Spicy pho
Roman K.

My family and I have been going to this place for over five years now. The food is only getting better, the service is always friendly and the music makes the Pho process better.

Vietnamese cuisine pho noodles soup didn't

good cuisine, good service, polite service, good ambiance, the pho noodles soup didn't have enough noodles, the soup was real good which was good

Chicken Skewer and Pork skewer

Not much more I can say that hasn't already been said.. the food came out pretty quickly which worked well for us as we were pretty hungry. Everything came out fresh and gradually rather than all at once which gave us time to enjoy each individual dish. We tried the shrimp pho along with potstickers and one chicken and one pork skewer. The one note I would make is that it seemed to us that the chicken skewer was seasoned after the chicken was cooked, rather than marinating and seasoning during preparation. That being said, everything had good flavor and the table was stocked with chili pepper flakes, fish sauce, hoisen sauce and anything else we needed. Our server was quick to assist us and kept a good eye on our refills. All in all, we will be stopping by again in the future.

Bun bo hue (spicy beef noodles soup)

My girls wanted pho for dinner and I was craving for bun bo hue so we were going to stop at Simplee Pho in Apple Valley but on the way I remembered that there's another pho place closer so w stopped at Pho Valley. It was a bonus that they also offer bun bo hue. My girls are on the no meat pho so just noodles and broth with bean sprouts and lime. The bun bo hue was a little bland but it was good. It was a little pricier than most Vietnamese restaurants in town and has less cha (meatloaf) too since it's sliced super thin versus big chunks like I'm used to at other Vietnamese restaurants. Service was minimum after we got our waters and order in for food. They got busy and had to flag someone down to order some bubble tea for my girls. Overall, good food, ok service and ok pricing.

Pho Special!

Best Pho in Minnesota! Waiters were kind and fast! Clean environment and makes you feel at home!

Service was excellent and quick, clean restaurant, the food was fresh and delicious. Condiments for the Pho was fresh and a lot, great quality. My Combination Vermicelli was very delicious and a lot! My family eats at this restaurant ever since it opened. We will definitely eat here again when we're in town! Highly recommend this place!

We have driven by this place many times but have never gone since we have another pho place that we love that is just a bit closer to us. But when your favorite pho place is closed and you really want pho, it's a good chance to try a new pho place! The service was fast and kind, the potstickers were good (dipping sauce was fantastic), and the pho was good. However, it just wasn't our favorite, we weren't blown away by the broth honestly. Definitely solid pho, just nothing too special in my opinion. The restaurant was pretty busy by the time we left on a Monday evening, so I assume others may like it better than we did. If I needed some pho on a Monday, I would be content going back, otherwise I'll probably mostly stick to our usual.

We absolutely love this wonderfully Thai Family owned Restaurant. We chersih the time we dine. Best Pho near us. And the Family is so friendly and helpful explaining the Menu options. Best Pho place in our book.

Awesome food, awesome people! Chicken pho (Phở gà) is the way to go! Here's a snippet of my interview with some of the staff 5 years ago: A little background: Vietnamese food is known for incorporating its heavy French influence into its historical Asian roots. Its fresh herbs make it floral. It's spicy. It's sweet. It's tropical. But bringing out all these flavors is not trivial. "It takes at least 20 hours to make," said employee, Hung Trinh, about their pho broth. "This is just to develop the flavor," Trinh added. Spending this much time on soup just shows PhoValley's roots in tradition. It's not just a meal. It's a family's legacy. "My aunt had a couple of pho restaurants in Vietnam," Trinh said. "So, my brother had a dream to open one here," he noted. "We'd just like to bring the culture and traditional soup from Vietnam to Apple Valley." Although they've been open for a little over a month, their efforts haven't gone unnoticed. Right as I walked in the restaurant, I knew PhoValley was special. The place was packed with families. The room was filled with the sound of music and Vietnamese spoken left and right. So, it's not just some Asian restaurant. It's a chance to get a taste of back home. For those of us who aren't accustomed to Vietnamese cuisine, maybe now is the time to start. "It's cold outside," Trinh reminded me. "You can come have the bowl of pho - make you feel warm, make you feel good." Whether trying something new for the first time, or just wanting to warm up in the Minnesota tundra, PhoValley is definitely the place to go.

Pho on the go.

Fast service for a to go order. The waiter was fast and polite. Chill atmosphere while waiting. Fodd was delish.

Very relaxed setting. The pho and egg rolls were better than the other places in the area. The location is by cricket wireless.

My mom placed an online order to be picked up at 6:46. We arrived closer to 7 and my boyfriend stated the name of our order and waited 10 minutes. He told the host our order name again and she acted like she had no idea what he was talking about. They didn't have our order that we had confirmation for and instead of working on our order, we had to wait for 40 minutes for our dinner. We ordered this food to make our lives easier for baking and cleaning tonight for thanksgiving prep and instead it put us behind. They offered an extra order of pho and in the end didn't give it to us because whoever was in the back said no. The food was not the quality it usually is either. The wontons were very chewy, the rice flour cake was a messy and burnt a bit, and the pad Thai leaked in the bag and spilled over everything else. There was nearly a cup of watery sauce in the bag. This was a disappointing experience and I'm not sure I'll be back after this. This is some of the worst customer service I've experienced.

The space itself isn't huge, there's probably 6 booths and a few tables. It was pretty clear after we sat down, that they are SWAMPED with take-out and delivery service orders. That's usually a good sign for the food. The space is the weakest part of Mac Kitchen, as the walls are a bit dirty and the interior doesn't really have any decor. I might not bring a date or my in-laws here to impress them. Our server was DARLING the whole time. She was running in a bunch of different directions all night, but was super friendly and kept everything moving smoothly. Major kudos to her! Food was great value and very tasty! We started out with the egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. Perfect flavor, large portion, and served piping hot! I had the Mongolian Beef which was a sizeable serving with tender beef, tons of onions, and a lovely sauce. My partner had the shrimp pad Thai and also really enjoyed it! We will likely add this to our frequent order list, for either dine in or take out!
