Legit the best pho broth in Seattle besides like homemade of course and I've been eating pho all my life as a Vietnamese person. For these prices you have to go get a bowl! Only about $11 for the standard sized bowl filled with lots of meat, pho noodles, broth, and more. You can get up to an X-large bowl for only $2-3 more. You cannot beat this price for this quality in Seattle! Pho Vietnam is located in Ballard and is super underrated so I always tell my friends about it. They have been open for more than 25 years! It's owned by a lovely older Vietnamese couple. They are super nice people! I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. It is actually the first pho place my boyfriend tried and he loves it too. I usually order a small bowl #14 or #15 on the menu because it comes with all the different kinds of meats they offer. Definitely a cute hole in the wall that will satisfy your noodle soup craving!

Wonderful family-run restaurant and delicious pho! I got the pho with meat balls which hit the spot. Friendly and speedy service, spacious indoor space, and really good prices/portions. Definitely a local favorite, be sure to check them out!

Stopped by this place for a quick lunch at around 11:30 and the place started filling up around noon. It is located on a busy street but there are limited parking spots available in the back so super convenient! As soon as we sat down, we were able to put our order in and I swear the food came out within 5 mins of ordering. Spring rolls were pre made and put in the fridge before serving. Noodles inside were a bit hard and the lettuce didn't taste very fresh and wish I knew it didn't come with peanut sauce. For pho, we ordered two pho w brisket (L). Portion was very generous and price was reasonable compared to other seattle pho restaurants. Pho itself was good, but the sprouts, jalapeños, and basil she brought out on a separate plate were not fresh and looked like they were going bad (sprouts were brown, basil and jalapeños had some dark spots on them). I was not impressed with the quality of vegetables but pho itself was pretty good

Hair in my food. They don't include red chillis or sriracha. This blows. I would not go back their Thai iced tea also doesn't include any cream.

I really loved this place. Simple pho that has delicious broth and they don't skimp on the meat. The prices are comparable if not better than other pho spots in Seattle which will definitely keep me coming back. The egg rolls came out very hot out of the fryer and tasted so good. Next time I'll get a drink too they're very affordable! Not much English spoken but that doesn't change the experience :) also no Amex accepted FYI

The small is large ... the large is huge ... the extra large will feed a crowd. This is top notch tasty Pho.

Absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with any of the phos, they give a decent pile of beef slices and the broth is delicious. I always come out of a pho meal feeling light and refreshed. There are complimentary bean sprouts, thai basil, and lime slices. If you're debating whether to get the thai tea, GET IT. They do not skimp on the tea, it is very strong and comes with a dollop of sweet cream. Love this place and the owners are so kind!

I was so happy that this restaurant offers a good deal compared to other pho restaurants and they have a lot of various meats for pho. I was also surprised when I saw raw eye round steak to go at first lol Don't worry, they put the raw meat for you to enjoy the chewy:) Just be careful with the heating time otherwise it would be hard textures! The taste was amazing and although it was a small bowl, I felt very full from it! Enjoy their food.

It's a clean, basic pho spot. Good vegetarian. I've been a few times and each time is the exact same experience. Easy enough.

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, and even though their kitchen was backed up with orders, they did their best to serve us quickly and the food was still top notch. We got some of the best sellers, the bo la lot, the ma la beef cheek noodles, and the Hokkien wok noodles, and they were all a hit. The Chinese name, 全記麵家, has little to do with the name Mike, but is nevertheless an excellent choice for anyone in the area. The staff is very Cantonese through and through. It is a cash only establishment and their menu is heavy on the noodles, be it in soup form or dry. There isn't a ton of room for large groups, but the turnover is quick and thus the weights are usually quite minimal. Service is very good overall and super friendly. I would highly not recommend using their bathroom, as it's tiny, cramped, and not in the best condition. The noodle soups vary from wonton noodles to fishballs. They also specialize in beef brisket and fishballs, making this feel like a bit of a Hong Kong style cafe. Most of the soups average out to be $14-16, depending on size. It's a joy to watch them assemble the bowls in lightning quick fashion. Wontons are excellent. They're plump with just enough skin for texture and are complemented by a fragrant soup and very little skimpage on the noodle (#1). The large dumpling (aka "sui kau") is an excellent wonton alternative for those looking for similar textures. The beef brisket is tender and they also have a dedicated section for just congee. There aren't a lot of places like Mike's anymore, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second for an opportunity to come back. In fact, I'll make sure it's part of the Seattle rotation (#2) for whenever I'm back. __________ (#1) Read: very good portions. (#2) Unless of course, I'm on my way to Vancouver BC.

We got the preserved meat clay pot rice, salt and pepper fried fish filet, and beef brisket and wonton noodle soup. The clay pot rice was okay - the pricing is fair but the execution could be a bit better. I felt like the rice was a bit lacking in flavor, and they only have the standard soy sauce, not the ones in a sauce tray that is usually a bit sweeter. The salt and pepper fried fish filet was good - definitely recommend that for the taste and value. The noodle soup was also good - the wontons were okay but I loved the beef brisket. Noodles seem to be handmade as the texture is a bit uneven, but I appreciate these types of noodles more. This place is a true gem, serving satisfying, delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere at an affordable price. The restaurant looks small from the front, but space is used efficiently and they manage to fit quite a bit of seating into not that large of a dining room. Tables are mostly four tops, quite spacious at that, and surrounded by sturdy wooden chairs. I came for dinner on a Friday evening and there were a few other tables at any given time. Service was quick and our water never ran empty. We had the wontons in hot oil, topped with peanuts, I had the beef chow fun, and my dinner buddy had the pork with hot sauce noodles. The wontons are very very good, stuffed with flavorful pork and swimming in a sauce that sits in that perfect spot at the intersection of hot and sour. The peanuts and scallions add a delightful crunch. Their beef chow fun satisfies every bit of childhood nostalgia I have for this dish, with lots of wok hei, bouncy noodles, and the most tender of beef. I think my favorite beef chow fun in the city still lives at A+ Hong Kong Kitchen, but this is a close second. The portion here is also huge. I am a human vacuum and I actually brought leftovers home, which is rare for me. The pork with hot sauce noodles is seemingly a fusion of zha jiang mian and dan dan noodles. My friend really enjoyed it and actually finished the whole thing, which is saying something given that she doesn't usually eat that much. There are so many other items on the menu that I'm eager to try, so I will definitely be back.
