They stepped it up since the last time I've been here. Food comes out super fast and they take your order right away. The vermicelli bowl was really good and very refreshing. The pho broth is really super tasty and umami'ish. Love this place and the price is still low, you won't regret coming.

Been coming to this spot since 2015!! They used to have $5 pho, now it's $8 which is still really cheap! Standard pho, delicious broth, and it's open til 3am!!

Came here after not wanting to wait in line at Pho 79, and honestly -- excellent experience. You just can't beat the price here! It's probably the cheapest pho I've seen around, so if you've got an appetite but you're on a budget, this is the spot. Interior was clean and staff was so friendly. The portions are huge, the broth was flavorful, and they're generous with the meat. You absolutely can't go wrong with a bowl of pho here for this price point -- I enjoyed every single bite. It's not quite at Pho 79's level, but for what you pay, it's such a solid bowl of pho. Plus, they're open super late, which is a huge bonus if you get the late night munchies. Only thing to note -- it's cash only, so make sure to bring some with you!

Small bowl of pho is $8.25 ( big one $10.25, full menu price as of Aug 25' attached below) so price is unbeatable in todays climate! Pretty decent portion with lots of meat and they have the big size pho noodle ( which i prefer more than the small one). Broth is alright not the most flavorful, i think the other location of theirs does it a bit better than this one. A bit too much msg i think we got pretty thirsty eating it. They gave lots of basil and bean sprouts so thats good. It opens pretty late, large interior, good service even when we went pretty late at 2am. Overall is a steal for the price u get. Hope they improve the soup broth a bit more would be great! 6.5/10.

I love their Pho Ap Chao! Pho isn't bad either, for the price that is. And along with the Bun Bo Hue (Broth was flavorful)...plus can't go wrong with the pho only being $8.25/bowl in this economy! Good spot for late night eats as well (I was just there in 04/02/2026)

We initially went to Pho 79, but once we saw that line, we quickly turned around and Yelp another pho in the area. We saw Pho Vinh Ky, literally across the street with plenty parking. Sure it doesn't have the best reviews, but a lot is based on service... which we all know is not a thing at a pho shop. We came in, pretty empty. The lady saw us getting out the car and already anticipated our party, so we got in and the table was set with a baby high chair too. Great! We both got the Dac biet. At first it didn't look like a lot of protein, but once we dig in and moved the plentiful noodles, there was a lot of protein. They even gave us another bowl, scissors and plastic utensils for the baby without even asking. The pho itself wasn't bad! It beats a lot of pho in San Diego. The broth was flavorful and it didn't make me numb. Usually I get numb in my throat and back of the neck when a pho has too much msg. But I was ok! Everything went well. A no frills, quick easy pho shop! Even 50% for pho Bo (just beef). The pho definitely was ok the cheaper side. It hit the spot. In and out in less than 30 minutes!

For the price the pho was pretty good. You can't find many pho places that are around $10 these days so couldn't beat the prices. The signs on the window are a little misleading as it says 50% off. We asked the waitress which items for 50% and she listed like 3 of the pho items, however when we went to pay it was the price on the menu not half of the menu price. Still cheap for pho but the signs and communication from staff were misleading. We ordered the combo beef pho and a veggie pho. The broth was very flavorful and there was quite a bit of meat in the beef pho. They offer 2 sizes. We ordered the beef pho in the large size and the veggie pho as the regular size. The veggies and broth were good for the veggie pho but I was not a fan of the tofu they used. They use the fried puff tofu that's airy in the middle so had no substance and didn't go well inside soup. It's the type of tofu that would taste great salt and peppered fried on its own. Most places I've ordered veggie pho from use the firm tofu. Overall decent for the price, service was typical, cash only restaurant. Would go back if in the area.

For some reason, this place is not quite as good as the sibling place on Westminster and the price is abit higher too. Bigger parking lot and bigger restaurant. Nice and friendly service. The place is a typical old style decor, nothing special. The soup is decent and less meat portion than the sibling place. Overall, decent meal and slightly higher cost.

I was looking for a place to eat with a group around midnight during the weekday and I found this place was charging $8 for a regular bowl of pho and $10 for the large so I had to check it out. The workers were super chill and there were only a few customers besides us there. I got the dac biet which I would rate at about a 3.5/5. The portions itself were great for both the meat and the noodles but when I come to a pho shop I look at the quality/quantity of the meat and the quality of the broth. The broth department was a bit lacking which dropped it down to a 3.5, but honestly... it's easily a 4.5 considering the price and convenience. Will be back again if I'm around the area late night.

Wow this place was terrible, first the broth for their pho was gross, usually, unless I'm eating at Pho 79 or Pho 101, they all have taste the same to me. And now I remember why I haven't been here in almost 20 years. I also got their spring rolls but it was pretty bland as well. The only reason why I have this place 2 stars is because they were bumping Blackpink's Jump while I was eating, so that was cool at least.

    Midnight pho after the concert.

It's not easy finding an eatery that's open after midnight but I was determined since I worked up an appetite during the Billy Joel concert. I was actually in route to another pho joint but saw this eatery. Parking lot was pretty full, so you know that's a great sign. The inside is clean and quite large so they can accommodate many parties. Come to find out Pho Vinh Ky was running a bowl of pho for under $10.00 An awesome deal since bowls of pho are now ranging from $14 to $22 a bowl in So Cal. The pho was tasty especially after a night of drinking and contained a generous amount of protein and fresh condiments. I'll surely return to Pho Vinh Ky in the future.

Great pho, really affordable prices, open late, and friendly service. All these in my opinion make this an excellent restaurant. Regarding their pho, the broth had great flavor, the noodle had perfect texture, and the meat quality was good. It was only like $10 for a large size pho which is an insanely cheap price in 2025. Sure this place might not be as good as Phoholic but it's still excellent pho. I've got extensive experience eating late-night pho in the OC (I went to UCI and pho runs were what me and my friends did back in the day when we were bored late at night and I'm surprised I never came to this spot back then). I have to say as of now this is easily my favorite late-night pho place of all time.

Got Pho #8 and barbecue pork with steamed rice. Broth was well seasoned and not salty. The meat from the pho and the barbecue pork are both tender and tasty. Overall, this place is a must. The waitress knows how to take care of her customers. From the time she takes your order to the time you pay. AST service, too. Huge place with lots of table and clean. Lots of parking as well.

The chicken was crispy and the dipping sauce gave it that extra yummy goodness. The dish also came with a side of broth that had chicken bits in it, was nice to help digest your dish. I also loved that they gave you pickled veggies & fresh veggies. We also ordered the Loi's Fusion Saltado, upgraded the rice to garlic egg fried rice. The beef was soft and tender, the fries were nice and crispy and the fried rice was fresh. You 100% need to get the Thai Tea. A lot of place add too much cream/half and half diluting the tea flavor, they do not skimp on the actual tea in their drink. The color speaks for itself on the dark orange hue!

I'm a bit late getting around to writing this, and unfortunately, they are already closed, but I still felt like I had to share my experience. I'm not completely surprised that they closed, especially after trying their bò né. I've had this dish many times at different places around Orange County, and unfortunately, this was probably the weakest version I've come across. The first thing that stood out was the presentation. As you can see in the picture, there was this purple-colored sauce on the meat itself, which honestly did not look very appetizing. To make things worse, the sauce was cold and did not heat in time with the skillet, which really took away from the experience. The flavor itself wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't anything memorable. It was just okay, and when you factor in the cold food and the presentation, it made the whole dish disappointing. With so many places around Orange County serving bò né at a much higher level, I would probably recommend spending your money elsewhere. If you were wondering whether you missed out on some hidden gem, don't worry, you didn't. This one felt more like a piece of coal than a diamond. That being said, every restaurant has its journey, and with more time, maybe they could have found their footing. Hopefully, they can take this experience as a lesson, refine their recipes, and bring something better in their next venture. I am rooting for you Loi!

They open early, making it a perfect breakfast spot for an early bowl of pho. The pho broth is exactly what I want when I'm craving comfort food--clean, flavorful, and incredibly soothing. However, the star of the meal for me was the chả giò. Wow. Although they arrived after our pho, they came out at the perfect temperature. I was hesitant to take a bite right away because freshly fried food usually burns my mouth, but these were just right. Crispy, airy, savory, and absolutely delicious. Paired with their fish sauce, it was perfection. I enjoyed the egg rolls so much that next time I'm definitely ordering the egg roll vermicelli bowl. Service was friendly and prompt despite how busy it was, and it's clear the staff works hard to keep things moving. One thing I love is seeing all of the awards and accolades displayed on the walls.
