Tom Ca-Ri Curry Shrimp YUM!!
Josh B.

Grab yo crew and jump in the car, truck, van, plane or helicopter to get to this joint! You won't be disappointed! I threw out a question on the next-door app about the best pho around town and what we should choose. I was not disappointed in this place at all as there was about four or five people that are so backed up the recommendation on this place. We had the round eye pho (number 2) and the shrimp curry (S1) which was on a whole other level of good! That curry is mixed with heaven and bikini models all into one! . Try this place and we didn't get to eat in the restaurant as we had to pick up but we will definitely make this a place we come back to again for sure to eat again and again!

The grilled chicken banh minus the bomb! I asked for extra serving of cilantro.

We went back for the banh mi! The grilled chicken is still a hit for me! They are busy this evening but it's worth waiting for.

Eh. That's my rating. Just "eh" The food was underwhelming... The atmosphere was nice and clean The service was nice but over all. It was just "eh" No real "wow" factor. Nothing to really be enthusiastic about.

The best special in the world!!

Came in for the first time today. And Jose is our waiter. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to stand there and answer all our questions about the food. We had A1 summer rolls first. Fresh tasty and the peanut sauce was to die for. Then we got the bowl of soup, when I say bowl I mean the size bowl that could feed a family of 4!! It's Vietnamese noodle soup with 4 types of beef. And then we got the specialty S6 which is a combo of beef, shrimp and chicken. With veggies over fried crispy needles! Get here early since this is the one that they run out of first!! And we tried their Boba drinks with Tapioca pearls in them. All in all everything was Perfect and I recommend it to everyone!! I will try and get more pictures if I can

Pho Pho Tai Nam

The food was literally so amazing. I heard mixed reviews about this restaurant and finally decided to try it out. The owners were so sweet and the wait wasn't long, food was delicious I would definitely recommend!

Special ingredient inside my curry

I ordered 1 item a curry dish. IT TOOK 40 minutes. There were only 2 couples in the place the whole time. He put the curry in a normal plate. I can't even make it down the street before all the sauce spills out into the bag. Why would you put a soup in a normal to go plate?!?! No lid?!?! I had to drive back and wait another 10 minutes. All in all I waited 50 minutes and paid 23$ for a mid curry w paper inside of it. Thanks.

Combination banh mi sandwich.

Consistent grade A service and grade A taste…read more Wasn't feeling great so I came to grab some comfort food. After telling the waiter my day was going good he noticed me fighting for my life, head down on the table, and made a point to ask if I was okay again to which I admitted having a massive headache. He brought extra water and suggested soda to relieve the headache and later brought small lollipops. After my tea, pho, and candy, I felt a lot better. Not the first time I received above and beyond customer service experience here and certainly won't be the last. Thank you Peter!

I arrived around 2 PM, and the restaurant was mostly empty. The restaurant appeared clean and well maintained. Service was prompt and friendly, although attentiveness tapered off once the meal was served. It seemed like the staff had shifted their focus toward preparing for the evening dinner crowd. After reading several recommendations, I ordered the Saigon Special since it included grilled pork, chicken, shrimp, and a Vietnamese egg roll. It seemed like a great way to sample several of their specialties. I also started with the fresh Vietnamese spring rolls. The spring rolls were enormous and easily large enough to share. The Saigon Special was equally generous, with a substantial portion of vermicelli noodles underneath the grilled meats. Everything tasted fresh, and each protein was cooked well, but none of the individual components really stood out. The meal leaned more toward generous portions and good value than bold or memorable. Overall, it was an enjoyable lunch with friendly service and excellent portion sizes. While I wasn't blown away by the flavors, I appreciated the freshness and value. I'd definitely come back for the pho, which I remember having a flavorful broth and a generous portion of meat on my previous visit. With several good Vietnamese restaurants in the area, though, I'll probably continue trying other spots before making this one a regular stop.

Finally got around to trying this place out and regret not going sooner! It's a small(ish) place…read moreso there was a small wait on a cold day but well well worth the wait! Once we got sat we placed our orders and had food in front of us in 15ish minutes? It was great. The wings were delicious, you could throw the sauce on a tire and I'd eat it. The bowls were so refreshing and delicious and the pho was perfect. I can't wait to go back! Give this place a try, be aware the parkings tight, don't get overwhelmed or thrown off find the parking get inside and be ready for some amazing food from amazing people! Side note: everytime the older Vietnamese women came to clear our plates as we finished she told us good job for fishing our food and tbh it felt so warming and homey without thought

I am afraid that I must change my review of Pho Kim Long. I am sad to do so because this was one of…read moremy favorite local restaurants for over a decade. However, my most recent encounter has soured me completely, and I think I will never return. My favorite dish here was something that did not appear on the menu, Bo Tai Chanh salad. Even though it was not listed, they would whip it up at my request. It consists of beef cappaccio on an iceberg lettuce salad with Vietnamese vegetables and a fish sauce based dressing. Tonight they refused my order. What makes this refusal all the more frustrating is that Pho Bo Tai Chanh (the soup version) is listed on the menu and promoted as one of the favorite dishes. All that was needed, to meet my request, was to cut up half a head of lettuce and throw the non-liquid ingredients of the soup on top. Every restaurant should remember the customer is always right. Their only purpose is to meet their customers' requests to the best of their ability. I understand when a kitchen cannot meet requests with the ingredients or equipment they have. For example, I always call 24 hours ahead to order Peking Duck because the traditional methods require that amount of time to prepare the dish. Or I remember being refused a request to have my meat served rare when the restaurant had already cooked all its meat to medium rare using sous vide. I don't expect the kitchen to do the impossible. But every kitchen must be ready to meet special request whether health related like peanuts, shrimp, gluten, salt, carbohydrates, etc. or relate to tastes or ethics like vegetarian, vegans, seafood, etc. To fail one's customers is the first step to being one of the numerous restaurants to fail and become irrelevant. Any restaurant that refuses to meet reasonable requests fails the fundamental test for good service and does not deserve to be patronized. P.S. I end up going down the road to Yaya's Thai Restaurant (another local restaurant) to get something that met my tastes and preferences.

All things in my mind brought this down from a 5 star to a 4. Clean up the tables is definitely something the restaurant has control over. We sat down, and the acetone smell dissipated so either I was use to it or they turned down a shared ventilation system. The food though was the big surprise! It was excellent. We ordered the Special House Bun with beef, pork, chicken, shrimp and a crispy egg roll. The proportion of vermicelli noodles to fresh lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts and peanuts provide d that perfect bite were one ingredient dominated the other. All the proteins were cooked perfectly. The real winner was the lemongrass Banh mi with once again perfectly proportioned ingredients. We also ordered the fresh spring roll, which never came but wasn't missed except that they did try to charge us for but did remove them. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.
