He told the host our order name again and she acted like she had no idea what he was talking about. They didn't have our order that we had confirmation for and instead of working on our order, we had to wait for 40 minutes for our dinner. We ordered this food to make our lives easier for baking and cleaning tonight for thanksgiving prep and instead it put us behind. They offered an extra order of pho and in the end didn't give it to us because whoever was in the back said no. The food was not the quality it usually is either. The wontons were very chewy, the rice flour cake was a messy and burnt a bit, and the pad Thai leaked in the bag and spilled over everything else. There was nearly a cup of watery sauce in the bag. This was a disappointing experience and I'm not sure I'll be back after this. This is some of the worst customer service I've experienced.
