I visited this restaurant on the second day of the grand opening. I was surprised to find out there were so many dishes to choose from. There were appetizers, dim sum, deep fried dishes, and other Chinese entries. Especially I enjoyed the extra crispy calamari and the fresh chicken wings. So I called and order take out, I asked what he would recommend and he said everything so I was like ok cool let's try some things out I order the noodles with beef orange chicken and pork chop cutlet. Let's start with what I like the least which was the orange chicken not super flavorful and not crispy at all. My girlfriend liked it but personally I wouldn't get it again. Next is the noodles which I didn't like at all, flavor wasn't great but the beef was extremely tender, loved that. Now for the best thing PORK CHOP CUTLET perfect! Crispy and tender loved it. Great tasting Dimsum. I don't have to travel far to satisfy my cravings. I tried their steamed pork bbq bun and pork Siomai and it was great! Buns are soft and pork bbq is flavorful. I also tried fried calamari, it was soft and tasted great as well. I wish it came with dipping sauce but I still enjoyed it without sauce. Nice owners too. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu. Google map is kind of confusing if you plan on trying it out. It's at the same strip mall where Bowlero is (right across Walmart). read more

Do not come here if you're expecting the orange chicken to taste like traditional orange chicken. It did not taste like orange chicken! It tasted salty and like burnt orange flavor. It was our first time ordering to go, and unfortunately, we purchased 2 servings of the orange chicken, which no one in our family ate, and our bill was almost 50 dollars! I hate wasting my money like that, but we just couldn't eat it. I've been to many sit-down restaurants and I've never not liked their orange chicken, even the fast food places food was better than this place! The only good thing was the noodles and rice. We discovered Phu Chen Kitchen today and were very happy with the flavorful food prepared by an excellent cook who turned out to be the owner.  We ordered take-out of Mongolian Beef, Pan-Fried Noodles with Chicken, Orange Chicken and House Special Fried Rice.  The food was prepared in a good amount of time and the portions were very generous I don't usually order Orange Chicken because it's an overly breaded and chewy blob of chicken that always disappoints me.  The Orange Chicken at Phu Chen Kitchen is a dish of lightly breaded and tasty strips of chicken that melt in your mouth.  What a difference from other restaurants.  My new favorite!  The House Special Fried Rice was also excellent.  The shrimp were large and fresh and burst with flavor in my mouth.  A lot of restaurants overcook the shrimp. The restaurant was super clean but small capacity.   We were greeted warmly and ready to take our food order.  The owner told us he was working on adding a large dining area in the empty shop next door.  We plan to return soon.  Is tomorrow too soon?? read more

Amazing Chinese food! We ordered the egg rolls, spicy wings, stir fried noodles, house fried rice, orange chicken, and fried pork belly. We loved everything we ordered but the pork belly was fire!!! The food was delicious! It was clearly prepared fresh to order. It wasn't greasy or saturated in salt. We ordered walnut shrimp, pan fried noodles, kin pao, salt and pepper wings and steamed rice. This fantastic place nestled right next to the bowling alley is a must try. The restaurant is a little hidden but makes for a really nice and quiet dining experience. The owner is incredibly nice, A very courteous man. Upon walking in he immediately showed us to our table and starting getting our drink orders ready. I got the Thai tea boba and within 1 minute it was in front of me. They are very generous with the boba and the Thai tea was also very delightful. Looking over the menu there are plenty of options to choose from appetizers to full course meals. As a starter we chose the steamed dumpling and bao buns, I've always been a sucker for bao buns and was very excited to indulge. Once I decided that I wanted the honey walnut shrimp and vegetable fried rice I was ready. My girl chose the orange chicken and got a coke. Our order was set and we chit chatted for several minutes before all the food started rolling out. Everything was fresh and hot. First out was the honey walnut shrimp and boy were they big. I was expecting something smaller but they had some weight to them. Incredibly savory and slightly sweet, the taste was non other than authentic. The orange chicken smelled zesty and slightly spicy, a little kick is definitely added but is not over powering. It is not over breaded and texture wise it melts in your mouth. The fried rice is cooked to perfection, as a go too side I wasn't expecting anything too crazy but it had plenty of flavor and came in a very nice portion. The steamed dumpling had a good umami taste, upon biting them you are delighted with a nice little splash of broth. What I was most excited to try was the boa buns. And I couldn't have been happier with how they came out. You can tell that they are handmade as you order them (as is everything else of course) but the texture that they have is soft, chewy and very pleasant on the palate. The pork stuffing is incredibly rich and I couldnt be happier with how it was. I tried very very hard to not finish everything that was in front of me but I did end up getting seconds and thirds. We still had to ask for a to go box but only because I was going to pop if I took anither. We quickly put the remaining food into the container and to my surprise the bill was not hefty at all. For all the food we received I think we got a stellar deal. I very very very highly recommend checking the restaurant out, I do believe that it is now my favorite in the fontana area. 5/5 stars would recommend. read more

First time coming here and I give it a 10 customer service was good they served us quickly and gave us a large water container and cups to serve ourselves . I felt fancy. Orange chicken was not overly breaded which I appreciate. Noodles were tasty they were thinner the usual noodles you get at other places and weren't overly oily. The ambiance was nice and peaceful I like that they were very attentive and asked us if we needed anything thank you soo much I will never go to another place :) and my husband and kids agree .
