This place is a downtown Pomona staple! Everything I've ate from here has been nothing less than delicious. Today I ordered to go and as I sat inside waiting for my food the server brought me complimentary water which was a kind gesture. It's a corner location and has a patio. The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond.

This place was an absolute delight! On a roadtrip back to Arizona and we decided we wanted Vietnamese food last minute. Originally was just gonna get take out but when we walked in the place was so inviting we just had to sit down and eat. My friend and I shared the shrimp spring rolls which were refreshing and I ate the pork bahn mi(95) while my friend got pho(12). Both were amazing! You can see my excitement from the photos. All the food was top tier!!

Very tasty pho and fresh herbs to go along with it. The broth was fragrant, unique and had a little sweetness to it. The egg rolls were very authentic and longer than in size than other pho places, which I liked. The restaurant is a no frills place in the central part of Pomona near the Fox Theater Pomona. There was an event at the theater that evening, so parking was hard to find. Luckily, if you go a few blocks down near the Pomona Holy Church, there was street parking. The service was fine, but not overly friendly.

Pho, egg rolls, and spring rolls.

Best pho place in town. Authentic and looks like it's family owned. Great prices, clean, plenty of space. It's been here for a long time so you know it's good.

everything ur looking for in a local, no frills pho place!! pho vina's located on a pretty unsuspecting corner in downtown pomona. i've passed by it a few times while walking around the area, but never felt the need to try it until today. the familiar aroma of broth compelled me to go in and i (a local passerby sat on the street corner) had no choice but to oblige. once in, the place felt pretty quiet and secluded and it took a little while for us to get the attention of someone and get seated (all good signs). we got our menus and then were promptly asked for our orders just a few minutes after, which i definitely appreciated. to reiterate, i liked the mutual understanding that we're at a pho place, naturally we're gonna order pho. it just makes things so much more efficient. this too paid off because we got our food mere minutes after!!!! at $13.95 this is some great pho, it's not the best i've ever had but it knows that and it's not trying to be. the table went silent aside from the occasional slurps of broth and clanks of silverware. our total also came out to less than $20 a person with tip!! i will absolutely be coming back again when i get the craving.

It's a family tradition to stop by here before we continue on our road trip to Las Vegas. Been doing that every since I was a kid and up until adulthood until my parents decided it was better if they just went on vacation on their own without me and my brother. I believe they got big enough to absorb the restaurant right next door. Service is as with most other Asian places. They're there, you get food, and that's that. Sometimes by the fact of just being Vietnamese you can converse with other Viets, but they don't push it here. Perfect, casual ambiance. But can get busy for the lunch rush, at least when we visited. As always, I get the Pho Tai, my go to for every pho place. Super flavorful and full tasting broth, decently tender enough meat with a normal amount (not too generous, but not skimping out either). Noodles had the perfect texture. You get all of the veggies and other toppings quite generously as well. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but for the times I visited it hit the spot.

Stepping in the first thing that hits you is the ambiance--there's lights, music and even a fog machine popping off. If it wasn't for the smell of food I would've thought we stepped into the club! I dug the vibe though, and sitting down the service was quick and friendly which is always appreciated. They have a large menu, so plenty of options, and I went with a filet mignon pho, some egg rolls and a vegetarian banh mi. I stepped in thinking all the effort was going into the ambiance, but I was wrong. The soup was amazing, and the sandwich and egg rolls were perfect to share. All in all a great spot for a late night pho or healthy bite to eat, would definitely recommend if you don't mind the ambiance!

I was craving something after watching The Odyssey and this place was right down the street. Convenient for me! There was no wait when I arrive, and it generally didn't seem too busy while I was there. The restaurant is clean, and the employees seem to get along well with each other, joking and chatting in their down time. It has a chill vibe. I don't think I got much, in the way of service, but that's fine since I didn't really need anything. Napkins and sauces are on the table, and I was given a water refill once. The food itself, on this visit, was decent, but I think I've had better Com Bo Luc Lac (Filet Mignon & Rice) at some other pho places. Some of the meat chunks were stringy and had like tendon bits inside. I'm a big fan of tender pieces, but I'd say that maybe 10-15% of the meat in here wasn't the tender bites of filet mignon I expected. The flavor was solid, and I enjoyed that it felt like a balanced place. The large bowl of soup on the side was a huge plus for me. I usually get way less side soup at other places for the same dish. Overall, this specific experience was good. I think that the pho here is great, as I had pho the other two times I've been here and I think it's great. I'd strongly recommend the pho options, if it's your first time eating here.

They always have a lot of seating and are always willing to help if you have any questions or need any additional service. To be honest, you could order almost anything on the menu, but those are my go to. It is quite loud in there, but there's always people inside, enjoying their food. It's a place to go and it reminds me of home when I can't get home made food. There's a bunch of TVs around if you feel like watching the news or any sports, their restrooms are relatively clean, and their parking is in a huge plaza so depending on the time you go, there should be parking! The food tastes authentic, the quality is amazing, and everything is so rich and flavorful. You can really tell they care about the food they make. It's located on the corner to the right side of Hong Kong Plaza near Haven City Market, and honestly this restaurant really stood out to me. I already love this plaza, but this place quickly became one of my favorite spots there. One thing I really love is their pork spring rolls. They make them fresh when you order, and you can definitely taste the difference. They're so fresh, delicious, and honestly one of the best spring rolls I've had in a while. They also do catering, which I definitely plan on using in the future if I ever host a party or birthday because the food is just that good. I only had one issue during one of my visits. I can't eat cucumber, so I asked for no cucumber in both my pork dish and spring rolls. They accidentally still included it in my pork dish. Thankfully, when I brought it up, they fixed it quickly and apologized right away, which I appreciated a lot. I still love this place, but I do think it's important for people with allergies or food restrictions to double check their food before eating, just to be safe. Besides that, everything else has been amazing. The restaurant has a really calm atmosphere with lots of greenery and that open, cozy Vietnamese restaurant feel. The workers are also really kind and welcoming every time I come in. I also appreciate how authentic this place feels. Whenever I'm trying food from another culture, I always want something that feels genuine, and this place definitely gives me that experience. I come here a couple times a month now, and it's honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cucumber issue, but overall the food and experience are still amazing.

When we first walked in, the place looked empty, and my wife and I almost considered leaving. Just as we were about to head out, a server came over, seated us, and explained the menu. The $45 menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes such as escargot (ốc), pho, and bò né (Vietnamese sizzling beef steak), among many others. We ordered escargot with tamarind sauce, oysters with cheese, a lobster special, rau muống (water spinach) with garlic, glass noodles, and a ribeye steak. This isn't a typical buffet--each dish is cooked to order. It took about 15 minutes since there were only two chefs, but the wait was absolutely worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. The lobster was a whole lobster with claws, and the ribeye was a generous cut served sizzling at the table. The portions are large, and our server kindly warned us ahead of time--we're glad we listened! The owner was friendly, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. My wife and I loved this place and will definitely be coming back. It's great to have quality Vietnamese food nearby without having to travel all the way to OC.
