Tom Yum seafood
Christina C.

It was so good! From appetizer (4 pc shrimp dumplings), main course (Tom Yum seafood & BBQ roast pork rice noodles) to dessert (mango rice). Every dish is perfectly Thai and yummy!!

Not the #7 that I ordered. Dry noodles, mystery crumble meat.

While walking down Main Street, I stumbled onto this place. There were 5 or 6 people sitting and eating inside, so it couldn't the that bad. That day the menu include a #7 that was a pho with fish balls and something else, and offered as a dry noodle. Since I was going to be eating at my desk, I thought a dry noodle would be easier to eat. When I got back to my desk, I was surprised and disappointed to find nothing that resembled a fish ball, but definitely the driest noodle dish I have ever been served (see photo). There was a dry crumbled white meat (ground chicken ???) - it was flavorless, so i can't tell you want it was. There was their version of char siu - that had bright pink food coloring. The noodle was completely dry, no sweet sauce or any type of sauce to add to it. I don't think I got what I ordered. I might be willing to try them again, but maybe after I have tried the other new restaurants in the area.

I came in for a drink and appetizer. Pot stickers: excellent: light, flavorful, very nice dumpling wrapper, properly steamed. Lovely sauce. Mango juice: tasty, but not fresh squeezed. Fast, friendly service, but don't expect expertise: This is a family operation, and they're newly opened. The kids have a lot to learn. I'll be back.

Sweet & sour shrimp tom yum!

In short - rating 3/5 because... seat cleanliness & sushi is subpar IMO…read more Service - 5/5. I've been here a few times for takeout sushi in the past, and more recently I've eaten at the restaurant itself with my boyfriend. We made a reservation maybe 30 min before going in as our previous dinner plans didn't work out. Very busy restaurant, but we were seated right away. Their dining room is divided in two parts, one with the bar and some tables & chairs; the other side has a long bench along the walls all around. Definitely try to be on the "bar side" if you can; we were seated on the "bench" side and it just wasn't as pleasant. I was sitting on the bench and it was just very dirty, with food and hair on it and food scraps and even utensils on the floor around the tables. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, and I understand the staff is busy but I just think that cleaning around tables is essential, especially when families were seated there, because kids are messy. We shared a couple of appetizers and they were very good. Cocktails are also excellent! Boyfriend had the chicken teriyaki and liked it, but found it a bit dry. We had some sushi - even though I should have known better, because I've had their takeout before and never really liked it. Boyfriend only eats nigiri - he had the smoked salmon one and said it was not good at all. I had a salmon roll served with lemon on top - the lemon was too ripe and soaked the fish which was weird. Also had an eel roll, which was kind of tasteless. All pieces were huge and I couldn't finish - I took the leftovers back to our hotel but ended up tossing it - super unusual for me as I *always* end up eating my sushi leftovers later in the night. Service was excellent, our waitress was super efficient and friendly. Overall we would come back, but I don't think I would ever have sushi here again. I'd go for cocktails and to try a bunch of appetizers.

We love Kitsune! The food is innovative and tasty. Chirashi, tuna yellowtail donburi, tuna zuke don…read moreare definitely among of our favorites. The quality of sashimi is unparalleled (especially for the area). The tempura is not heavy or greasy. The grilled lamb chop was amazing. Each week it's a new surprise menu! Kitsune is back at Talta Lodge summer 2023! Every Thursday from 5:30pm-8:30pm on the Talta lawn for the Little River Summer Series, an outdoor event featuring Kitsune menu, beer tent, live music, lawn games, fire pits, stream to wade in, and gourmet s'mores by La Shack. Family friendly and even (leashed) dog-friendly event. No tickets or fee to enter! Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm-9pm back in the downstairs lounge space - reservations recommended. For the past winter (Oct2022-Mar2023), Kitsune was located as a pop up on Thu, Fri and Sat at Talta Bluebird with a limited number of tables. Reservations are recommended for the sit down dinner on Thursdays. And your liquor tab will be charged separately - Talta keeps these funds but the tips do go to the Kitsune crew. Fridays and Saturdays are a limited bar menu. There is some take out available.

Our bill was over $200 for two people and the time between appetizers and entrees was significant to the point the server comped one of our apps. The food isn't seasoned properly and the oysters were... not Good. Firstly you only get 4 for $16 and each one has a mound of shaved ice on top I could only eat one and that was a struggle. Very bizarre. I thought maybe the ramen would be good but nothing has much flavor at all. I would only recommend the bar and maybe pass on food
