There's a reason new locations of this restaurant are opening up left and right in the IE. Yucaipa just got one and they're opening another in Palm Springs in an impressive 'in the middle of everything' location. The only shortcoming of this location is it's a tad too informal for my taste. Like it's more a well lit room than a cozy area you might lounge in. However, that shortcoming is rather common in the IE where I wonder if a place looks a little posh the customers turn and run. The staff is great, the service prompt (even when busy), the boba drinks are delightful -- what's not to love? I'm certain that almost anyone who comes here will likely return.
