One of my families favorite restaurant in El Paso! We get various Pho soups and pork dishes. Reasonable prices and great wait staff.

The only reason I ever came to this place is because of my Vietnamese husband. What a pleasant suprise. I really have come to enjoy quite a few Vietnamese dishes, and I think this is the best place in El Paso for good pho. Love the spring rolls there as well, and their pork dishes have been consistently good. The reason I can't give it 5 stars? We lived in Hawaii for a couple of years and had the BEST pho out there. Huge bowls and generous servings of mint and lime to go with it for a better price. For El Paso, this will do just fine. read more

Super excited to try pho for the first time but it tasted like flavorless chicken soup. I was in El Paso for 2 weeks and I ate at this place 8 times during that span. It is very good. If you go there for lunch, I recommend you go after 1 pm. The parking lot gets full if you go there around noon. I had the #13 each time, and I always asked for extra rare steak and extra noodles. I liked this place very much, so much so that I took every member of my family for a meal here. I did not try other Pho places in El Paso and I am not a Pho expert. Had lunch with my Japanese colleague at this supposedly best Viet restaurant (based on review by Yelp) in El Paso Airport region. We were very impressed with the quality of the Vietnamese cuisines served over here. Ordered their speciality 4-season sample roll - Vietnamese (shrimp) Spring roll, Summer (Chinese sausage, veggie) roll, Fall beef (wrapped with veggie leaves) roll, and winter (standard fried egg) rolls to share. Every type of rolls was pleasantly tasty with the spring roll as our favorite. The rice noodle skin was of perfect texture and the shrimps were freshly done. The accompanied fish sauce and peanut sauce added moisture and complex flavor to the rolls. We each ordered a small bowl of mixed beef rice noodle soup(Pho) which came with beef sliced steaks, briskets, meat balls, tendons and tripes. The soup base was one of the best I have tasted thus far (only Pho 79 in Newport News Virginia is able to match it). The fresh veggie (bean sprouts, basil and mint leaves) was a generous compliment to the umami soup. Rounding up our satisfying lunch was the Singapore Yeo's brand grass-jelly drink, which my Japanese friend tried it for the first time, emptying it without any regret. Best Vietnamese in town and one of my personal favorites. Banh mi is pretty legit(opt for the pork, always the pork!) minus missing pate. Pho broth is clean and balanced It's pronounced "phuh"....duh! Honestly everything is good here especially on cooler days when you can sit in the patio/jungle and watch the beautiful array of fishies in the pond. read more

The Shrimp Spring Rolls are delicious & the Chicken Pho was loaded with chicken & noodles, not to mention they bring you a lot of ingredients to add to it if you choose, bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeno slices. This place reminded me of what Pho Noodle House in Bedford used to be like before Pho Noodle House started cutting back on their portion size. read more

The beef stew is close to perfection! Tender beef, carrots, ginger and cilantro in an exquisite broth. With French bread as light as a croissant, and a pot of Jasmine tea - it doesn't get much better than this for a fall or winter meal. The pho here is nothing short of amazing. My best friend always gets the vegetarian option of the tofu curry and loves it, for all you vegetarians/vegans. The thing that I most definitely recommend is the Thai Tea! It's better than any place here in El Paso. The outdoor ambiance is great! I order a large bowl of pho dac biet and only took a few bites,and left the rest. Nothing compare to the ones I have back home. The broth was salty and oily. No basil. Also the fish sauce is bland. Good appetizers and drinks though. read more

My husband and I have been here twice, and both times the service has been awful. Thankfully, the pho and spring rolls were very tasty, so that helped take the sting out of it. The three stars are purely for the food. Unfortunately, I doubt we'll be going back. read more

I am from SoCal where there is tons of good Vietnamese food... Especially in Westminster/Garden Grove. When coming to Tre Bien I was not excepting much since I have such fantastic Vietnamese food back home. To my surprise Tre Bien exceeded my expectations! Truly authentic cuisine. The pho is phenomenal and the calamari appetizer with sweet and sour sauce is the best I've ever had. The decor is elegant and clean, not overstated. The patio is beautiful with a coy pond though a little warm for the summer. The wine list is not very extensive and too small a selection of imported drinks. read more

Ok so this place redeemed my El Paso food experience. Who'd of thought, I came in search of authentic Mexican and found none. But I did find this gem of a place tre bien was delicious from appetizer to course everything was spot on. Had the brisket and rare steak pho loved it, my wife had spicy beef soup and she loved it! Great stuff. Almost always go with the rare steak and brisket with some vietnamese egg rolls, but don't sleep on the Vietnamese sandwhich or the clay pots. The crispy fried noodle is really good too but a little pricey. It's big enough to share although I think it's gotten smaller recently. My roommate is addicted to this place. read more

I've been eating cafeteria style pho for so long, I associated it with eating cheap gyros and hamburgers. The pho is really good, but what separates this from other places is the atmosphere. Koi ponds, various vietnamese drinks and a nice layout make this place worth your time to enjoy a meal. read more

To all they use MSG in their PHO, that is a big no no....prices are high compared to other Vietnamese restaurants that I have been too.

Surprisingly good Pho given the location. I'm from Seattle/Los Angeles. This Pho is right up there with the best locations on the west coast. Was very surprised! Flavorful broth that reminds you a bit of Christmas (the best pho always does) and excellent quality beef. What more can you ask for? I had the rare steak Pho (it's my go to). I always order the beef on the side so I can drop it in myself so it comes out a nice medium rare. Loved it. read more

Standard Pho restaurant. Nothing spectacular but not bad either. I ordered the pork spring rolls, got served the shrimp. Not a big deal but set the tone early for the rest of the meal. They are sparing with the peanut sauce and they put what looked like chili paste on top. It added an element of heat that I was not expecting or wanting. Forewarned is forearmed. The Pho was good not great. The garnish plate came with the standard sprouts, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime. Was expecting some fresh basil but to no avail. read more
