Anthony was amazingly helpful an informative. we struggled with bed bugs for almost two years! when I brought my new born baby girl home I was horrified to find a bug in her crib, I smashed it and didn't even cross my mind it coud be a bed bug, then later to find them infested in her pack and play, it was terrifying once I realized what they were. there was hundreds of them, and they were eating my baby the one person in our home that slept the most and was defendless to even tell us why she couldn't sleep and was so uncomfortable. no matter what I did I couldn't get rid of them I bought professional steamers I threw away nearly every carepet . stuffed animal all my lazy boy furnature! I killed of two dryers we lived out of plastic bags and putty'd every crack crevice and hole in the walls. I just want to say that it is rare today, In the hustle and bustle of our lives, to run into someone that is willing to go the extra mile and take the time to help someone they see on the side of the road. I know I am guilty of driving by when I see someone with a flat and not turning around to do anything about it. After a long day of work, he was willing to stop and help me.... he was very kind and so humble about helping, the only reason I knew he worked for this company was because he had his work shirt on. I had a few bites over a few day period and after getting one on my neck, I gave up and called. Anthony came on time and inspected all of our bedrooms, couch, taking the time to look over every inch of every sheet, pillow, mattress, box spring, bed etc. He also took the time to help me put all of my bedding back together, which seems like something you SHOULD do, but don't always get. He also was immediately friendly and playful with my kids and dog, which made for a very nice contractor experience. In the end, we found just a small bit of bedbug doooody and one lone female in my room only. He didn't try to push any treatments on me, suggesting I wait it out for a week and see if I get any more bites (if I was up for that). If not (or if I get bit again), he could come back to spray and he talked me through that. He definitely puts his customers first. If I need a spray, you can bet I'll be calling him. UPDATE - turns out I did need a spray as I continued to get bit so he came right back, sprayed the whole house (in a timely and respectful manner) and that solved the problem. Worst homeowners nightmare happened to my family. Bed bugs!!! Good news the infestation was localized to a room in the house not the entire house. While this is beyond gross & didn't change the prep work it eased my mind (as much as having bugs can...). I chose this exterminator based purely on Yelp reviews, customer service, cost effectiveness & the exterminator Didi. He was honest, knowledgeable, bent over backwards to answer many, many questions & made us feel like he genuinely cared about his job & us. These guys do really great work! They are professional and punctual! I had bugs for months and was trying to diy it to save some money. After about 3 or 4 months of waking up being eaten alive I decided it was time for professionals. I read reviews on so many local exterminators and these guys were my first and only call because of their glowing reviews on yelp. They answered right away and set up a consultation. Their tech came out on time and inspected the whole house. Since I only had the bugs in one very cluttered room of the house, they decided to do a spray treatment in one room and the living room couch I had been sleeping on. They were super fair on price and only charged me per room instead of the whole house. I followed their instructions after the spray, which was that I had to sleep in my bed to attract them back through the spray, and in about a week or so they were completely gone and my life was back to normal. Yesterday, my husband and I had the great pleasure of meeting Anthony and Didi when they did an inspection of our home, which we believed had been invaded by bedbugs. We both had many insect and/or arachnid bites. Not only were these gentlemen very professional and friendly, they showed great consideration for our advanced age. We are in our eighties. I first contacted phoenix bed bug when I suspected bed bugs in my house. I caught one and sent a picture to didi to Confirm before I had him come out and inspect the house. He showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the home and let me know where the bugs where mainly located. He was also very nice and informative! He recommended the spray because they were located in one main spot and not all over the house. We setup a time and date to have them come out and spray and he gave me some home preparation to do to maximize efficiency. On the day of the spraying he was on time. We had to be out of the house for about 4 hours for the stuff to be dry when we got back. It's been 30 days since he sprayed so he came back and did another inspection and informed us they were all dead. Since the inspection we have not had any bites or seen any bugs. I had a bit of a bug bite scare when I found multiple bites on my legs that followed the typical bed bug bite pattern, so I called and was able to get an appointment two days later for a free inspection. Anthony and Tyler arrived before the appointment time and were so friendly and professional. They offered to check all the bedrooms in a very large house, and were very careful and thorough in checking the mattress, bedframe, and walls around the bed. They even went above and beyond and offered to carry my mattress downstairs as I needed to do that on my own anyway after they left, I hadn't even asked! Thankfully, they didn't find any evidence of the nasty little buggers, but they still offered great advice in how to clean my bedding and mattress just to be sure. Didi came out and showed me what I should look for In the future and answered all my questions. We scheduled treatment for the following afternoon and Didi explained every detail of what was needed for prep and what would happen for the next 30 days. Later on that evening, we needed to change the treatment method per my landlord's request. 08/05/15 I called and spoke with Tyler about the bug issue I was having. He listened to everything I had to say with great respect. He was so prompt to say "what is your schedule like today I am open this afternoon". I scheduled an appointment expecting him at 5:30 and to my surprise he arrived at 4:30. After the inspection he was very honest about my situation. He was aware that I had prior service from another company and agreed with the other companies conclusion, that he could not find a trace of the bugs. Having bed bugs isn't something u walk around telling everyone you have. I got Anthony's name from a friend. He did a wonderful job inspecting my house. He took the time to show me so I could see them for myself (thank goodness we only see a couple). Even though Anthony's phone wouldn't stop ringing the whole time he was here he didn't rush.
