Let's start with the service. The employees are very attentive, constantly checking in providing quick service. Food does get prepared quickly and it comes out hot and fresh. Let's move to the ambience. This starts with the advertising for this restaurant throughout the hotel when you look online it is advertising a lobster fried rice, which is what got my attention and made come here only to discover this is something they do not offer and haven't for some time. So why are you advertising actively a dish you no longer carry and it's not a new removal it's been gone for some time. This is frustrating because I would've chosen somewhere else, had we known the dishes we wanted you don't carry. Second there are ads throughout the hotel for an oxtail soup. What the ads don't tell you is this is only available two days a week. this was the backup item we wanted and we still couldn't get it because it was not Saturday or Sunday when we saw the advertisement it was Wednesday. The food that we were able to get was decent again flavor profiles need some adjusting when you're serving a house Ramen it should very much have the distinctive Ramen flavor on the broth that we're all expecting. This one was just bland missing the basic seasonings. My noodles were OK. They were not spicy as I was told they would be but again basic salt and pepper would've elevated this dish. How are we making Asian inspired cuisine and we're not even using sesame oil to add to the basic flavors were used to having this was a miss on the restaurants part and one that I won't venture to have again. We stopped here twice over our 4 days trip. The first time, we pretty good. Not super great, but it was OK. The Pho was really good, and the rice was piping hot. Everything was made exactly the way we wanted. Three days later, we decided to come back. We're not sure what happened, but we waited almost 10 minutes after we were seated and still nobody came to even greet us or bring water. They do a good version of lettuce wraps with crisp iceberg that even does well with takeout. A few items that tasted great to go, but you can absolutely tell would've been fire if fresh, were the calamari, the tempura green beans, and the eggplant (this can be done without pork for any vegetarian diners). My husband and I frequently go to this restaurant at the Palms Resort and Casino nearly every week. The food is amazing as well as the service. Each time we go there, Qing-Qing is always there to greet us with a smile and provide awesome service. She never fails to take our order in time--never having to wait more than 5 mins. Everything that we tried at the Send Noodles is awesome. I wish they serve the oxtail soup around lunch time. I'm sure if it's on the menu all day it will be a hit with the customers there. When we arrived in Vegas, we were a bit hungry... so off to send noodle we went. I debated between several dishes, though 1 ton or the Chow fun or the Com Tam. The hostess and the server recommended the Com tam so that's what I ended up with. I was very happy with the dish. There were 10 slices of tender Tasty pork, fluffy rice, and a large lettuce leaf. All very good. I really enjoyed my meal. My husband had the black bean beef, which he thought was a little bit on the sweet side and by the looks of it didn't have much character. What was really nice as a server lady sorry I did not get her name was really great. She was efficient, friendly and always smiling. I think the time estimate for the online order was way off because it said it needed 50 minutes (for noodles?!). The hostess stand is also where they process to go orders and they seem to get a lot of those so it's a bit of a wait before you can put your name down. That was sooo friggin good that it made everything palatable. Overall I think this place was ok. I think there are better options out there and I definitely wouldn't get the soup again at that price. Dear Manager, I am writing to provide feedback concerning the experience my wife had at your restaurant on June 28. This message is directed specifically to the manager who was on duty that evening and is not intended as criticism of the general staff or kitchen team. My wife was invited to participate in the slot tournament held over the weekend. During the drawing, she was awarded a dine-in credit and was explicitly advised that she could use it as she wished. Prior to placing her order, she clearly informed the waitress of her intention: she planned to order food and then have it boxed to take out. She ordered additional items to fully utilize the value of the credit. The waitress confirmed that this would not be a problem. However, when my wife requested the check and asked for the food to be boxed, the manager on duty became confrontational. The manager refused to allow the food--which had already been served--to be packaged for takeout, stating loudly that the credit was for dine-in only. This interaction came across as aggressive and resulted in unnecessary waste of the prepared food. While I understand that the manager may have been adhering to corporate protocol regarding the use of dine-in credits, the manner in which the situation was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful. A calmer, more courteous explanation of the policy would have been appropriate and appreciated. Two vegetarians order vegetarian eggrolls. Two meat eaters order the regular eggrolls. Both have meat. We try to return one of the orders since half the table can't eat it. Will never go back again to Send Noodles! I ordered Beef Chow Fun and it was floating on oil. Beef pieces were chewy and 50% of it ended up in trash. Bean sprouts and a piece of burnt green onion got drown in oil. The only good thing on it were the pieces of onion. read more
