If I could give this place 11 stars out of 10, I would! From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was incredible. The staff is incredibly humble, and you can really tell this is Vietnamese food from the heart. The Chicken Pho was a total treat--the broth and vegetables were "next level" and some of the best soup I've ever had. Following a suggestion from the staff, we ordered a side of rice, and I'm so glad we did. I'm not sure if they use butter or a specific seasoning, but the flavor was amazing. To drink, do yourself a favor and order the lemonade. It tastes incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to bring the family. I even overheard the neighbors at the next table raving about the eggrolls, so those are definitely on my list for next time. I will absolutely be returning!

Go to spot that opens 24/7 when you crave some soup after a night out instead of fast food. They have a pho bo sale for $8.50 but only from 7am-7pm. I usually come for their pho, but craved a rice dish. Com suong nuong (Charboiled Pork Chop with steamed rice) + eggs: 9/10 Meat was a tad bit dry, but it was flavorful. I like the color on the meat. Portion was enough to share with another person. Had 2 pieces of meat and 2 eggs. Came with salad, pickled cabbage, side of soup, and sauce. Totally worth $13! The pickled cabbage threw me off a little. Very strong in ginger! Wish it wasn't pickled with ginger, but overall a good dish.

Hole in the wall pho spot that's open 24/7, talk about convenience! No frills just good ol pho. Small bowl is about $10 and large is $12 Definitely a value but don't expect anything special. As everyone already pointed out cash only but they do have ATM inside

$8.50 small bowl of beef pho was delicious! Great service and Ambiance was kids friendly and spacious for large groups! I'll definitely come back!

I went here late at night and appreciated they were open all night. The pho is cheap, and you get what you pay for. Service was very quick. However the spring rolls were very small and lacked all the ingredients that make them flavorful.

Got the Pho Dac Biet and Com Bo Ne. They were both good, nothing too crazy. I love that the place smells like pho, reminds me of old times when I went to pho places as a kid. Open 24/7, cash only and the ladies working are so friendly. Will come again when I'm craving late night pho.

Open 24/7, cash only, no frills, no BS, get your food and get out! Just how I like it! I come in here between 1-4am and it always hits the spot. I either get the pho ga (chicken noodle soup) or the pork chop with steamed rice and a fried egg. I've also had the egg rolls which are always hot and fresh. Now if you're coming here looking for incredible customer service and hospitality, sorry, go to chick fil a or in n out. This is not the place for that. This is strictly for late night viet comfort food. Huge shout out to the lady who is always working late nights and early mornings. I think she works literally every day and she deserves a break!!! Anyways, thanks to everyone at Pho Vie II

The crispy chicken and rice dish was delicious. It took a few more minutes for them to cook it than pho. Nonetheless it came out piping hot and golden with a sweet chili sauce drizzled on top, green onions with a side of pickled veggies, fresh cucumbers, lettuce, tomato slices, side soup and dipping sauce.

I don't know if I was too wasted, but this pho was hitting the spot at 2:00a.m.-ish. Ended up ordering the pho and egg rolls. If anyone saw me eating, I just want to apologize cause I was probably eating like a drunken maniac. If you sat close enough to my table, you probably caught egg roll shapnel too. This is one of the few spots now-a-days open after hours slanging bowls of that magical soup. The service has gotten better than back in the days as well. FYI they Still only accepts cash.

I found my new late night, dining spot! This place is open 24/7 and like any great old-school Asian dining spots it's cash only. Don't expect any amazing service or pristinely clean place but, is exactly what you expect from a old school Asian diner. I recently came down with something and nice soup and was recommended this place. Their pho is on point. And their spring rolls are very good. This place definitely hits a spot. I will definitely be coming back to try their other dishes like their fried chicken on steamed rice for $10. I think if you need a late night spot to get good food, this is a great spot, it's great even if it's not late night!

They're now open 24/7! This is the go to spot for late night pho to cure a hangover. I got the pho tai chin and pho Kobe. Both were delicious! The broth was not too fatty. It was pretty clear and very tasty. The portions are good for their price. They do have some specials at the moment too.

This is one of those quintessential post-concert Pho place you gotta go to in OC. At the time I went, they were open pretty late, meaning that the customers were mostly people getting off their late shift, or coming after a night out. I got the Pho Dac Biet, which came in a large size. I thought the variation of meat was okay, but I do wish they did meatballs like a few other places. It was a little lukewarm, which wasn't the best, as I expect it to be close to boiling. Who am I to complain though for this late night bowl of comfort... The service was very typical of a Pho restaurant, fast, efficient, and nothing crazy to write home about.

They have so many other options on the menu like chow fun, hainan chicken, and a ton of other noodle soup dishes. The last two times I came here was on a weekday during lunch so there was plenty of parking. However, I'm sure it gets packed on the weekend since it is located right next to the Asian Garden Mall. All tax is included in the price so there's no additional sales tax line item. Also! They charge 50 cents for water.. other locations do not. I was surprised but oh well.

Service chill, can pay at register in the front, like typical viet restaraunt where they kinda leave you to it. The Grandpa's noodles was good (a dryer noodle), great portion, meat was tender, the radish cube looking things was crispy bits of pork skin. The menu is unique here and mostly in vietnamese. I think I had wished for some sauce to go with the noodles (but I understand its mostly with the soup on the side), good tightness of the meatballs :D... They have the classic condiments on the side, the pickled garlic isn't very crunchy and kind of on the sweet side, the pickled chili does have that slight acidic kick that works well. I modified my noodle to egg for a dollar. The soup was good, on the more umami soy/beef side than clear. The wontons were abundant too, instead of a chili oil the sauce is more like a tangy sweet chili vinegrette thing. My accompaniment got a garlic noodle soup (fried garlic oil) that was rich and also in a huge bowl. For the price and portion its a hidden gem for someone who needs to feed a family. I showed him & everything & he was apologetic & asked what they could do to fix the situation. So I asked for a refund. And the other cashier said in Vietnamese something about me, like "Con nhỏ này" & I thought maybe he's talking about something else-but then when he gave me the receipt of my refund, he said "and I don't want you to be a customer here anymore." I was very appalled and I stood there wondering if he really just said that to me after I had an experience. I asked him why he didn't want me to be a customer anymore. And he turns to a customer to ring them out, ignoring me. So I waited til he was done with that transaction & repeated my question. He flat out said "because you're annoying." WOW. That's just so rude. And unfortunate bc I thought the food was really good & wanted to come back for the clam & the sweet corn milk. So I definitely wouldn't want to be a customer anyways with that kind of attitude towards a customer. Btw they give you plastic utensils here even for dining in which is a con.
