This is some legit Westminster pho, for $8 cash only you'll get some of the best pho for the price. Note that it's $8 for a small, which was the perfect size to be full but not stuffed. The greens (Thai basil, lime, bean sprouts) were fresh and plentiful. Each table has a sriracha and hoisin sauce to make your own dipping sauce. The ambiance is pretty casual and there's a free parking lot, although it might get packed during peak eating times. Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (to-go) - fish sauce mix was not as good as other places and they do not include shredded pickled raddish/carrots. Grilled pork was well marinated but were a bit hard compare to other places. Lots of bean sprouts and green lettuce but only a few pieces of thai basil and no mints. The shrimps are small and hard not worth ordering them as extra. Cha Gio was okay. However, I support our older folks (moms and pops age) working here.
