Service quick and friendly at this location. Food was made and served fresh to order highly recommend, vermicelli was perfect. Quiet medium sized restaurant ambiance was quiet peaceful and chill bistro

Do not go here! Terrible service. Wow just now came out of this restaurant! Walked in. No sign saying to wait to be seated. I sat at a booth across from where waiter was grabbing water and ice, he made I contact with me three times and after 10 minutes I got up walked to the counter and he comes out delivering a to go order. As she walks away someone comes up behind me and he asks if he can help them! I told him do I need to be seated? Because I had been sitting there for ten minutes and he never even so much as acknowledged me. He said oh well as you can see we are really busy! They were not busy at all!

We haven't had Vietnamese food in a while so we thought to go to @phovnbistro for dinner tonight. The outdoor seating is great because it's covered. Kamryn was a great server who was knowledgeable on all the specials and food. Dad and I split a huge bowl of Pho Tendon. The tendon was still a little tough and Kamryn discounted our food for us. We all shared the Crawfish Fried Rice which was very tasty and we had extra to bring home. We also had the Shredded Pork Skin Rolls. My husband had B2 which was Vermicelli with chargrilled pork and egg rolls. He finished it all! We had the house Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and my husband also had the Michelob Ultra. Very filling meal! The pho was outstanding! This is not on the AAPI Heritage Month Passport but still check them out!

Always a good spot to get great Pho (and I'm picky about my pho). The restaurant is always clean. The customer service is great. Shout out to John who served me during lunch and was so polite! I recommend the shrimp Pho but I'm sure anything you get is just as good!

Delicious! P1: Pho

Yummy Pho! Went in during lunch hour today. Only one other table was occupied so I was attended quickly and received my order fast. I will be coming again for the beef pho

I am Vietnamese and well versed in my countries food/culture. I ordered egg rolls which were really tasty but a bit expensive but it is fine. I ordered pho dac biet large bowl and the broth could use more beef flavor and star anise. Dac biet means special all cuts of meat in 1 and I just felt I didn't have enough meat in my bowl. It wasn't "dac biet". The cuts of meat had too much fat and not enough brisket. The meat wasn't finely sliced but tasted cut prior and added to the bowl with the hot soup curling the meat. 2 meat balls isn't enough. Over all, it was decent but not great. Was not authentic Vietnamese pho but considering the location, it could of been designed for a different crowd so I will give them credit.

We got the wrong food. Drove back over to get vegetarian pho we had ordered. They wouldn't make it good.

Consistent grade A service and grade A taste…read more Wasn't feeling great so I came to grab some comfort food. After telling the waiter my day was going good he noticed me fighting for my life, head down on the table, and made a point to ask if I was okay again to which I admitted having a massive headache. He brought extra water and suggested soda to relieve the headache and later brought small lollipops. After my tea, pho, and candy, I felt a lot better. Not the first time I received above and beyond customer service experience here and certainly won't be the last. Thank you Peter!

I arrived around 2 PM, and the restaurant was mostly empty. The restaurant appeared clean and well maintained. Service was prompt and friendly, although attentiveness tapered off once the meal was served. It seemed like the staff had shifted their focus toward preparing for the evening dinner crowd. After reading several recommendations, I ordered the Saigon Special since it included grilled pork, chicken, shrimp, and a Vietnamese egg roll. It seemed like a great way to sample several of their specialties. I also started with the fresh Vietnamese spring rolls. The spring rolls were enormous and easily large enough to share. The Saigon Special was equally generous, with a substantial portion of vermicelli noodles underneath the grilled meats. Everything tasted fresh, and each protein was cooked well, but none of the individual components really stood out. The meal leaned more toward generous portions and good value than bold or memorable. Overall, it was an enjoyable lunch with friendly service and excellent portion sizes. While I wasn't blown away by the flavors, I appreciated the freshness and value. I'd definitely come back for the pho, which I remember having a flavorful broth and a generous portion of meat on my previous visit. With several good Vietnamese restaurants in the area, though, I'll probably continue trying other spots before making this one a regular stop.

Finally got around to trying this place out and regret not going sooner! It's a small(ish) place…read moreso there was a small wait on a cold day but well well worth the wait! Once we got sat we placed our orders and had food in front of us in 15ish minutes? It was great. The wings were delicious, you could throw the sauce on a tire and I'd eat it. The bowls were so refreshing and delicious and the pho was perfect. I can't wait to go back! Give this place a try, be aware the parkings tight, don't get overwhelmed or thrown off find the parking get inside and be ready for some amazing food from amazing people! Side note: everytime the older Vietnamese women came to clear our plates as we finished she told us good job for fishing our food and tbh it felt so warming and homey without thought

I am afraid that I must change my review of Pho Kim Long. I am sad to do so because this was one of…read moremy favorite local restaurants for over a decade. However, my most recent encounter has soured me completely, and I think I will never return. My favorite dish here was something that did not appear on the menu, Bo Tai Chanh salad. Even though it was not listed, they would whip it up at my request. It consists of beef cappaccio on an iceberg lettuce salad with Vietnamese vegetables and a fish sauce based dressing. Tonight they refused my order. What makes this refusal all the more frustrating is that Pho Bo Tai Chanh (the soup version) is listed on the menu and promoted as one of the favorite dishes. All that was needed, to meet my request, was to cut up half a head of lettuce and throw the non-liquid ingredients of the soup on top. Every restaurant should remember the customer is always right. Their only purpose is to meet their customers' requests to the best of their ability. I understand when a kitchen cannot meet requests with the ingredients or equipment they have. For example, I always call 24 hours ahead to order Peking Duck because the traditional methods require that amount of time to prepare the dish. Or I remember being refused a request to have my meat served rare when the restaurant had already cooked all its meat to medium rare using sous vide. I don't expect the kitchen to do the impossible. But every kitchen must be ready to meet special request whether health related like peanuts, shrimp, gluten, salt, carbohydrates, etc. or relate to tastes or ethics like vegetarian, vegans, seafood, etc. To fail one's customers is the first step to being one of the numerous restaurants to fail and become irrelevant. Any restaurant that refuses to meet reasonable requests fails the fundamental test for good service and does not deserve to be patronized. P.S. I end up going down the road to Yaya's Thai Restaurant (another local restaurant) to get something that met my tastes and preferences.

All things in my mind brought this down from a 5 star to a 4. Clean up the tables is definitely something the restaurant has control over. We sat down, and the acetone smell dissipated so either I was use to it or they turned down a shared ventilation system. The food though was the big surprise! It was excellent. We ordered the Special House Bun with beef, pork, chicken, shrimp and a crispy egg roll. The proportion of vermicelli noodles to fresh lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts and peanuts provide d that perfect bite were one ingredient dominated the other. All the proteins were cooked perfectly. The real winner was the lemongrass Banh mi with once again perfectly proportioned ingredients. We also ordered the fresh spring roll, which never came but wasn't missed except that they did try to charge us for but did remove them. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.
